Everything was delicious 😋
The service was attentive and friendly.
Dishes with quality ingredients and interesting combinations.
The orange peel in the "ragù d'anatra" was the perfect touch.
One last note, which is very important to me in Italy: there was a proper bathroom (not a Turkish bath), very clean and comfortable.

Excellent food. It's more of a wine bar but has a varied selection of dishes, all of which was perfectly done. Tasty and simply plated. The service was also super friendly and very helpful in selecting your wines although we are not big drinkers. Reserve in advance.
Very friendly people and would love to come back!
Stylish and very welcoming place. The owners are super kind and friendly. We ate well and will definitely be back 🤗

I've passed it countless times and wanted to go in, but maybe it's the location. I thought it was like most places in the city: spend a lot, eat poorly, and eat little. And I was so wrong!
What a marvel! A few dishes (just how I like it; there's no point in having everything to do it badly) executed really well, with authentic flavors and quality ingredients.
Generous portions and very fair prices, especially considering its location.
Impeccable customer service.
The kitchen is sparkling clean, and I really want to congratulate you again!

What a wonderful little place this is, on one of Trieste's most unexpected streets. Excellent products, excellent and expertly executed dishes, and excellent service.
They serve both meat and fish, but with limited options, a sign of quality (in my opinion).
Very generous portions, but reasonable prices. I'm happy to have discovered this little place (which has been open for 15 years, after all), and I'll definitely be back. Well done!!!

Fantastic experience, next time I come to Trieste I'll return to Osteria Marise. Delicious food, friendly service, beautiful atmosphere. It was the best restaurant I've been to in my four days in Trieste, and one of the best value I've ever been to.
