10/08/2024: We were there with four people on a very warm Saturday evening. Despite the heat, the entire staff was very friendly, charming and funny. You felt welcome as a guest and that is the most important moment. The pizzas, lasagne and seafood were good, as was the service and drinks. A successful evening that is no longer so self-evident. 20/08/2024: I don't give 5 stars to the room only because I expected it to be as particular and characteristic as the entrance to the restaurant, but in any case the environment is refined and elegant. The impeccable service, the menu denotes attention to detail, the dishes are all truly excellent, from the tartare, to the amazing gnocchi, to the very tender and tasty Florentine steak, to the dessert... congratulations indeed!!

02/08/2024: First of all, a clarification must be made. When you arrive at a restaurant (normal non-starred) there is no one waiting for you the moment you open the door and enter. Then after 5 minutes (I'm not exaggerating) you ordered the very hot dish arrives. Unique flavors, some truly incredible dishes. Nothing was boring during our dinner I'll explain why I gave 4 stars to the environment. If the environment were proportionate to the quality of the food, the bill would be much higher and probably many people would not have been lucky enough to enjoy these delicacies. In conclusion, go and eat at Michele's, you won't regret it, Mario's word.

20/08/2024: The only place to eat real certified and expertly cooked "fish" from the Mediterranean Sea in Silvi and surrounding areas. We took takeaway dinners at the Alusea twice and it confirmed its excellence in terms of quality of raw materials and cuisine. Starting from the cold appetizers of which the tuna belly with caramelized onions, the Catalan salad, salad of cuttlefish, red mullet with beetroot and octopus salad with their vegetable giardiniera, scampi with passion fruit. Plateu of excellent and high quality raw meats. Hot appetizers with roasted cuttlefish and courgette and sea bass rolls. I didn't find a flaw in any dish but each dish and accompaniment was a riot of delicate flavours. We took a baked red snapper with their vegetables which turned out to be one of the best fish we have ever eaten. Fried squid and prawns of a devas lightness Definitely the only noteworthy and quality place in Silvi. The price is not high but it is absolutely in line with the quality and the offer offered. Anyone who complains can be satisfied with the frozen fried food served in the beaches! Congratulations to the owner and his daughter Anna! Reference point from now on in Silvi
