The food is excellent, it feels like eating with family and they are very friendly. I highly recommend it!!!

Ho invita mio fratello a pranzo e volevo fare bella figura e sono andato a colpo sicuro dal Silvio.
Locale piccolo a conduzione famigliare e oserei dire stratosferico.
Abbiamo mangiato un piatto di orecchiette alla luciana , uno di fregola , polpette al sugo e 3 ripeto 3 porzioni di pecorino sardo di un’altro pianeta, due bottiglie di vino da Intenditori 2 caffè e mirto . Il tutto con l’ottima compagnia e simpatia de proprietario Silvio.
Conto 80 euro spesi bene.

Small and welcoming restaurant, family-run and traditional. The choices are well chosen and limited to ensure quality and care.
The portions are generous and the food tasty! Don't forget to ask for myrtle at the end of the meal!

After several visits before and after the pandemic, Latteria Maffucci remains a great place for a multicourse, seafood-based meal with friends, but book ahead, due to the small size. For visitors to Milan who do not speak Italian, it is easiest to ask your hotel concierge to help book at table. There is basically one seating for dinner, around 830PM. Over what will extend for a few hours, you will be served a variety of seafood-rich salads, shellfish and whole fish, often branzino, served with prosecco and still white wine from the region, all made on site by wonderful chefs working in a tiny space. It is off the beaten path and worth the effort, thanks to the the warmth and charm you will find on your visit. I can't wait to go back. Ciao Silvio (proprietor) !
