A fine menu, quality/price ratio above all expectations and an elegant location that does not make you feel uncomfortable. We asked the reception at the bed and breakfast for a place where locals go to eat; they recommended this trattoria, and we were largely satisfied. We're both not particularly fit for health reasons, so we ordered grilled sea bass, well-cooked and deboned, along with a side dish, water, and dessert. Highly recommend.

30/07/2025: In the heart of Rivoltella, there's a small "Ristorantino" perfect for any occasion, "Trattoria dall'Abate." The restaurant is well-maintained, the wait staff is very friendly, and the food is perfectly balanced...EXCELLENT! Inviting, plentiful dishes, short wait times... just make a reservation to avoid being left empty-handed. The menu reflects the owner, Paolo, who is in love with the sea and the lake. The fish arrives fresh every day from his own fishmonger, and the company's philosophy is healthy, traditional cuisine and quality ingredients. By reservation, you can find your favorite dish, as I did this evening, and enjoy it with an excellent glass of wine, perhaps local. I think I've said it all... Oops! The price?!? Average, no strange surprises. Now all you have to do is try it!!!

11/08/2025: A great place in Venice next to Fondamenta alle Zattere. The rating of 4.3 was s not really fair as the food is amazing, really great place to visit in Venice. Overall, we've tried risotto, lasagna, seafood pasta and tiramisu - everything was amazing and super delicious. Tiramisu is one of the greatest during our this year trip. Service is great, and the owner is very nice and friendly. Highly recommended to visit.

The fish was tasty, but nothing more. The service was excellent – ​​they'll even debone the fish for you. A glass of delicious wine upon entry. The pasta with shrimp was very good. If it weren't for the price of the fish, it would have been fine, but it's really, really overpriced.

06/09/2025: I was referred by the hotel where I was staying on a business trip. I was amazed by the speed of service, despite it being a Saturday night and a full restaurant. The owner is incredibly kind and is practically EVERYWHERE, welcoming customers, at the cash register, taking orders, all with an old-fashioned kindness. While I wait, I was served slices of white focaccia (also made by the owner), fresh from the wood-fired oven, and I drizzled them with some excellent chili pepper oil that was on the table. I ordered a single dish: sliced ​​beef and radicchio risotto; the meat was buttery, expertly cooked and piping hot even in the rosiest spots, and the risotto was fantastic. Truly exceeded all expectations. I complimented the owner, who deserved it. Congratulations!

25/08/2025: We went to this trattoria on Saturday evening, two couples with two children aged 2.5 years and 10 months. We chose the menu option, which is divided into two options: a first course and a second course, costing €26 and €28 respectively. The first course includes a five-course appetizer, including bruschetta, seafood salad, prawns and potatoes, supplì (rice balls) and fried fish, and finally a delicious cod on chickpea cream. You can choose from three first courses; in our case, we chose spaghetti with seafood and gnocchi with prawn sauce, water, and 1/2 liter of wine. The second course includes the appetizer described above and a second course of your choice; in our case, we chose fried fish and grilled fish. The ingredients are fresh and delicious, and the pasta is plentiful. We paid €30 per person for two first courses and two second courses. We'll gladly return.

It turned out to be a MAGNIFICENT evening, with attention to every detail, from the welcome to the meticulous service, to the unique dishes, all crafted with such passion that you can taste them. A wine list that would make even Michelin-starred restaurants envious. The desserts are delicious and truly look like works of art. Highly recommended.

01/08/2025: Great view - perfect AC for coworking on a hot day right across from Centrale - fast 100Mbps WiFi - Marriott points - fancy dog friendly - the best slightly crispy outside yet tender inside veal meatballs I’ve had in Milan (if you go in early afternoon right after lunch… they cook it fresh if you are one of the only customers - but the meatballs aren’t so great at dinner because they probably cook too many) - and if you’re lucky there’s a secret 0 proof menu and a waitress there who knows the secret recipes for healthy apricot kiwi smoothies!
