16/04/2025: Recommended by a colleague originally from Ancona, we started with a very varied mixed starter, with unusual, strong but at the same time delicate flavours. Absolutely worth trying. I then continued with a top-quality pacchero, broccoli, clams and squid and while I was eating I saw a little guitar with squid ink and courgette flowers pass by. But not a washed out cuttlefish ink that I tried in the lagoon, truly black cuttlefish ink. Must try next time. House wine, €45. Basic environment but it doesn't hurt

18/03/2025: Este no es su restaurante habitual de mariscos a lo largo de la costa del Adriático. Y eso es decir mucho porque a lo largo del mar aquí se puede esperar comer muy bien. Gigas está definitivamente un corte por encima. Para el almuerzo los cuatro empezamos con un atún a la parrilla, un plato fuera de menú, que se hizo a la perfección. Seguí con la rocciola hecha con papas fritas de rapa y violeta. Ligeramente hecho en el horno era pura delicia, ingrávido, suave, incluso dulce. Al otro lado de la mesa mis familiares tenían el especial diario, un espagueti en tinta de calamar, que puede ponerte los pelos de punta e incluso estropearte el día. Esta pasta en tinta fue la mejor que he probado. A mi lado, una sopa de ceci con vongole y una reducción de canocchie. Era suave y sabroso. Tuvimos un muy buen verdicchio de la carta de vinos y terminamos con helado de pistacho y un sorbete de frutas. Comida, notas muy altas. Refinado y muy satisfactorio. ¿El espacio? Estás justo encima del mar. Hay asientos interiores y exteriores, un jardín con asientos en verano. He estado aquí antes por aperitivo. Una noche de verano sería encantadora. Servicio, atento, inteligente, experto. Mi esposa y yo estamos en la zona 2 - 3 semanas más. Sin duda volveremos a Gibas.

16/02/2025: Decisamente uno dei migliori ristoranti in cui abbia mai mangiato, infatti ci torno spesso. Non metto 5 stelle perché l’ultima volta che ci siamo stati abbiamo ‘osato’ chiedere le alici fritte (spettacolari) senza il pecorino a cui erano abbinate nel menu, e gli spaghetti con le vongole (superlativi) senza la verza, e la proprietaria ci ha simpaticamente risposto che forse era il caso ‘di cambiare ristorante’ (parole testuali) rovinandoci un po’ l’atmosfera della serata. (Abbiamo fatto una cosa così grave ? 😅). I ragazzi dello staff invece eccellenti da ogni punto di vista.

22/03/2025: Sono stato al Pedrocchino di sabato sera, ero con dei colleghi per una cena aziendale. È stato tutto perfetto, impeccabile! Il locale è bellissimo e il servizio… Top! Hanno da poco rinnovato il menù: il risotto è un must, ma da provare assolutamente il pedroburger e il sashimi di orata. Per non parlare dei dolci! A fine cena gentilmente ci hanno fatto fare il giro della cantina, anche essa molto ben fornita. Torneremo sicuramente !!

21/03/2025: Non è la prima volta che io e il mio compagno ceniamo al Pedrocchino ma ogni volta riescono a stupirci in senso positivo con nuove proposte culinarie ma soprattutto riescono sempre a confermare la cura nei dettagli, la qualità dei prodotti, l’attenzione verso il cliente e l’atmosfera speciale. Il menù è ben dettagliato sia nei prodotti che nei prezzi sempre esposti nella massima trasparenza ma l’attenzione finale viene data dal personale pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta e a descrivere i vari piatti nella maniera più professionale. La cura nei dettagli nell’impiattamento non ha nulla da inviare alla qualità del prodotto e alla cura della lavorazione. Purtroppo mancano un paio di scatti di piatti perché eravamo troppo concentrati a goderne li gusto ma spero questi rendano l’idea. Assolutamente, dopo aver girato molti ristoranti reputo Il Pedrocchino il migliore per qualità, servizio, presentazione e personale.

27/10/2024: Cercando i migliori ristoranti di Capri, tramite internet, ha colpito la mia attenzione questo ristorante, per punteggio e per l'eleganza della location. Devo dire che, su 5 sere, è stata la migliore cena della vacanza. Bella l'ambientazione, ottimo il servizio, le materie prime e la cucina. Ho anche chiesto un piatto fuori menù, che mi è stato preparato senza problemi dallo chef. Ottima anche la delizia al limone, una tentazione da non perdere!

02/03/2025: Elegant restaurant at the foot of the castle for a romantic evening without giving up truly good rustic dishes. The glass of "Mascalzone" red wine is also excellent to accompany a rich platter and an excellent carbonara with truffle. Abundant dishes and punctual service. The waiters are also kind. We will return.

Dopo le mie visite, dove ho avuto il piacere di "assaporare" piatti a base di pesce, ho voluto gustare anche i piatti a base carne, pochi ma "studiati" e lavorati con sapienza e professionalità, quindi, molto semplicemente, complimenti allo chef, alla titolare che è sempre molto attenta e allo staff gentile e preparato! 09/03/2025: Our experience at the restaurant was unfortunately disappointing, despite some positive aspects. We arrived with excitement and immediately ordered a plate of gnocchi for our little girl, which were served quickly. However, after this positive first impression, the service started to slip. After about 20 minutes of waiting, we finally ordered two appetizers and a stir fry. The starters arrived after a good 45 minute wait and, although they were good and well presented, we can't say they were spectacular. The real problem emerged after finishing the appetizers: the fried food never arrived. We had to wait another 20 minutes before asking the waitress about it, who, to our surprise, informed us that the fried food had been served to another table. At that point, we got up hungry and decided to leave, despite having been offered an apologetic gesture by the owner, who offered us the two glasses. While we appreciated the attempt to make amends, the overall wait was unacceptable, especially considering the restaurant was crowded with waiters. It was really difficult trying to catch someone's eye as they wandered around the room, never bothering to check if everything was okay. In addition, the prices seemed expensive for a fairly traditional menu and for a place that has an 80s style, which does not justify such a high cost. In summary, although the dishes were good, but not spectacular, the service was a flop and the prices did not live up to expectations. We cannot ignore the importance of attentive and timely service, which was unfortunately lacking on this occasion. Let's hope they can improve in the future, because the potential is definitely there.

24/03/2025: Well, the hyper-qualified and friendly staff, the food was a little less so, specifically a pasta that was too al dente and a pappardelle with mushrooms that wasn't particularly tasty. Environment in excellent condition even if old school. Average account.

15/03/2025: I went in November 2024. It's so nice to go when Jeffrey is around. They are friendly and fun, and they keep going around the tables and pay attention to you. The tension is so high that other employees wonder if Jeffrey has lost his temper haha. The food was really delicious too. I had a seafood set, basil pesto pasta, tomato pasta, white wine, and ate a lot of dessert. I enjoyed everything so much. I thought it would be 150,000 won per person, but even though I ate like this, I was surprised to see that the amount per person was only half of what I thought. I highly recommend you go if you go to Genoa.

01/04/2025: We had Fiorentine steak, wine, potatoes and delicious pasta. A local restaurant of the area, no outside seating. There is a high chair for babies. The restaurant owners were friendly and very attentive. The taste of the food remained on our palate. There were no tourists inside. Right next to the Galileo museum.

30/03/2025: Die Lage direkt beim Dom ist sehr schön, dass Essen war lecker aber die Junge Dame im Service verkennt, wer ihren Lohn bezahlt. Sie war von Beginn an genervt, unfreundlich und als ich nach dem Essen von der Toilette kam sagte sie zu mir „möchten sie die Rechnung“ Danach habe ich sie beobachtet wie sie Ihren Kollegen mit einer Geste gezeigt hat, dass sie uns jetzt loshaben möchte… Es war Sonntag, 21.00 Uhr. Ihr Kollege hat bemerkt, dass ich das mitbekommen habe worauf er uns einen Limoncello angeboten hat. Schade auch wenn sie’s nicht nötig haben ist es einfach nur traurig wie sie sich verhalten hat. Sie hat ein Restaurant, wir alle andern zur Auswahl aber ihres sicher nicht mehr.

07/04/2025: Jag besökte denna restaurang 2011, kommer främst ihåg deras stora, goda pizzor. Ikväll var det dags igen. Vi njöt av maten, kalv och kyckling, i denna trevliga och bullriga lokal. Många gäster och många som väntade på ett bord. Mycket effektiv och trevlig personal.
