12/10/2025: The one star goes to the dry paella and the service: cold and distant, especially from the gentleman who charged us. Tip: Offering a coffee and a smile when you're charging an average of €40 for a dry paella, fried peppers, and a watered-down beer helps digest the bill and the food.

05/10/2025: Great experience! We lived in spain for a couple of years, and eating in here, we definitely had a nostalgic feeling! Great food! The staff were super nice and the atmosphere was great! Would definitely return.

11/08/2025: I don't know if it was by chance or if it's always like this, but I liked the fact that there were few people in the restaurant, which meant less confusion and a peaceful atmosphere where the atmosphere became intimate and relaxing, all accompanied by simple but excellent food. It was truly a wonderful experience in every way! Hoping to find the same atmosphere, we will definitely be back!

08/05/2025: Relaxing restaurant, excellent raw materials, attentive and kind service, particular location in the center of Goro with the Po di Goro flowing alongside 30 meters from the restaurant. Prices normal.

03/11/2025: We ate at El Faro today. The service was very friendly and attentive, and they even brought water for our dog right away. The food was excellent; the mussels and seafood were exactly what you'd expect to find in this region. The price was perfectly reasonable. Many thanks again to the entire team. The server even spoke good German, so I didn't have to struggle with my limited Italian.

01/11/2025: We don't recommend this restaurant: the food wasn't fresh. We ordered tuna tartare and fish with vegetables. The portions were small, and, worse still, the fish wasn't fresh.

21/10/2025: For me, the island of Stromboli is incredibly interesting. Swimming on the pleasant black sand in the warm sea (early October) with the volcano in the background made a strong impression on me. The town of Stromboli is unique, with narrow, walled streets, along which Piaggio tricycles travel at high speeds – both for goods and passengers. The lack of cars is a charm. From the volcano's viewpoint (290 meters above sea level), you can also catch a beautiful sunset.

30/09/2025: Absolutely enchanting and romantic location. The food was okay, but the location is included in the price, so expect to pay a lot more than in Sicily.

03/10/2025: It seems like an unremarkable restaurant from the outside, but inside, everything is beautiful and authentically Italian, without any pretentiousness. The service is excellent. There's a huge variety of fish dishes. The bill for two, including wine, was 80 euros.

01/10/2025: A nice restaurant, in my opinion, but overrated, especially by the people who work there: I'd say it's a lot of fanfare and not much substance, the food is average (fried seafood with calamari, a few shrimp, and that's it), the tuna steak is unremarkable, but the prices are quite high, and the quality/price ratio is unbalanced.

30/09/2025: To celebrate our wedding anniversary, we chose a restaurant near the sea... An intimate and private setting, perfect for a special occasion. We ate divinely: carefully prepared dishes, the freshest fish, and top-quality ingredients. The service was impeccable, attentive, and professional. A top-notch restaurant, highly recommended for those seeking taste, elegance, and tranquility.

23/10/2025: Despite it being off-season and the restaurant being completely empty, we were seated in the far corner of the restaurant, contrary to our request. The service was pleasant but pushy. Unfortunately, the food was a complete disappointment; neither the pasta nor the meat dishes tasted anywhere near to our liking. I wouldn't recommend it.

13/10/2025: In the off-season, you have to take what's open, but this place was a complete disappointment. We weren't particularly hungry in the evening, but the pasta portions there are really only meant for the first course of many courses to fill you up. Unfriendly service, excessively high prices for the miniature portions, plus the €2.50 cover and expensive drinks make this place a tourist rip-off.

01/11/2025: This restaurant, perfectly located for a stroll along the seafront after your meal, offers a variety of first and second courses, as well as pizzas, at a slightly higher than average but overall reasonable quality-price ratio.

10/11/2025: We returned for the 5th time this summer. We were disappointed and returned to give it another try. We ordered three types of paella and were disappointed with all three. The taste of burnt oil prevailed, as did the quality of the fish in one and the mixed vegetables in the other. They were very dry and lacked any flavor. It almost seemed like the paella had been reheated. The quality of the ingredients seemed very poor. I was also surprised by the very low attendance in the restaurant (obviously something is clearly wrong). Very disappointed. Money wasted and a night with digestive problems due to this burning smell and nausea.

15/10/2025: A truly authentic osteria with character, where you eat well and feel like you're in Spain. Highly recommended for those seeking an authentic Iberian experience.

05/10/2025: In a modern yet warm and welcoming setting, this restaurant offers refined, beautifully prepared and presented dishes. The service is excellent, and the wine list is extensive. Definitely a place to spend a lovely evening in the company of excellent food.

13/10/2025: Unfortunately, it didn't live up to expectations: the two of us ordered two appetizers (octopus salad and Catalan-style shrimp) and a "superior" (?) fried fish. They assured us they used only fresh products, so I won't contradict them. I will say, however, that the taste, on the palate, was that of frozen products, and not even prime quality. Several dishes on the menu were unavailable. The atmosphere was surreal: Friday evening (October 3rd), 9 pm, with Carloforte full, we were the only two tables for the entire dinner. Important fact: €97 for two appetizers, a main course, a still wine, and two glasses of white wine. Something to reconsider...

25/09/2025: Friendly staff, especially Sofia, who found the perfect table for us. The dishes were very good, although the appetizers were a bit small. However, with the appetizer, main course, and dessert, you'll leave feeling just the right amount full. The Vento da Ma white wine was excellent (recommended by the staff). The spaghetti with squid ink is the restaurant's specialty and certainly lived up to expectations. Reservations are recommended well in advance.

13/10/2025: bellissimo and perfecto! Loved my experience here, it was my last day of my holidays and I have travelled from north to south of Italy. Here I found my little paradise. Food was generous and delicious! The location is brilliant as it's just off the beaten track where you can really appreciate the beautiful of the area without the crazy crowds! The staff are very helpful and friendly, I want them to be popular but not too much as I really enjoyed how chilled atmosphere it was here. Missing this little paradise and looking forward to returning to try other dishes. Grazie mille! 🙏🏽💕
