Beautiful place, excellent food, and top-notch service. Excellent paella.

This is the perfect place to go to get a good wine or sangria if you would like a break from pasta and pizza around the area. Nice quiet and peaceful restaurant.

Enchanting atmosphere, it feels like being on holiday in Spain

Some friends of ours (regulars) have been inviting us to this wonderful place for a while now, especially for paella. We ordered a few appetizers, rosé wine, and the famous paella!!! This last dish is incredibly delicious. Served in two-handled pans, it smells smoky, as if cooked over a wood fire... with gorgeous fish and a slight spicy flavor! Delicious, to say the least! Carmen, who served us at the table, with her kind manner and smile, completed the job. Thank you so much 🤗

The place is well-kept and has comfortable space between tables. The staff is attentive and polite, but the food wasn't very satisfying. The only one of us who ordered meat was satisfied, but the others who ordered "Spanish" were much less so. The appetizers were nothing special, and we suspected they'd used some frozen food. The seafood paella was sparse in overall seafood, with only one shrimp and one unshelled mussel each. No fruit, few desserts, and no ice cream. Needs improvement.

The location has a Spanish-style feel. With the new management, it's lost some of the Spanish atmosphere and food that once distinguished it!

Unfortunately, the paella we ordered contained several broken shells of bivalve mollusks, which, hidden in the squid ink, created problems for us when chewing. We had to eat carefully, discarding the pieces of shell, invisible to the naked eye, in every bite. Furthermore, we found very little cuttlefish and squid in the paella, but plenty of shellfish. Given that we have been enjoying frequenting the restaurant for years and this is the first time such an "inconvenience" has occurred, we have appreciated the staff's dedication and professionalism, qualities that are rarely taken for granted these days. Their ability to listen to our complaint without arguing or justifying it allows us to conclude that a one-off problem can occur without compromising our opinion of the restaurant's excellent quality. We have sampled nearly every item on the menu over time—tapas, paella, and meat—and have always expressed praise for the quality of the ingredients and the preparation. We will remain your customers and can only recommend your Don Juan.

A wonderful place, in a historic setting. The food is delicious, and the quality deserves top marks. The staff is very courteous and professional.

A well-deserved five stars! I let the appetizers guide me, and everyone was pleasantly surprised by the freshness and presentation. The paella, however, stole the show: rich, fragrant, and intensely flavorful, definitely above average. If you love well-prepared cuisine, you can't miss it. An experience worth repeating soon.
