Ristorante Da Vittorio In Carloforte

The restaurant was very well-maintained, as was the service from a young woman and a young man who looked after us throughout the rest of the meal. I chose the breaded swordfish fillet (see photo), and I must say I was a bit disappointed. The fish flavor was too overpowering, so it tasted like a cutlet. Not bad, but I expected something more. The other two people I had lunch with chose the tuna alla carlofortina and grilled corvina fillet, both excellent. Next, they had a mille-feuille with a pistachio cream. It was recommended to me by the property where I'm staying, both for the excellent quality of the food and for the food inside (there's no specific sign outside, it just says "restaurant"); the window display was very inviting. I'd recommend it too!

Delicious dishes, especially the restaurant's signature spaghetti with squid ink. Super friendly and professional service.
