30/07/2025: When visiting a restaurant, three factors are important: 1. The food, 2. The location, and 3. politeness. Unfortunately, I can't comment on point 1, because the utter rudeness with which we were greeted prevented us from staying longer. The location is already modest, right in the middle of a main road, uncomfortable and noisy. We could have easily overlooked that, but then the waiter came. There were two of us and we wanted to reserve a table for the evening. We told a waitress this, who directed us inside. Inside, a man greeted us in Italian and asked how many people were there. Since his colleague had already told him that we wanted to make a reservation, we didn't think it was unusual for him to ask us whether we wanted to eat inside or outside. It wasn't until the waiter tried to show us to a table that the misunderstanding became clear. We then pointed out to him in Italian that we only wanted to make a reservation; it was just a misunderstanding; it can happen. He simply asked where we came from and then made it clear to my companion that he wouldn't continue speaking Italian to her because she apparently hadn't understood him. This very snotty and passive-aggressive "lecturing" was not only rude but also highly inappropriate. My companion speaks the language at a native level, regularly travels to Italy for language courses, and loves to speak Italian. Instead of handling the situation professionally and as the misunderstanding it was, the reaction was very unprofessional and completely unnecessary. The restaurant was almost empty at the time, so you can't even blame it on stress... I don't even want to know how people are treated here in truly stressful situations. Instead of treating customers with mutual respect, they seem to prefer a condescending attitude, and for various reasons, this is unjustified. Especially since the waiter himself spoke very, very poor German. The situation could have been easily resolved, as it wasn't actually anything serious. The waiter should perhaps reconsider his manners, or put up a sign indicating that he'd rather showcase his limited German skills than speak his native language. It's a shame, really; we just wanted to reserve a table.

29/07/2025: Great staff, great dinner and drinks. The owner or manager found us a place even though we didn't have a reservation. A small child was no problem. I recommend!

08/08/2025: Super, second time I've come to dinner here. And it's the only restaurant that makes mussels properly.

03/08/2025: We're almost in the center of Milan, so parking isn't easy, but there's a convenient hourly parking lot just steps away. The place is small but well-designed and furnished, elegant yet simple. Soundproofing the ceiling would make it more comfortable when there's a lot of noise. The service is excellent and very friendly. All the fish dishes are delicious. I'll definitely be back.

13/07/2025: A distinctive restaurant, from the location to the ambiance to the menu. The famous Ischian-style rabbit (reservation required) is highly recommended, and is served with bucatini pasta, a first course, cooked in the same sauce. A live pianist completed the romantic atmosphere.

06/07/2025: We booked the sunset table and the views were excellent. We had the fish of the day (tuna) with aubergine and mint stew - this was delicious The ischian salad in the pizza crust was also a nice novelty and really tasty. We also had the tagliatelle and ragù, would definitely get this again too.

04/07/2025: Everything excellent, from the glasses of wine, to the Russian with black truffle and bread net, to the abundant and light courgette flowers (yellow batter, mint, mango, burrata), to the phenomenal seafood salad, to the breaded sanato, to the gianduiotto. Grissini rubatá with corn, bread and focaccia. Very extensive wine list and a lot of Sicilian-Piedmontese selection. Hit DJ music, colors, furniture and paintings to be reviewed, decidedly old compared to the mood, despite the intrinsic value

09/08/2025: We visited this restaurant with a local friend, and I must say we were pleasantly surprised: top-quality ingredients and perfect, never boring combinations. The egg and eggplant millefeuille were excellent. We'll definitely be back.

I never leave reviews; I'm a professional and work in the restaurant industry, so I often understand many of the dynamics. The staff are exceptional, the food superb. This is the second time I've been back in a week. The mussels deserved top marks (ordered both times), the linguine with tramplings was EXCEPTIONAL, probably one of the best dishes I've ever eaten in my life. My boyfriend ordered gnocchi and then the meat; needless to say, I also ate his, cooked PERFECTLY. Generous portions, more than fair price. I would pay double for this kind of quality. Lastly, a special compliment to the waiter (Tiger), who was truly super professional. We definitely came back for the food, but above all for your excellent service! Thank you for explaining the dishes to us, and for giving us advice on everything from appetizers to dessert.
