In many ways the ideal neighbourhood trattoria with good people, good food, relaxed atmosphere and very reasonable prices.

Excellent food, pleasant atmosphere, impeccable service.................

On my first visit, I ordered the seafood scialateli, mozzarella fritters, and a tomato and arugula salad. Everything was delicious, especially the seafood scialateli – the seafood flavors permeated the pasta perfectly! However, on my return visit, I wanted to try the baccalà I'd seen at the market, so I ordered a baccalà dish. To my surprise, I received 10 pieces of deep-fried fish, each about 10cm long! I couldn't possibly eat it all, so I asked a nearby table for four (the photo was taken after I'd given them away). The risotto was tasty, but I was so full from the fritters that it diminished the flavor somewhat. The woman at the register asked something like, "Is this okay?", but I paid and left. I think they assumed I didn't know what baccalà was; it's strange that they listed it on the menu but didn't serve it, and I was disappointed that the waiter brought it as if it were perfectly normal. (The evening service was excellent.) However, since I was seated at an outside table, it was nice to see the Neapolitan bucket being tossed up right in front of me.

We were a group of eight at Friggitoria Ntretella's pizzeria, and everything was absolutely delicious in a very welcoming, family-run atmosphere! A truly authentic ambiance and perfect service! We'll definitely be back!

Pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff and good food

The staff were not only incredibly polite but also humorous, making for a very pleasant dining experience. They explained the menu in great detail and provided specific recommendations for dishes and wines, which was very helpful. They kindly answered all our questions, allowing us to order with confidence. If you're unsure what to order, I highly recommend asking the staff for advice. They'll explain the characteristics of each dish and the ingredients in detail, which is incredibly helpful. The food and wine were all superb; the freshness of the ingredients and the excellent balance of flavors were particularly impressive. Both the service and the food were highly satisfying, making this a highly recommended restaurant.
