16/06/2025: Business lunch. Courteous and helpful staff. Good choice. Shared appetizer (steamed + au gratin) and first course (which I shared in exchange for a taste of the second course). Good, tasty and well-presented dishes. Eating with a view of the boats is (personally) pleasant.

12/06/2025: Whether a place is trendy, or trendy as they say today, does not automatically make it a dispenser of good food. But you know, people, in general, frequent and get ripped off by places that are trendy. A "raw" that is abundantly accompanied by sauces, dips and various gimmicks (including pineapple, ridiculous) only to confuse the scarcity of product, is embarrassing. Fried food, with a distinct bitter taste, means cooking with old and/or poor quality oil. Octopus tentacles? Three tiny pieces presented with sauces, mayonnaise flavored with who knows what, pickled onion (from industrial production, read can), celeriac placed on white cream.....??? Hot evening, fairly crowded place and no sign of a minimum of air conditioning......but on this last aspect one could also overlook.... Certainly not up to the bill paid. Not recommended!

01/07/2025: Food is absolutely delicious! Very welcoming staff, you can literally specify or ask them anything and they will happily help you! 2 years later edit: Well, the food is as good as I remember it. Bruschetta with that REAL olive oil and those delicious cherry tomatoes. The Panini and spaghetti are as good as I remember them. The reason I gave 2 stars for the atmosphere is that it's loud from the customers, but then comes the owner and adds up to it, being even louder. For the service, I'd give 5, even 6 stars to the twins (the owner's sons), because they are so patient and helpful and just have such an overall positive vibe. But, for the owner, I just can't - it's just so obvious that he is tired, he gets angry a lot, sometimes even screams. The owner puts on a fake smile and the second he leaves the table he grunts like he wants to strangle you - he forces the younger waiters to keep asking you to get a dessert or drinks, to ramp up the bill - he tries so hard that it's just annoying (he should just retire and leave it to the twins). Don't get me wrong, during this stay, we dined there 3 times and also got 2 Panini's as take-away, I just think that the owner should gracefully retire, especially since I've seen him make younger couples feel highly uncomfortable, with his blunt and kinda rude "jokes"

27/06/2025: Restaurant and pizzeria on the road to Sant'Angelo a Panza. Excellent traditional cuisine, fresh fish, the best pizza I've eaten on the island. Very kind staff and owners, excellent value for money, I recommend it!!

28/05/2025: An excellent place to have lunch or dinner! We had a 4 course menu with poached egg with a parmigiano sauce and truffles, followed by pork-belly honey-lacquered. Delicious and well presented. Waiter speaks all sort of languages (besides mother-tongue Italian) so easy to communicate and find the best wine for your dish :-)

21/05/2025: Excellent, very good food, the owner is very friendly, he also speaks French, he learned his trade in great Michelin-starred restaurants in Paris and it shows in the dishes.

01/07/2025: My wife and I absolutely loved our experience here. It was very quiet and classic atmosphere. The service was excellent and the meal was delicious. We especially loved the classic dessert cart that they brought out after dinner.

22/06/2025: We were at the Gibas Restaurant in Pesaro last night and I really want to compliment the entire staff. It was a wonderful experience from every point of view. Breathtaking view, a view that alone is worth the evening! But the real added value was the combination of kindness, attention and quality. The staff was always present, polite and super helpful, as was the owner: kind, attentive, always smiling and very present in the room. We ate really well: well-prepared dishes and excellent raw materials. A special round of applause for the choice of oysters and for the patanegra, a real delight! The care towards children was also much appreciated, something not to be taken for granted and which always makes the difference for families. We had a really, really good time. We will definitely return and I recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great experience of sea, taste and hospitality. Congratulations indeed!

04/05/2025: I share my review of the resort's restaurant, what can I say, an enchanting place with a breathtaking view of the Marche hills. Excellent quality food and super friendly and knowledgeable wait staff. We had lunch on the terrace outside the pool with a spectacular view of the hills, all accompanied by delicious dishes and excellent selections of wines. Beautiful experience. Very good idea of ​​the tasting menu with 2 starters, 2 first courses, 1 second course accompanied by side dishes and dessert, all at an excellent price. I recommend trying the decomposed olives on the appetizers, a real treat.

16/06/2025: I returned to this dream place for an aperitif.....aperitif formula €20, too bad they bring very little compared to what I remembered last year, a small square of focaccia, a shrimp with mayonnaise and a quarter of a brioche with a little ham, end of the aperitif, we were all a little disappointed. Luckily the place is worth it... the view is fantastic, we are locals and I don't know if we will return

09/06/2025: Unique experience❤️ The restaurant is located inside the Hotel Vis à Vis and offers a spectacular view of the Baia del Silenzio and the Baia delle Favole. The location is beautiful and the atmosphere is something magical! Refined dishes and quality raw materials. We had a risotto with wasabi and oysters, a large raw fish where there was also sushi prepared by the chef and finally a sea bream in salt accompanied by potatoes and vegetables (the fish was cleaned so well that we didn't find even a bone, congratulations!). The service was impeccable: kind and helpful staff. To conclude they offered us a small tray of pastries and some liqueurs made by them, which were also delicious! The quality/price ratio was also excellent. Everything lived up to expectations, highly recommended!
