11/05/2025: Siamo stati in questo eccellente ristorante di pesce durante il ponte del primo Maggio. Che dire? Abbiamo mangiato così bene che siamo tornati una seconda volta. La qualità di ogni portata che abbiamo gustato è altissima, a partire dalla freschezza della materia prima. Menzione particolare al pane fatto in casa(peperoncino, curcuma e via dicendo). Una vera prelibatezza. L’ambiente è estremamente familiare. La spontaneità e la cordialità dei due titolari, Fausto e Violetta, rende l’intera esperienza ancora più bella. Siamo entrati così in sintonia, che ci è sembrato di conoscerli da tanto tempo. Speriamo di poter tornare presto in Liguria e tornare all’isola. Vivamente consigliato

22/07/2025: This Sunday we went to lunch at in Riccione, and although it's a bit pricey, we had excellent seafood, something I haven't had in a long time. We'll definitely be back. The oyster selection is highly recommended.

17/07/2025: Arrivando dalla Sardegna, quando il mio compagno della zona mi ha proposto di cenare in questo locale, avendoci mangiato molti anni fa, sono andata di impulso a vedere le recensioni, tante, di cui circa la metà non proprio positive. Anche se mi è saltato subito all' occhio che le recensioni positive erano molto elevate, quindi ho voluto dare fiducia. Premetto che Sferracavallo merita di essere visitata e la cena gustata con i dovuti tempi, eravamo preoccupati perché in alcune recensioni si faceva riferimento alla fretta dei camerieri nel voler liberare il tavolo...Smentisco assolutamente questo aspetto. Siamo arrivati per le 21 e con molta sorpresa devo ammettere che alle 21.05 già ci venivano servite le prime pietanze di antipasti a base di frittura di calamari e gamberi, insalata di polpo, sarde e alici, gamberi in salsa rosa, ostriche e cozze, tutto saporito, in abbondanza e freschissimo. Abbiamo assaporato tutto con calma, accompagnando il tutto con un ottimo vino della zona. I tre primi serviti successivamente ugualmente buonissimi: risotto con gamberetti e asparagi, spaghetti alle vongole (ottimi) e pasta tipica con un sugo a base di pesce, menta e finocchietto, molto particolare e saporito ( per palati sopraffini). Per non parlare dell' ottimo e fresco trancio di pesce spada alla griglia servito alla fine, accompagnato da uno spiedino di gamberi impastellati e panati, ugualmente molto particolari e saporiti. Devo ammettere che a scapito delle recensioni negative sono rimasta sbalordita dalla gentilezza del personale, ma dulcis in fundo alle h.22.15 il cameriere che porta in cucina le cassette di gamberi appena consegnati, freschi sotto ghiaccio ci ha lasciato veramente meravigliati, a conferma della freschezza dei prodotti utilizzati. Ottimi sapori e meravigliosi profumi del mare siciliano. Siamo andati via alle 23,00 più che sazi e soddisfatti per un menù degustazione di 35€, soldi spesi benissimo. Speriamo di riuscire a ritornarci presto.

16/07/2025: Every time I go to Palermo, Il Delfino in Sferracavallo is a must. The food is truly delicious! The menu is extensive: numerous appetizers, three first courses, a second course, sorbet, and wine... all for only €35 per person. The waiters are always kind and helpful, despite the large influx of customers that fills the restaurant every day. The price is more than fair for the quality and quantity of food offered. An authentic trattoria, where tradition and hospitality truly shine. Top marks!

The location is unique, with a breathtaking sunset, and the cuisine and service are meticulously crafted with care and elegance, always making guests feel at ease. Whatever you choose, you're sure to be satisfied. The best dinner of the week for the location, service, hospitality, and cuisine! The prices are absolutely in keeping with the setting! I highly recommend it, and I'd also like to mention Ferdinando and Francesco, who, with their cousin, are the third generation of restaurateurs. Congratulations!

19/07/2025: For being a seafood restaurant, the tuna was absolutely horrible. It was well done, which made it tough and dry. There was also no sauce or carbohydrates to eat instead. Not recommended for tourists because the staff can't communicate in English The only plus is the view. Sadly, there are people who stand close to the tables and smoke.

18/07/2025: Quick dinner with my family – grilled tuna, swordfish, and monkfish. Only two other parties were at the restaurant. After 20 minutes, we were served three extremely dry, well-done dishes. We pointed it out, but no one seemed to care. I was annoyed – ruining such fine ingredients, especially in Italy, is a crime. When I mentioned the poor quality while paying, the owner started yelling. In my opinion, he shouldn’t work in hospitality. I paid and left to find a proper dinner elsewhere.

24/04/2025: Locale piccolo con qualche posto anche nel dehor esterno, arredato con cura e dettagli particolari, con cucina a vista. Il menù ha 4-5 scelte per ogni portata, ma tutte molto particolari e interessanti. Di antipasto abbiamo preso springrolls e polpette: impiattati come opere d'arte, bellissimi da vedere e altrettanto da mangiare. Tra i primi abbiamo optato per i due spaghetti: quello burro e alici, tanto "semplice" quanto buono, e quello con limone bruciato e polpa di granchio dal gusto particolare e mai provato. Abbiamo chiuso con i loro due dolci, il millennium pie e la pastiera che meritavano. Prezzo finale senza vino poco meno di 40€ a persona. La ragazza che ci ha servito molto cortese e simpatica. Complimenti allo chef e al suo aiuto cuoco, veramente bravi.

24/04/2025: Small place with some seats also in the outdoor terrace, furnished with care and particular details, with an open kitchen. The menu has 4-5 choices for each course, but all very particular and interesting. As an appetizer we had springrolls and meatballs: plated like works of art, beautiful to look at and equally beautiful to eat. Among the first courses we opted for the two spaghetti: the one with butter and anchovies, as "simple" as it is good, and the one with burnt lemon and crab meat with a particular and never tried taste. We finished with their two desserts, the millennium pie and the pastiera that they deserved. Final price without wine just under €40 per person. The girl who served us was very courteous and nice. Compliments to the chef and his assistant chef, really good.

13/07/2025: Sempre Una Garanzia . bistrot che ci ha colpito per l arredo curato nei minimi dettagli sia all interno che nel meraviglioso giardino segreto e per il Menù dove ogni volta è difficile scegliere per la molteplicità delle opzioni intriganti . Ottimo il prezzo qualità prezzo a partire dalla selezione di ostriche e crudi , per andare sui nostri piatti preferiti , fregola con frutti di mare PAZZESCA , pane burro e alici meraviglioso come le varie paste , i polipetti alla Luciana, la ZUPPA DI MARE , L ottimo ceviche e qualche piatto interessante anche per chi non mangia il pesce . La selezione dei vini è ECCEZIONALE e lo staff è sempre pronto , cordiale ed efficace anche nel consiglio . La selezione di amari a fine pasto completa un offerta veramente ben pensata . Oltre alla qualità prezzo , ci fa tornare spesso il fatto che il bistrot si trova davanti una piazza dove è meno difficile trovare parcheggio rispetto al solito per il Pigneto e l atmosfera dalla musica in sala per non parlare poi di quella del meraviglioso bagno . Insomma SANTERIA = GARANZIA alla prossima

Instead, I was greeted by the warm aroma of fresh basil, melted mozzarella, and wood-fired dough. Don't worry: whoever ends up here has definitely not sinned – they've done everything right. Because if there are nine circles of hell, then there are at least nine levels of pizza bliss here. 🍅 First circle: The appetizers – antipasti like those made by an Italian nonna who adopts you with the first bite. 🔥 Third circle: The pizza oven – the blazing heart of the house, where dough becomes art. 👑 Fifth circle: The "Pizza Dante" – a divine composition that would make even Lucifer weep and trade purgatory for a table swap. 🌿 Seventh Circle: The oregano – generous, fresh, and not just decoration, but a true hero. The service? So friendly I wasn't sure if I was in Italy or paradise. Fast, warm, attentive – with a smile that radiates more warmth than the stone oven. The ambiance?
