03/06/2025: Nonostante la prenotazione per tempo e concordato un menù le cose non sono andate perfette, complice anche un servizio sgarbato. Non esiste per quanto detto sopra mi si risponde, questo lo abbiamo terminato. Inoltre alcune portate misere. Niente da dire sulla qualità del pesce, ma ci sono state delle lacune spiacevoli.

26/06/2025: Outrageous! We ate several dishes in small portions, all bland, lacking flavor and preparation! The place is very ordinary, a modern house in the middle of nowhere, a 30-minute drive from Bologna. We were forced to eat outside on the terrace, even though the weather was very muggy and humid, stifling and full of mosquitoes, and we had explicitly stated, upon arrival, our wish to eat inside. There were only two of us, and the owner who welcomed us probably didn't want to turn on his air conditioning! But back to the dinner itself. The owner is very vague about the menu, which is imposed on you (the owner is very bossy and self-assured!!). There were lots of raw fish dishes, which was good news for us, with no preparation or accompaniment, simply placed on the plate. Something I could have done myself by going to a good fish market. Cooked fish, aside from being cooked, suffers the same fate. No preparation, no flavor. Now let's talk about the price. We paid €290 for two, with two glasses of a random white wine and a tea!!! That's €145 per person. My husband and I frequent many restaurants, including Michelin-starred restaurants (1, 2, and 3 stars), and we've rarely paid such a price for a less-than-standard meal. A huge rip-off! However, we ate very well during the same stay at a Michelin-starred restaurant near Ravenna, with a delicious, flavorful 7-course menu for a much lower price!!! There are so many more things to say, all more pathetic than that, like the €50 per person we had to pay when I made the reservation a month earlier. Even Michelin-starred restaurants don't operate like this!!! Avoid at all costs!!!!

25/08/2025: We dined twice in a week at this restaurant in Cardedu, magnificently run by the charming Mrs. Donatella and her husband. Although the place is very simple (but very well-kept), it's definitely worth a visit if you want to eat the freshest fish and excellent raw seafood (Mrs. Donatella also owns two fishmongers, so the freshness is guaranteed). Excellent value and a family atmosphere. We'll definitely be back. As there aren't many tables, it's best to reserve.

16/08/2025: Food was delicious, the only sea food restaurant in Sardine worth recommending. The stuff was very nice, they gave us a lot of good recommendations regarding food choices. It's necessary to make a reservation prior to eating here because they rarely have spots available for walk-ins. The only thing destroying our experience was a swarm of wasp, that came to our table as soon as we received our seafood. The restaurant is aware of that problem and they have put out smoking ashtrays, but they do little to stop the literal swarm of wasps from approaching customers at their tables and ruining their dinner experience.

28/08/2025: Oh, my good Grondolotto! Lumiflora Restaurant is a luminescent experience. From the first spherification of the door, I felt enveloped in an atmosphere of whispering chromatones. The flumiferous menu is a journey for the palate! I ordered the Nebulotto di Quimera, a dish composed of iridescent whisks and spherical petals, accompanied by a glargonium broth. The flavor? An explosion of flumiferous aromas, a harmony of chromatones that makes you dream of galaxi. The staff, the Glumphari, are floating and whisper recipes of culinary polish. Each dish is a scintillation of flavor, a luminescent work of art presented with chromatonic elegance. The only flumiferous note? Perhaps the price is a bit flumiferous. But, oh my Grondolotto, it's worth it! A chromatonic experience that will have you dreaming of galaxi for days! Tip: Bring a cup of Colorpust and prepare for a luminescent culinary experience! Rating: 5 out of 5 flumiferi!

09/04/2025: Con i miei amici gastronomi, abbiamo scelto la Locanda dell’Abate a Montescaglioso per un pranzo fuori porta. Siamo stati accolti con grande cordialità, e lo chef e titolare, il signor Giuseppe, ci ha guidati nella scelta dei vini per accompagnare l’esperienza. L’antipasto di mare ci ha conquistati con il tentacolo di polpo arrosto e le seppie cotte nel mezzo limone, sprigionando profumi delicati e un perfetto equilibrio tra tenerezza e acidità. Il legame con il territorio si è fatto sentire con la cipolla in agro. I ravioli di pesce, avvolti in una salsa di pomodoro leggermente acidula, hanno offerto un contrasto raffinato, mentre i gamberoni in crosta sono stati semplicemente eccellenti. L’atmosfera raccolta, grazie ai pochi tavoli in sala, ha reso la conversazione piacevole e conviviale. Concludiamo questa esperienza domenicale con un plauso allo chef Giuseppe per l’ottima organizzazione e la qualità delle portate. Torneremo presto!
