Excellent food, cleanliness, hospitality, professionalism and quality, from the fishmongers' tradition to the evolution of the processing of raw materials, excellent selection of local and national wines, wide choice from the daily menu to the tasting menu, à la carte or at the counter, also excellent for delivery, it's a shame that the location has only a few seats (after all it is a delicatessen)
