05/03/2025: Fantastic experience! The owner and all the staff are very kind and super friendly, creating a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. The food is really excellent, with quality ingredients and carefully prepared dishes. The portions are more than generous, leaving you fully satisfied. Highly recommended! I will definitely go back.

21/02/2025: It's never nice to give and/or receive a less than positive review, but I have to admit that the evening in this new place, discovered with The Fork, was certainly not pleasant for us. Let's start with gluten-free: on the phone they told me that you could have the first SG, then in person, in reality the choice was between just 3 dishes or pizza (frozen base + filling). The service was really poor, the dining room staff is not to blame, however, the problem is the disorganization of the kitchen even when the room was not full, like last night. The wine (to drink with the first or second course) arrived immediately, the starters after ten minutes and the first course after 1h 45m! I only stayed seated because the children were eating pizza, but it would have been a good idea to leave without waiting for the first ones. The dishes tasted quite ordinary and flat, the quality of the ingredients "normal", probably purchased at the hypermarket, like I do for my house. Good for unpretentious tourists

20/12/2024: We have been dining with them several times for 10 years now. Their starters and fish dishes are excellent, accompanied by an excellent sparkling wine, served by attentive waiters who, like the owner, are always very professional and friendly. If you end the evening by tasting "La Pastiera Napoletana", prepared by the owner's wife, I think you will ask for a piece to take home. The prices are in line with the market and the always full tables are a confirmation of this.

05/02/2025: At first it made a very good impression on us, the food was also delicious, however, the (handwritten) bill showed 1 euro more for several items than on the menu. We didn't complain because of language difficulties, but contrary to our previous plans, we didn't go there again. This was our only bad experience during our six day trip.

02/02/2025: Piero era il mio ristorante “delle occasioni”, ci andavamo sempre per qualcosa di importante….Piero ha sempre avuto quel fascino d’antan grazie al proprietario una classe appena sussurrata che aveva la firma del Signor Piero e chiamava da moltissimi anni una clientela affezionata e disposta a fare tanta strada per mangiare qui; elegante, posato, a tratti severo, ma di animo raffinato e gentile. Un vero Signore. Controllava che tutto funzionasse alla perfezione, che non si rimanesse troppo a lungo in attesa, che si fosse a proprio agio, che il clima del suo ristorante fosse giocoso, ma confortevole ed elegante. Dobbiamo dimenticare tutto ciò…perché i Piero sono pochi e fanno la differenza! Oggi ci si trova di fronte ad un’altra confidenza: quella rumorosa e disturbante di una pizzeria. Gente chiassosa, bambini urlanti digitalizzati, tempi di attesa lunghi lunghissimi perché manca completamente un direttore d’orchestra e gli strumenti suonano stonati e indipendenti. Già prima si indulgeva su qualche piccolo eccesso di confidenza, ma tutto aveva una sua misura dettata dal Patron. Ilcibo “sembra” uguale, ma c’è qualcosa che mi fa temere e pensare che non lo sarà a lungo. Mi dispiace dire che a mio avviso in breve tempo somiglierà più a una pizzeria dove si mangia il pesce che al nostro amato Piero …e ovviamente non ci torno perché l’unica cosa che è stata mantenuta invariata sono i prezzi. Insomma, lo temevo, ma per ora è l’opposto di Piero!

28/12/2024: Sono tornata in questo ristorante dopo anni, su consiglio di mio marito che vi era stato per una cena di lavoro. Ho ritrovato la stessa qualità, cortesia e attenzione verso le materie prime e i piatti che ricordavo, ma con più estro, sia nella presentazione, che negli accostamenti di sapori e ingredienti. Ritornerò di sicuro.

09/03/2025: I have been to this seafood restaurant several times and have always had a good time. The service is friendly and welcoming, and the seafood is fresh and well cooked. I particularly enjoyed the raw seafood, which has always been very good. A place I recommend to anyone who loves seafood. Keep it up, I will definitely be back!

18/02/2025: A great restaurant in the middle of the city with a great Italian flair. The food, pasta and pizza taste amazing! Service is flawless, even in English. We ordered a pickled pear for desert - a MUST. We have never tried anything so fantastic in Italy. So, be sure to try the great pear instead of tiramisu. See photos.
