26/08/2025: Excellent cuisine! The prawns are so fresh they melt in your mouth. The pasta is a dream. As is customary in Italy, you should order primi and secondi piatti for dinner. You can't find truly fresh fish everywhere in Taormina, but here you can! The service is very attentive and open to any special requests. Great atmosphere in the middle of the alleys. A wonderful place!

24/08/2025: I love it! I'd been there a long time ago. I wanted, so to speak, to unlock a memory. We booked so as not to risk being left waiting. The staff were attentive, kind, and the service was impeccable. I had very good fish first courses at excellent prices despite the restaurant being in the center. I was very satisfied. Memories never disappoint! 😂😉

19/08/2025: Did not like the food, and the drinks were overpriced( The spritz was more than my meal), if you are looking for something authentic and a good environment this was not the place for us. Bugs are everywhere where we had five flies land on our pizza, when I asked the waiter he said it’s normal and italians eat it all the time 🧢. I would for sure avoid this place go to kasai. ✔️

24/07/2025: Molto rumoroso, davvero tanto, e servizio molto lento e disordinato. Non abbiamo assaggiato le pizze ma i piatti del giorno ed il fritto, buoni. Ma appunto, davvero difficile avere una conversazione al tavolo dato il frastuono. Poi alle pareti i poster di Balbo (e ci sta, siamo ad Orbetello), ma pure il crocifisso appeso ed il calendario di Trump, non il massimo del buongusto in un locale pubblico.

19/07/2025: Questo ristorante è fantastico: cibo, scelta di birre e vini, servizio, tutto eccellente. Bisogna prenotare. Quando siamo usciti c'era la coda fuori di tanta gente che, alle ore 21:30 aspettava per entrare. Le pizze sono buonissime ed in tante varietà ma noi abbiamo provato il pesce al forno con patate. Ci torneremo.

18/08/2025: Average pizzas. My criticism is directed at the service, where a middle-aged blonde waitress took it upon herself to act as if she were an acquaintance. She was grumpy and nervous. It seemed like she was doing me a favor by serving me the pizza. She grimaced when I answered, visibly irritated, and responded in a surly tone. You can be in a hurry, yes, but the wait staff can never afford to be surly with customers, especially those who have been kind from the start. It's a shame for the rest of the staff. Please respect those who keep your pizzeria afloat. Next time, Charlie Brown.

03/09/2025: Excellent lunch and impeccable service! I had lunch at Ristorante Gabbiano and was truly satisfied. The dishes were exquisite, prepared with the freshest and most flavorful ingredients. The staff was very friendly and professional. The quality/price ratio was also excellent. Perfect for those seeking refined cuisine in a welcoming atmosphere!

02/09/2025: Nice atmosphere, excellent value for money, always a sure bet for excellent seafood, friendly and professional staff. On the other hand, the experience in handling fish and...customers is not lacking, given the restaurant has been open for many years. The only drawback is parking; given its location on the seafront, parking is scarce among beach resorts, hotels, and apartments, and you have to plan for a walk to work up an appetite and digest.

12/08/2025: Very nice location with a terrace overlooking the sea during the summer, good service, shame about the prices being too high for what is offered and the dishes that do not live up to the location, very scenic but lost in the flavor.

04/07/2025: Everything is good except the cuisine, which tries to imitate the best restaurants: unfortunately, putting small portions on beautiful plates is not enough to create great cuisine. The dishes are generally flavorless.

07/09/2025: Over rated tourist trap. long wait and below average no flavor oily food. Despite having lots of employees they are disorganized and chaotic. Wait in line to be seated, hard to hear the names when called and when we finally got a table, took forever to get our order, in fact, newly seated customers got their order before us (similar order). Cuoppo is oily and have no flavor, not even salt. They charge coperto per person €1. Lots of other restaurants offer the same dishes with better flavor and prices.

18/08/2025: Place was astonishing Food was great We had 3 appetisers, 3 pizzas 3 drinks All of them were great We asked for a special pizza which was truffle oil as they had no actual truffles & also we asked for a pizza with no pork/ ham & they also custom made it for us. Luigi served us & he was wonderful & very helpful We were a group of 5 people We eat tiramisu afterwards & it was great with the authentic flavour

14/08/2025: A sensational experience, to say the least. The location is beautiful, every detail is meticulously cared for, and elegance and courtesy reign supreme. The staff is nothing short of fantastic and attentive; they take care of everything, making you feel pampered in every way. The location is strategic, within walking distance of both the beach and the town center. Highly recommended!!!

09/08/2025: The restaurant serves pretty good Italian cuisine, with fresh pasta and pleasant flavors. The atmosphere is friendly and the service is decent, if a little slow at times. On the other hand, the prices are really excessive for what's served: the portions are modest and the bill mounts up quickly. A decent experience overall, but the value for money leaves something to be desired.

20/08/2025: There were 8 of us in this restaurant which seemed okay to us according to the reviews. What a disappointment!!! A very nice waiter, however, half an hour of waiting for a "burata" dish with 1 tomato cut into four and a ball of Burata taken out of the bag and placed on the tomatoes without seasoning, a Milanese escalope arrived 10mm later while everyone was served and without presentation, without lemon etc.. inedible gnocchi etc... Apart from the Sicilian tuna which was okay. Very disappointed despite a picturesque setting and correct reviews. To top it all off, a hefty bill with a mini scoop of lemon ice cream at €7.50 and the bourata at €16, scandalous.

20/08/2025: Ordered: Buffalo tomatoes Received An unripe tomato cut into quarters with a scoop of buffalo tomatoes. No olive oil. No basil. The dish that must have cost them 1 euro. Sold: 16 euros
