11/12/2025: One of the best restaurants I've visited in Riva del Garda. The food is delicious, the service is great, and the interior is absolutely stunning. Anyone who visits should make sure to sit in the indoor garden. I visited in the summer, of course. I highly recommend you try it.

06/12/2025: In its new location in the center of Sottomarina, the restaurant is refined and chic, with a large window overlooking the city center, making it enchanting. Upon arrival, we were greeted very kindly; they asked us for coats, showed us to our table, and brought us some bag hooks—a real treat. We had a varied and delicious mixed seafood appetizer for two, all accompanied by an excellent white wine, before moving on to a sensational mixed fried fish dish. The waitress served us with great kindness and professionalism throughout the meal, finally recommending an aged rum paired with dark chocolate. For me, Il Tavernino is a testament to the years of professionalism, passion, flavor, and hospitality that make lunch or dinner a truly special experience, in this splendid restaurant managed impeccably by the owners. The owner is a very kind person and very attentive to the customer's requests, and the owner, who is also the chef, is, what can I say... amazing in his passion. All these ingredients, combined with passion, dedication, and hospitality, make this restaurant, in my opinion, the best in the city.

06/12/2025: Despite the good reviews, the price is very high relative to the quality. On the same day at lunchtime, the same people had a much superior gastronomic experience and spent less.

04/11/2025: I'd read excellent reviews, but the food was average. Very small portions. The food arrives cold from a serving hatch. The boiled vegetable dish I chose as a side dish was excellent...a bit nursing home-style in terms of the plating, but well done. I'm talking about greens, boiled potato, and a few slices of zucchini. The prices are high. The bill is incorrect...I think it was due to a carelessness. I won't be back, too bad.

08/11/2025: I can only give it 5 stars on all fronts: delicious food, impeccable service from the manager and his staff, and a cozy and comfortable atmosphere! I discovered it by chance on my first night in Cagliari, and I immediately returned the next night!

26/10/2025: Everything fried was very greasy. Mixed seafood appetizer for two was excellent and was a great start for four. If you are a party of four, make sure when making a reservation not to be seated by bathroom.

02/12/2025: Excellent business lunch. Wide selection of dishes, including various first and second courses. Generous buffet of cooked and raw vegetables. Fast and attentive service. The waiters were always smiling and kind, despite the tables always being occupied. Not to be missed. I can confirm the excellent business lunch and the courtesy of all the attentive staff. It's also worth noting that the tables have cotton tablecloths, not paper like many nowadays. A significant detail, worth considering. Since Covid, there's no longer a vegetable buffet as per regulations. Everything else is always exceptional, the waiters are always smiling and quick. Very clean and tidy. Always crowded, with people waiting...

25/11/2025: On Sunday we were guests at a birthday party at this restaurant, and I must say I was delighted. First of all, compliments to the chef, because the dishes were delicious and well-prepared. The staff was polite and friendly. The bathrooms were clean, and the changing area was excellent for those with small children. The rooms were also well-divided, offering more than adequate privacy. We'll be happy to return!

16/11/2025: Very well decorated with exquisite details and very well organized and clean. You can eat à la carte or I can create menus. The dishes are not bad, in my opinion the service could be improved, the girls are good but they can get a bit confusing, the dishes were not brought all at once but rather somewhat in shifts, let's say that apart from the service a little better, the rest is not bad.

31/10/2025: The restaurant isn't aesthetically pleasing, very modern, but its strong points are the kindness of the staff and the food. The couscous, the busiate pasta with Trapanese pesto, the tagliolini with squid ink, and the desserts are excellent.

22/10/2025: His Majesty the fish, elevated to the highest level of delicacy with respect and mastery. The ricotta ravioli, cooked and served in a sublime fish broth, the couscous delicious, and the grilled swordfish, without any additives, was simply amazing. The service was excellent and highly recommended.

30/11/2025: A restaurant right in the center of Alghero. We tried the seafood menu. The dishes were well-prepared and beautifully presented, and the fried fish was excellent. A special mention goes to the seadas, which were truly top-notch! We ordered two very good local wines. The staff were very kind, and they even offered us myrtle liqueur at the end of the meal. Highly recommended.

You can taste the passion and attention to detail behind their cuisine. A plus is their allergy management: just a phone call or a simple request, and they can easily adapt dishes. That's something not everyone can do. The location... there's nothing to say, because it speaks for itself. It's welcoming, well-maintained, with an atmosphere that puts you at ease right away. It's one of those places where you walk in and know you'll be happy. The service is excellent: knowledgeable, friendly, and professional staff. If you're unsure about which wine to pair, simply ask: they'll be happy to recommend the most suitable label for your dishes. The waitress, in particular, is always smiling, friendly, attentive to guests' needs, and capable of maintaining an exceptional level of professionalism even during the busiest of times. The manager, meanwhile, perfectly embodies the elegance and authority of a truly high-ranking restaurant manager. Always impeccable, with extraordinary attention to every detail, he moves among the tables discreetly, ensuring everything runs smoothly. His presence is reassuring and lends a touch of class to the entire service. I highly recommend everyone try it at least once, and if I may offer a suggestion, make your first visit during the week: you'll enjoy the ambience and the attentive staff even more.
