23/10/2025: I went to By Night on October 21, 2025, for dinner. Impeccable service. The waitress was able to recommend the perfect pairings. I had a fresh pasta with red mullet for the first course, and a Mediterranean-style sea bream for the second course, the catch of the day. Everything was delicious! I couldn't order dessert because I was full, otherwise I would have gladly ordered it. I had a table next to me that was a bit noisy. Without much hesitation, they immediately changed our table. Thanks to the whole team. Excellent value for money.

12/10/2025: By Night: to celebrate our wedding anniversary. If you're in Olbia, this restaurant will win you over from the moment you arrive: a refined atmosphere, young and professional staff, and dishes that are surprising in both taste and presentation. Each course is a small masterpiece, prepared with quality ingredients and meticulous attention to detail. The fish is incredibly fresh, and the desserts are irresistible. We didn't try any meat-based dishes. Kudos to the entire team: By Night is a guarantee of pleasure and quality.

01/12/2025: Recommended by the owner of a nearby B&B. She told me it opens at 6:30 pm, so we stopped by at 7:30 pm. Unfortunately, it was closed. It's a shame we were very excited about dining there. I checked the update 6 weeks ago and the opening hours matched what I'd been told, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. It was closed on a Monday. It's a shame, we would have been happy to visit given the reviews and the B&B owner's recommendation.

28/11/2025: It was very delicious. I read reviews saying the food was lightly seasoned, but I found it to be rather strong. There were no issues with the food or the service, but the strong smell from the aroma candles prevented me from enjoying the aroma of the food, and watching TV on the large TV in the restaurant ruined the atmosphere. I would definitely come back next time I'm in Naples.

I started coming with my cousin, who is a true regular, and I've never been disappointed: never a flaw, never a drop in quality. The credit goes first and foremost to the service, always attentive and discreet. Diletta is a wonderful presence: kind, polite, smiling, and capable of making every customer feel truly welcomed. But the real strength is, of course, the cuisine: excellent ingredients, prepared with care and precision, innovative dishes without ever being overbearing, some truly original. For seafood lovers, this place is a little paradise: many of the dishes are simply delicious. The location is equally pleasant: I've been both summer and winter, and each season has its own charm. In summer, the outdoor seating is delightful, nestled in a well-kept setting reminiscent of a small garden; there's convenient reserved parking, and the space is accessible to all, perfect for private parties or small events.

20/12/2025: Quickly found this restaurant here on Google. I only ordered the appetizer, thinking of ordering a main course afterward. There was so much to choose from, and everything was very inviting, but I couldn't bring myself to do so. The appetizers were delicious and incredibly satisfying. Great for non-fish eaters, too. My brother had the pork shank with potatoes, and he was also very satisfied. The staff was friendly and very attentive. We'll definitely be back.

04/12/2025: The atmosphere is simple yet refined, quiet during the week, and the staff is super friendly and welcoming. We had two pizzas and the tiramisu. Everything was delicious, and the dessert was truly exquisite! I can't wait to go back for more. A truly positive experience.

13/12/2025: I was skeptical upon entry, but then I was welcomed into the dining room. Welcoming, clean, and warm! The service was very competent, not intrusive but always ready to listen to requests. The menu was fairly classic, with meat options as well. But they do serve fish. Excellent! Many dishes are off-menu because they're based on fresh fish. For the first time, I heard the suggestion: four-hour-old fish, from this morning or last night! I'll be back with my family.

The restaurant is in a beautiful Location and furnished with style. Outside, there is a beautiful furnished garden with tables for enjoying the summer season. Good food. There is ample car parking. I can recommend it to other people. We will be back again. Emil.
