We stumbled upon the L'Oasi restaurant by chance while strolling through Carloforte. We were looking for a selection of traditional dishes, but also original, and here we found them ☺️!
The octopus appetizer on a bed of flavored mashed potatoes was unforgettable: one of the best we've ever eaten.
For our first courses, we chose the Carlofortino pastry and a dish of the day: fregola with grouper. Spectacular. We finished with the tuna belly 🐟, which we really enjoyed. The courtesy and professionalism of the staff, as well as the elegant and original atmosphere, truly made the lunch perfect. Thank you, we'll definitely be back!

We went today for lunch with friends. It's tuna fishing day, but the wait for our food wasn't long. The wait staff was very courteous and professional. We had spaghetti allo scoglio (spaghetti with seafood), pasticcio alla carlofortina (with very fresh and delicious tuna 😋), and octopus on saffron puree. Everything was sublime. Recommended, the freshest ingredients.
