03/11/2025: I ordered takeout boxes, the best in Riccione at the best price, and watching them prepare it for you in the open kitchen is priceless. Everything is prepared, cut, and cooked to order. Prices are great, and the owner is friendly and knows how to manage both the dining room and takeout. I plan on eating there again.

01/11/2025: Discovered it based on reviews and because it was close to our hotel. What can I say... everything was truly perfect. Wonderful welcome: smiles, recommendations, explanations... excellent prices. Grilled vegetables with excellent gratin. Tender cuts of meat. Well organized. If I had to find something that could be improved, in my opinion, it was the quality of the cooked ham, but otherwise, we'll definitely be back! The other toppings were all excellent, and the piadina dough was delicious. Very, very nice atmosphere.

11/11/2025: I'll start by telling you that my 9-year-old daughter said to me, "Mom, you have to give this restaurant a 5 ⭐️." We had tagliolini with butter and parmesan, which was fabulous (you can add truffle, which we did). A broccoli and anchovy gnocchi was equally fantastic. An excellent fried calamari and shrimp dish. A children's menu consisted of penne with tomato sauce, chicken cutlet with potatoes, both equally delicious, and ice cream. The penne had a white version, and although the sauce was also delicious, next time my daughter will have them white because she stole her dad's tagliolini. I've never had tagliolini that looked so simple but tasted so good. A bottle of water and a glass of wine. The atmosphere was fantastic, with a view of the lake and the village of Anguillara, you could go straight down to the beach. Nice and friendly staff and owner. The costs are honest enough to allow you to return more frequently. Pleasant last minute discovery since it was already late, we will certainly become loyal customers. 09/11/2025: We went to a cafe in Positano—it was a decent place overall, but my impressions were mixed. I ordered pasta with lobster—it was my first time trying lobster. They gave me special utensils, but I didn't know how to use them. Unfortunately, the waiters didn't explain how to use them, and it felt like they were just watching from the sidelines. It was a bit awkward. My boyfriend and our friend had delicious food—especially the shrimp. The tomato salad was pretty average, nothing special. We sat outside, but without a great view—tables with a view were literally being filled every minute, and we were just unlucky. Overall, the food was good, but I would have liked more attention and involvement from the staff, especially when the guest is experiencing something new. Il ristorante è carino, il cibo nel complesso buono. Ho ordinato la pasta con l'aragosta - era la prima volta che la provavo, ma purtroppo nessuno mi ha spiegato come usare gli utensili. Mi sono sentita un po’ a disagio, sarebbe stato bello ricevere un piccolo aiuto. I piatti del mio ragazzo e del nostro amico erano buoni, specialmente i gamberi. Abbiamo mangiato fuori, ma purtroppo senza vista, i tavoli migliori erano sempre occupati. Nel complesso un’esperienza discreta, ma con un po’ più di attenzione ai clienti sarebbe stato molto meglio. 🌸

23/11/2025: We stopped to taste San Daniele, and ordered two full menus. Excellent prosciutto, delicious cheeses, and pickled vegetables. The staff was very friendly, even offering us a nice limoncello and chocolates. Highly recommended. Excellent value for money.

05/10/2025: This is our fifth visit to this wonderful restaurant. The food is phenomenal. Great flavor combinations, yet not too complex, allowing you to recognize the ingredients and let each one unfold its full potential. The service is fantastic, very friendly, attentive, and everything runs at a pleasantly relaxed pace. Added to that is the exceptional wine, which is served to match the dishes. With a wealth of in-depth knowledge and great passion for each wine and its history! And to top it all off, the daughter made some addictive chocolates! Thank you Sonja, Jörg, and your children for the wonderful evening! ... and thank you for the shuttle service to the bus! We're already looking forward to our next visit 🤩

17/09/2025: Excellent food. Great lunch menu. Changes daily. Everything was perfect. Selected wines and the food was lovingly prepared and delicious. The chocolates are highly recommended. All handmade.

24/10/2025: It's the fourth time I've been there and as far as quality and service are concerned, there's nothing to complain about, just that (at least for my pockets) I can't afford it... spending €103.00 for 4 pizzas, 2 beers, 2 desserts and 1 coffee makes me think that it has become a place suitable for people with higher incomes than mine💁‍♂️

We found the place affordable and authentic with great food and nice service. In fact it was our overall favourite restaurant in Sorrento and we’d gladly come back again.
