29/08/2025: We always return for the kindness of the staff (also attentive to children) and the typical local dishes they prepare. Access is a little awkward, but that's pretty normal in Assisi. The outdoor patio is beautiful.

04/09/2025: Today was a messy and tiring day from the start,
but eating here made it the perfect day. It was the best meal I've had in Rome.
I went for lunch and it was so delicious that I went again for dinner this evening. I think delicious food and a friendly smile really make people happy👍🏻
Everything was delicious, but the dish in the second photo, the risotto with squid and mussels, was the best!

27/08/2025: The best meal we've had in Rome. The menu is small but carefully curated. We ordered the Mediterranean bluefin tuna, which was cooked to perfection and paired with a rich, smoky sauce that balanced the flavours beautifully. For dessert, we enjoyed a mascarpone mousse atop a fresh strawberry glaze. The whole experience was enjoyable and look forward to visiting again.

20/07/2025: I happened upon it by chance on a Sunday in July, under the cool shade of broad-leaved trees, everything was truly pleasant, the location enchanting, the food very tasty and the prices in line. The only thing that was out of place was the slowness to receive the menu to consult (30 minutes) and having to ask specifically for it suggested a somewhat slow and disorganized service. However, there were really a lot of tables to manage, perhaps too many, but the staff were very kind.
07/07/2025: One of the best meals we had during our 10 day trip. Incredible authentic and local food, unfussy and amazingly tasty. Coupled with amazing local wines, amazing service and a great location, not touristy at all. Would highly recommend

13/08/2025: Oh well! Something I'll definitely go back to. The Gricia is amazing, not super creamy but just right, the pasta is perfectly al dente, and the sweet Ascoli tart is one of the best things I've ever eaten. Super prices. The waiter is top-notch, genuinely kind and friendly. The dishes are like 140-hour pasta dishes plus sauce... in short, if I were to return to Ascoli, I'd know where to eat truly traditional food.
12/08/2025: The appetizers were excellent, and the stuffed olives were definitely the best I've tasted in Ascoli.
The rest was excellent, from the main courses to the desserts. Very friendly staff. We'll be back.

23/08/2025: This restaurant was recommended to us by Daniele, the owner of La Casa di Memmi, located nearby. We thank him, as we had a wonderful time there. The food was simply delicious, and the staff were attentive, responsive, and friendly.
The only downside: the location, right in the city along a road, doesn't necessarily encourage a complete disconnection. But this remains a minor detail compared to the quality of the experience.
Overall, a very positive review: I recommend it without hesitation!

09/08/2025: Great restaurant at the corner, and not packed with tourists like some other nearby places. Our favorites were the tagliatelle with ragu, and sformatino di verdure con crema di parmigiano mortadella e tartufo nero. Their wine list was also great. Service was wonderful too.

25/07/2025: At first, we were alone and hesitant to go in, but in the end, we did, and it was the best decision we made. The service was very attentive, fast, and friendly. The food was delicious. They add a unique twist to Italian cuisine. We highly recommend it. It cost us €45 in total.

31/08/2025: What a discovery! Small restaurant, but cozy both inside and on the terrace. And above all, so delicious! The recommendation in the Gambero Rosso Ristoranti guide was right: tradition and modern cuisine at its finest!
More than worth the extra drive. And what's more, it's situated in a beautiful spot in the Chianto region.
27/08/2025: We stayed at Volpaia and went here for dinner on our first night. Amazing food and experience. Great Tuscan meal and very helpful and kind staff. Overall, fantastic meal and setting.
