05/09/2025: We had the pleasure of visiting Izé Restaurant on two special occasions: the first to celebrate a birthday, the second for our wedding anniversary. On both occasions, what we experienced went far beyond a simple dinner: a perfect combination of hospitality, cuisine, and elegance. The service deserves special mention: attentive, punctual, and never intrusive. Every gesture is carefully crafted and professional, always accompanied by sincere cordiality. During our first visit, the chef introduced himself by remembering the dishes we had chosen, a rare detail that demonstrates a truly extraordinary dedication and sensitivity. The cuisine is extraordinary: each dish tells a story of research, balance, and creativity. It's not just a meal, but a gastronomic experience crafted with skill and passion, capable of surprising and engaging all the senses. 30/08/2025: Last night my daughter took us to Mizzon for dinner (let me start by saying we went there in July last year, which was delicious, and then at the end of August last year, which was really poor, with the excuse that it was late and there were a lot of us). Yesterday I was with my family, and we gave it another try. It's true that I'm picky, and so is my family, because I cook very well and always focus on quality and freshness, and my children call me "the fool," but yesterday we were disappointed, despite the kindness of the owners, the efficiency of the staff, and the beauty of the place. We chose the mixed seafood appetizer, which was nothing special, edible, except for the sautéed mussels, which was not bad. Then for the first course, the paccheri with monkfish. The sauce was too red (in fact, it wasn't fresh tomato) and overpowered the flavor of the fish, and the paccheri didn't please. It's a shame I had high expectations. The spaghetti with clams was lukewarm and bland, and the desserts were quite good. Disappointed, when I head to the seaside I expect delicious dishes, and when I eat them my eyes start to turn into hearts... I forgot the prices are in line with the prices of the seaside area.

27/08/2025: My husband and I were there last night, and I can assure you we ate very well. I recommend the grilled swordfish with pistachios. Compliments to all the staff, they were very polite.

31/07/2025: I ate here with my girlfriend and I had a terrible experience. First of all, the place is nice, but nothing more. It's classic 80s dishes with average ingredients, but they charge for the first course. We asked the owner for recommendations, and he offered us two first courses and a raw fish appetizer. They were good, but nothing special. The problem was when the bill arrived! For two, we spent €200 with a wine. I should point out that a first course costs €30, and the area where the restaurant is located is inconvenient for parking. Go here if you want to eat fish from the subway at very high prices. If you want quality ingredients, I prefer to go to Micalusi, for example, or to La Marina in Fiumicino, where you spend less and definitely get better fish.

23/08/2025: It's definitely in the top 3 in San Vincenzo! The location is very nice, overlooking the sea, and the interior is also very charming. A few nitpicks need fixing. The service is very attentive, quite formal. The staff, however, is quite friendly. We waited about 18 minutes for a shared fried fish appetizer (the place only had three tables seated when they took our order). The table setting could be improved (e.g., small bread plates), and the panadora (a type of sweet and savoury dessert) are displayed with bottles of liqueurs and bitters, which is a bit confusing. As for the cuisine, it's fair to say that the ingredients are very good, with fairly balanced contrasts and fairly recognizable flavors. There are a few small flaws that could definitely be improved. Prices are slightly higher than those of competitors, but in this case, it's worth the effort. Great wine list! Go there.

17/08/2025: I found this place through online research, and I must say I was very impressed with the location. We booked dinner for two. It's a very unique place with a beautiful sunset view. Attached to the restaurant is a lovely church. The staff are very kind and friendly, and the dishes are traditional and excellent value. The charcuterie and cheese platter is excellent. The wait between courses is perhaps a bit long... but it's worth the wait. We'll definitely be back.

17/08/2025: I'm from the area, and for us, this restaurant is one of the few you can visit without being ripped off like a tourist, which is all too often the case in the Chianti area. Friendly, energetic, excellent cuisine and platters, excellent house wine, and fair prices. The location is also lost in the past, with a small Romanesque church next to the restaurant, under whose loggias a group of elderly people play Burraco.

17/08/2025: Clorofilla is a must-try for those who love light, healthy cuisine. The fish dishes are also excellent. I highly recommend it.

24/07/2025: We stumbled upon this place by chance while looking for a tasty lunch around 2 p.m. They have an outdoor terrace and plenty of seating inside (wonderfully cool). Friendly and quick service. The dishes were okay, but we expected a bit more. (Lasagna €12, Ravioli €12, Spaghetti €14)

11/08/2025: Yesterday we had dinner at this establishment, we were given exactly an hour for dinner, they sat us at the most uncomfortable table, the pizza was one of the worst I've ever eaten, we ordered three different ones and three were pretty tasteless. The staff was friendly, that's the only plus.

09/08/2025: Sera d’estate, una pizza a Golfo Aranci:? Impossibile non andare in questo locale, caratteristico e molto carino, con una pizza eccezionale!! Eravamo in sette, abbiamo preso tutti pizze diverse, ottime! Un cenno per “la parmigiana”, al primo assaggio sembra di assaporare una porzione di melanzane alla Parmigiana, e nonostante fosse bella abbondante, finita e apprezzata fino all’ultimo spicchio. Gentilezza e cortesia.

18/08/2025: Entering this restaurant after exploring Viterbo's historic center for lunch on August 15th was as comforting as arriving at a desert oasis. The extremely kind waiter led us to an elegant, softly lit room featuring creative table settings with attention to detail. The dishes we chose showcased quality ingredients and refined presentation. From the mixed appetizer to the dessert, everything was delicious and original. A seafood first course and a guinea fowl terrine were brought together with just the right amount of anticipation. The desserts were delicious: gelato in a pool of blueberries cooked in wine, and mint mousse in a chocolate shell. Excellent wine and beer. I hadn't seen coffee in a cup with a lid in a long time. The prices were reasonable for the food and the hospitality. My heartfelt congratulations for your hard work, done with care and passion.

03/09/2025: A real discovery! At Pizzeria Mosca Bianca in Scicli, I had the best gluten-free and lactose-free pizza ever! Light, fragrant dough, perfectly cooked, and truly high-quality ingredients. A special shout-out to Carmela: her tomato sauce is exceptional, flavorful, and well-balanced, adding a special touch to every bite. It's wonderful to find a place that's so attentive to dietary needs, without ever sacrificing flavor. Extremely friendly staff, a warm atmosphere... I truly felt at home! I'll be back soon!

The classics are mastered to perfection, and the less traditional dishes are surprising. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the wait time was reasonable. In the heart of the Trastevere district, a quieter area than the historic center.

02/09/2025: We had dinner last night at this cozy, rustic pizzeria in San Ferdinando... what can I say... the friendliness and kindness of the service and the owners made us feel at ease; the food was excellent... everything delicious... from the pizzas to the octopus salads, to the fried calamari... the homemade panzerotti... in short, we will definitely be back... thanks La Bruschetta

01/09/2025: It was my first time at this stunning location, and I couldn't have asked for a better setting to celebrate B&M's wedding. Everything was perfect: the harmonious blend of two different religions, two equally different languages, a wonderful sunny day, and the impeccable management of the wedding planners, Ursula and Eleonora, made this ceremony truly unique and special. An experience I will cherish forever.
