08/08/2026: After a long 24-hour flight and train journey, we were finally able to sit down and enjoy a meal. After ordering, we could quietly admire the river view and the architecture of Venice's main island across the water. We ordered salad, squid ink pasta, and tiramisu, among other things. Overall, the food was quite good, although the flavors became a bit strong towards the end. The tiramisu, in particular, was very different from anything I'd had before; I haven't tasted anything like its crispy biscuit texture in other Italian cities since. It's definitely worth trying. The only minor downside was that several bees kept trying to get on our table to eat our food, especially the prosciutto in the salad. The staff had to bring out an electric mosquito swatter several times to try and shoo them away. This wasn't the restaurant's fault; perhaps the smell was just too tempting for the bees.

16/07/2026: Lunch for four, Sunday, June 21, 2026. Two of us had already been there (well), a few years ago, and now four of us are back. We opted for the à la carte menu, accompanied by a bottle of wine chosen from the extensive wine list. After a complimentary Russian salad, we started with an excellent veal with tuna sauce, a delicious Monferrina, and an excellent zucchini flan with pecorino fondue. Followed by two Monastero agnolotti, a classic Rabaton, and a squid ink ravioli with shrimp. Then a grilled sliced ​​steak. For dessert, three delicious Lu IGP hazelnut cakes with vanilla ice cream and a fantastic tiramisu with a liquid heart covered in dark chocolate. The place is welcoming and beautiful, the noise level was normal even though all the seats were occupied. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and even quick to serve. We will definitely be back.

16/07/2026: Being gluten free is very hard when you're in a place where the pizza and the pasta are the best in the world. This restaurant made my dreams of enjoying real pizza come true. It was absolutely delicious and tasted like the pizza I remember. I ate the whole thing! I wish I could have this place in Connecticut! Thank you for giving me a chance to experience a real Italian pizza.

29/04/2026: I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant, and the experience was truly memorable, especially for seafood lovers. I started with a selection of the highest-quality raw fish: Sicilian purple shrimp, scampi, and the freshest sea urchins, with an intense yet delicate flavor. The care taken in selecting the ingredients was clearly evident. Among the hot dishes, the fried anchovies were perfect: crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, light and not at all greasy. The real star, however, was the baked turbot served on a bed of sweet potato. A surprising, well-balanced dish, where the flavors blended creatively without overpowering the quality of the fish. To finish on a sweet note, a dessert accompanied by passito wine and coffee, the perfect way to end the dinner. Overall, refined yet authentic cuisine, showcasing the seafood with technique and imagination. A highly recommended experience.

08/06/2026: Fantastic experience. We ended up at this restaurant by chance and luck. We had an incredibly delicious meal. Absolutely worth it. Additionally, the view of the forest creates a fairytale atmosphere. After dinner, the fireflies show the way back to the car.

A true taste experience, all the courses perfectly balanced in flavor: fabulous raw fish appetizer (truly unforgettable raw amberjack tartlet), spaghetti with sea urchins and truly incredible tuna bottarga. My only suggestion, but I'm afraid I'm just being subjective, is that the banana mordicroccata was a little cloying, while I found the pina colada ice cream sensational. The service was attentive, attentive without being intrusive. Truly excellent. I recommend the tasting menu to anyone new to the restaurant and wanting a complete dining experience.

If you want to eat the best fish of your life, this is the place to go. On top of that, I found one of the best bread baskets I've ever had, a rare find in restaurants of this caliber. 21/05/2026: I'm not familiar with the other restaurants in Pompeii, but this one completely satisfied us. Excellent dishes showcased the ingredients. We arrived without a reservation, but luckily we managed to get a table, as the restaurant filled up quickly with everyone who had booked. We ordered a trio of seafood appetizers, each more delicious than the last, followed by spaghetti with clams and pasta alla Garum, and to finish, a rum baba with ricotta. Everything, as mentioned, was superb!
