16/10/2025: I had a deeply disappointing experience at this restaurant. We arrived right at 7:30 PM when it just opened, on a very cold evening. We were the first customers of the night, and the restaurant was completely empty inside. However, when we asked for a table, the waitress told us that only outdoor seating was available — even though there were plenty of empty tables indoors. After leaving, we checked online and saw that there were still many open tables available at that time. As Asian customers, it was very hard not to feel that we were treated differently because of our race. Being denied indoor seating while the restaurant clearly had space felt humiliating and discriminatory. This is not just poor service — it is racism. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and should not happen anywhere. I truly hope the management takes this seriously and ensures no one else has to experience such racist treatment again.

11/10/2025: A surprising food and wine journey into the heart of Puglia in Fasano. As a winemaker and food and wine expert, I'm rarely so impressed by a dining experience in the area. At the Ardecuore Restaurant, I had a simply impeccable evening, where every detail was attended to with passion and expertise. The quality of the ingredients is evident from the first bite: clear, authentic flavors, never masked, but enhanced by a cuisine that respects and elevates each ingredient. The appetizer menu was a crescendo of balance and creativity, while two dishes in particular won me over: a rare elegance and balance of spaghetti with white truffle and a perfectly executed Pigeon Reale, intense, evocative (with an exceptional carob sauce), and juicy. Paired with a 2017 Le Braci, an absolute icon of Puglia's winemaking tradition, served at the perfect temperature and complemented by a surprising wine list that showcases a Puglia beyond the usual clichés, with bold and highly valuable choices. Honorable mention goes to the spirits list, a true gem for enthusiasts and connoisseurs: not everyone has a Caroni on the list, and that speaks volumes about the research and expertise that permeates this place. Ardecuore is more than just a restaurant: it's a place where passion for flavor blends with a love of hospitality. I will return soon and often. Sincere compliments to all the staff and to Vito for how they welcomed us and made us feel at home.

19/11/2025: Beautiful, very formal atmosphere, super friendly and knowledgeable staff, always looking after every table without ever really getting too close. Excellent food and just the right amount—you don't go for quantity, but for the right balance of quality and quantity. The bathrooms are also beautiful!

12/11/2025: Delicious food, an elegant yet cozy atmosphere in a historic thermal bath converted by the owner himself. Very friendly and attentive service; the owner speaks several languages ​​(Italian, German, English, French) fluently. I felt very comfortable and enjoyed the excellent food; I will definitely return on my next visit to Tivoli!

19/11/2025: The place looks amazing, sadly, the pasta portion is very small and both my wife’s and my pasta were extremely basic. Tastewise it was good, but the price of 18.50 euro is nowhere near reasonable for what we got. 15.60€ for 2 x0.3 Peroni beers (prices for drinks not mentioned in the menu) 7€ for the “coperto” 18,50€ for each pasta 3,50€ for the water Pasta with “vegetables” was a pasta with beans only and therefore I would consider 18,50€ quite overpriced. The service was not great either and for an overall price of over 63€ for two simple and small dishes I would not recommend this restaurant.

29/11/2025: Excellent experience. The dishes we ordered were good, although the vegetarian option could have been a little tastier. The swordfish dish, on the other hand, was excellent, with a hint of spiciness that was just right. The complimentary plate of bread and focaccia served at the beginning was also good. 4 stars because there's so much potential to make the dishes even more delicious!

15/10/2025: Excellent pizza, main courses, and dessert. VERY KIND and smiling staff. Very welcoming, casual, but very well-kept atmosphere!

12/10/2025: Delicious food, really inviting burgers, a really inviting menu. I really didn't know which one to choose. I'll have to come back. The beer selection was wide, and all were truly unique! The atmosphere was truly welcoming, and the waiters were very kind! The service was prompt, and everything was really good, even my fellow diners were all very satisfied. At the end, they brought (without asking) homemade sorbet and cookies. A very appreciated gesture.

20/10/2025: I wasn't thrilled with the appetizer. The spaghetti was good, the anchovies were good. The waiter was overly professional and reserved, his words were polite and he didn't really want to engage in conversation, even when encouraged, and therefore he seemed lacking in empathy. A little more effort would have been nice. I want to point this out because the table next to me also noticed the same shortcomings. It doesn't take much!

18/10/2025: I had dinner with friends. The place is really nice, the dishes are delicious and well-finished, the staff is fantastic, kind, helpful and super attentive... a wonderful evening ;)

10/11/2025: For the past 10 years, we've happily returned to this osteria whenever we travel to Piedmont for truffle hunting. We appreciate Mauro's recommendations and the excellent food, as well as the very fair prices for the white truffles. The wine suggestions from his son, who represents local winemakers, are always a delight. A warm, authentic establishment run with great passion – we're already looking forward to our next visit in 2026!

01/11/2025: Today we went to this very nice osteria. What can I say, it was well worth the visit! We arrived early, so parking wasn't a problem. Once inside, we had our pick of tables and chose one right in front of the beautiful wine bottles at the back of the room. The wine list is mostly regional and extensive, and best of all: the prices are very reasonable! All the dishes were very good, perhaps with the slight exception of the steak, which was a bit uneven. The vitello tonnato was really good. The best part, of course, was the fresh truffle grated over the pasta. Delicious! The pictures show what we drank. We'll definitely be back.

26/08/2025: It's a hotel with a very good location, overlooking a beautiful landscape. Dinner on the terrace is the best, not only for the view, but also for the food, which is very good. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is varied, and the service is second to none. The hospitality is excellent. In my experience, I felt right at home.

24/08/2025: A very nice, clean hotel with a wonderful view of the Marche hills. The suite was beautiful: very spacious, bright, airy, and with a stunning view. The staff was friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed dinner at the on-site restaurant. The pool is small and shallow, but it's fine for a cool dip in the summer. Breakfast is decent: the homemade cakes are very good, but the variety could be increased. The hotel's location, high up, with a splendid view, is a bit inconvenient for reaching the region's attractions.

07/12/2025: Terrible experience and shameful behavior. I went to this restaurant last night and I can only strongly advise against it. I had a reservation elsewhere, but here they decided to play it smart and take credit for the reservation as if it were their own. This is dishonest, unprofessional, and completely unfair. A restaurant that behaves like this shows disrespect for its customers and demonstrates incompetent and unprofessional management. If it were possible to give 0 stars, I would have given them without a second thought.

13/11/2025: My friend and I discovered Acquacotta by chance, while looking for a place to grab a light bite after a show at Teatro della Pergola. What a pleasant surprise! We had the ribollita, a hearty and delicious Tuscan soup. That, and a glass of wine was the perfect way to warm up on a November night. The restaurant was cute, an inviting atmosphere. The staff was very friendly, answering our questions about the menu and letting us linger over our food. We will be back!

02/11/2025: An excellent place. Refined cuisine with excellent ingredients. Very friendly, slightly formal service. The atmosphere is a bit modest, but the furnishings are understated and elegant. Not for everyone: of course, quality comes at a price, and rightly so, but here I sometimes felt like it was a bit overpriced.

21/10/2025: We went there two evenings in a row and plan to go back the day after tomorrow because we enjoyed it so much. We were there with three children, and we all loved it. The pizza was delicious, the steak with sauce was amazing, the gnocchi were super tasty, and the guinea fowl was super tender with a nice crispy skin. The service was great; everyone was super child-friendly and very attentive. We felt very comfortable as a family, which unfortunately isn't always the case. We were very impressed and would recommend it to everyone.
