08/07/2025: I have been a loyal customer for over ten years and the quality of this Roman trattoria has always been impeccable. It is a point of reference for authentic Roman cuisine, maintaining a very high standard over time. The fried foods are perfection: crispy, light and never greasy. In particular, the supplì, including the nduja and cacio e pepe ones, are exceptional. The typical Roman dishes in particular are prepared with mastery and the best possible quality of ingredients. I have never had a single disappointment. This place offers an authentic and high-level Roman culinary experience. If you are looking for the true essence of Roman cuisine, with a quality that stands the test of time, this is the right place. As if that were not enough, the place also offers a wide selection of Pizzas and Desserts!

08/07/2025: A historic neighborhood spot, the pizza is truly superb, thin and crispy. Excellent fried food; I also tried the cacio e pepe pasta, which wasn't bad. Friendly and helpful staff. Fair prices.

27/08/2025: We've been going there for dinner every year on holiday since a friend recommended it. The starters are absolutely fantastic. They have everything from cold to warm starters. We've tried every starter on the menu over the past few years and they've all been incredibly delicious. For main courses, there are many traditional local pasta dishes. All of them are very tasty and plentiful. The wine list is good, and you can taste each wine beforehand. The best part, however, is the meat. Anyone with even the slightest appreciation for good meat and its preparation will have come to heaven. Meat isn't just prepared and served here... it's celebrated. From Chianinna to Maremma, but also Angus, you'll find it here. We always order a Bistecca Fiorentina, at least 1500g. Preferably from an older cow and nicely dry-aged, as the meat has significantly more character and flavor. The friendly waitress brings various cuts of meat to the table beforehand. You can then get advice and choose one or more. 20-30 minutes later, a typical "rare" grilled steak arrives on a cast-iron pan at your table. Seasoned simply with olive oil, butter, rosemary, and salt, and already sliced, you can then cook it to your desired doneness in the pan. The meat is of high quality, very well-aged, with a nice fat content, and simply delicious. The price is hefty, but for such good food, it's worth every cent. The value for money is therefore very good. The chef comes out quite often to check on the food. The servers are super friendly and quick. They all speak English, if Italian isn't so good.

07/09/2025: My girlfriend and I have road tripped across multiple cities in Italy and this restaurant was truly a highlight we remember fondly. Our first experience was so good, we had to come back a second day during our stay in Certaldo to eat here again. The food was well thought out, fast, and culinarily excellent. Both times we were served by Giovanni, the most remarkable waiter with the right mix of knowledge, humor and hospitality. If the food wasn’t enough reason, he made the whole experience an 11/10. We could not recommend this place enough. Anytime we’re in Tuscany, we WILL make the detour to have another meal here- and so should you. Ps. Please ask for Giovanni and give him our regards, you will not regret it.

06/09/2025: A beautifully situated restaurant with excellent food and incredibly friendly service. We arrived on a Saturday evening without a reservation and were lucky that a couple hadn't shown up, so we got the best table at the edge of the terrace overlooking the lower town. The aperitifs, wines, and dishes—everything was perfect. We'll definitely be back. The prices are reasonable, not exorbitantly high.

04/09/2025: Every time we travel from Milan to Cavallino Treporti, we always stop at Ristorante Vanin. Excellent food, a spotlessly clean space, and Antonio's work is impeccable. A special mention also goes to the very dear Monica Vanin, always smiling and friendly. A unique staff that will make our evening special. Thanks guys, and see you soon!!!

06/09/2025: I've known this place since I was a child; it's a cornerstone of the village of Selinunte. Wonderful people, a family-friendly yet professional atmosphere... I return almost every night during the summer, and it's also a pleasure to go there in the winter. Facing the sea, aperitivo becomes a peaceful experience! The cocktails Totó masterfully prepares with constant research into ingredients are a must-try for anyone seeking quality cocktails! Wonderful!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️

18/08/2025: We went to the Noemi restaurant in Gollodoro. The €35 fixed menu included eight rich and well-prepared appetizers, two tasty first courses, a second course, dessert, and coffee. Generous portions and authentic flavors reflecting tradition. The staff was excellent, always friendly and attentive. We highly recommend this experience, especially for those who want to enjoy a complete dinner in a welcoming atmosphere.

04/09/2025: Everything was perfect. We ordered truffle-flavored meat and potatoes, which was a wonderful combination. Every dish was fresh and delicious. I definitely recommend it. We ordered meat, potatoes, mushroom salad, fish, a bottle of wine, dessert, and coffee. The total came to 105 euros. The waiters were also very polite and attentive. The only thing missing was some relaxing classical music to accompany these wonderful meals😊

25/08/2025: A quaint wooden structure nestled in the countryside, discovered for the first time last night. As soon as you step inside, you can feel the warmth and friendliness. We tried the pizzas, which aren't traditional in both their leavening process and presentation, but they were delicious, and the toppings were excellent. The beers, mostly craft, are also excellent. Definitely worth a try!
