16/11/2025: Highly recommended restaurant! Everything was delicious and the waiters were very friendly. I highly recommend the Fassona tartare with truffle cream and the balsamic beef fillet, which had a crispy crust. The apple pie was also delicious, although it was a bit small, but they brought us another slice!

15/11/2025: We decided with one of the brothers to have a one-of-a-kind menu, since there were 12 of us... we tasted and enjoyed ALL the dishes, from the truffle tartare to the soft chocolate-filled dessert. Everyone loved it all, topped off with the courtesy of the young waiters and the owner's friendliness! A quaint, very welcoming place.

17/10/2025: A very charming restaurant, clean and tidy, and very friendly and welcoming staff. Nothing to complain about when it comes to the freshness and quality of the products. The raw fish dishes and antipasti are top-notch, the gourmet steaks are superb, the wine cellar is top-notch... live music on weekends. Highly recommended.

27/11/2025: From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was both relaxing and welcoming, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience. We were warmly greeted by our host, Alessandro, who went above and beyond in guiding us through the menu with thoughtful recommendations for both appetizers and entrées. The food selection offered something for every palate, and each dish we tried was outstanding—beautifully presented, incredibly flavourful, and clearly crafted with care. The visual appeal of the plates matched the remarkable taste. We had the cod meatballs and broccoli stuffed with ricotta and mascarpone cheese drizzled with truffle honey as our starters. Our mains were the Marsala beef stew and the low temperature cooked cod. Everything was delicious and bursting with flavour. The service was impeccable throughout the evening. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The host even took the time to pick up my husband’s coat that had fallen off his chair - twice. Overall, an exceptional experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!!

27/11/2025: I highly recommend Triscele, from the service to the ambiance. The food is top-notch, everything is meticulously prepared, and the service is incredibly attentive. The octopus was cooked to perfection. They are incredibly detail-oriented. And please, try the Roche Bianco dessert—it's absolutely delicious. Highly recommended if you're visiting Cefalù and want to try some great Sicilian food.

17/11/2025: We stayed one night at this inn a week ago...a wonderful experience! The room was new, tastefully furnished, with attention to detail and spotlessly clean (we stayed in the Tocaj room). The welcome was perfect! The location is ideal for those wishing to visit the Sigurtà Garden Park (it's practically a 100-meter walk from the inn) or for a weekend exploring the area (Valeggio sul Micio, Borghetto, Verona, etc.). The dinner, featuring typical local dishes at their trattoria, was also excellent. Recommended!

01/12/2025: Oh my! The food, drinks, service, and atmosphere were TOP TIER! The fried squid, prawn, and cod were perfectly cooked. The Margarita and Manhattan are superior. The cheese board had a nice variety. The ribeye and truffle mashed potatoes were delightfully DELICIOUS!!

17/10/2025: Service - Top Atmosphere - Top Food - Top Plus I got free Tiramisu for my Birthday, altough maybe that was because I asked them if I could take an (expensive) Murano Glass home with me. (I did not)😂 The servers were great fun! Worth it!

17/10/2025: I came here because of the good reviews, and it was truly amazing! The octopus salad was amazing! We had the octopus salad, lobster pasta, and seafood pasta, and even though we felt like we were going to burst, everything was so delicious that we cleaned our plates. We'll definitely be back again!

25/11/2025: We had a wonderful night dining here. The restaurant was absolutely full on the Saturday night and Sunday lunch but we had it to ourselves on Sunday dinner (we had a reservation). We are travelling and don’t really speak / understand much Italian. The waiter gave us the wifi password so we could use Google translate. He explained each dish in detail in his best English, asked us about our travels, told us about Castelbuono and introduced us to local olive oil. We had the best night and best dinner of our 3 weeks in Sicily. We really enjoyed having a local to talk with who was clearly excited to show off the restaurant, food and town. When travelling as a couple for months at a time, sometimes you do want someone else’s voice in the conversation (I’m sure if we wanted privacy, we would have got that too). As for the food - it was AMAZING!!!

16/11/2025: We dined at this restaurant a few nights ago. It presents itself as a gourmet restaurant, but we honestly think we were in a simple trattoria that managed to sell itself. The most unusual appetizer was a soufflé the size of a €2 coin; the ricotta mousse was a paltry ricotta ball; the two main courses were extremely small, with no salt at all; in fact, we found salt in the final bill. The appetizer on the menu is written in such a way that customers think it's something special, but it's just a vague statement. The wait was incredibly long; for one appetizer and two main courses, we sat for over two and a half hours.

05/12/2025: A beautiful location in the province of Vicenza. Besides being an excellent restaurant with friendly and efficient service, delicious food, and a wide selection of wines, it's also a hotel and offers apartments. The view is beautiful and extremely relaxing.

The welcome makes you feel at home, as if you've been a longtime customer. Highly recommended if you're in the area. P.S. The exterior might give you pause, but don't worry, come inside because you definitely won't regret it.
