The culinary offering is a dynamic journey of expertly managed contrasts:
Delicacy: I greatly appreciated dishes like the fennel cream, a caress for the palate that, while it might seem bland to the uninitiated, actually reveals a remarkable purity and finesse.
Character: We then move on to the true must-haves of Sicilian cuisine, such as the Nebrodi black pig, a triumph of bold flavors and aromas that express the identity of the region.
A top-of-the-line wine list, expertly selected, provides the perfect backdrop. We were with a group of 14 people. Aside from the friendliness of the staff and the owner himself, we ate wonderfully. The dishes were truly delicious, both in appearance and taste. The price was truly excellent. And the place was rustic to the max. I'd never been, but I'll definitely be back. The orange spaghetti was fabulous!
