21/06/2026: I've been coming to this place for years and I've always eaten very well, but today I was honestly disappointed by one thing: I ordered classic ravioli with tomato sauce for my mum because she doesn't eat fish, but I got 5/6 tortelli filled with cherry tomatoes and paid 18 euros... practically the price of a seafood first course.

21/06/2026: Today, my wife and I went for lunch for the first time. The appetizer and first course were of decent quality, but I didn't like the fried food because it was of poor quality, with an unpleasant aftertaste and too much frying oil residue. The price was a bit steep. I don't think I'll go to this restaurant again.

18/07/2026: We went in for a quick bite to eat and found ourselves in a restaurant that looked really nice. Aside from the welcome from a waitress who didn't seem to have served before (I'd recommend more smiles), the menu featured dishes that weren't what we received. We ordered an appetizer that came with the first courses and didn't even include bread. The pasta wasn't the one on the menu, and the "Sicilian ragù" was just plain tomato sauce. The arancini we ordered as an appetizer were not only precooked but also poorly reheated. The bread, which was delivered late, was stale, so we couldn't even console ourselves with that. Last but not least, the orange juice we ordered wasn't made with blood oranges like the ones on the menu, but probably not Sicilian as described either. The location isn't bad; in fact, I'd suggest better service and, above all, greater adherence to the menu; otherwise, it will remain the tourist trap it is. The only positive is the waitress in overalls, who adds a touch of cheerfulness.

24/06/2026: Perhaps one of the last places left in Orvieto where you can find traditional cuisine. Excellent food and equally good wines. So, ask the owner for advice and you won't go wrong.

27/07/2026: Six of us arrived at 8, maybe even a little earlier, and they served us at 9:37. They sat us between their dog bowls and the bathrooms, on the gravel, in what is most likely a customer parking lot, but which out of greed they transformed into an outdoor seating area. For a good hour we felt like we were abandoned with a still bottle and a fizzy one on a table outside in a parking lot between the dog bowl and the bathrooms. Then at 9:37 the appetizers arrived: mediocre cured meats, including mortadella... on a bed of out-of-season fruit... (it should have been specified on the menu), and around 10 the other orders arrived. Some good, some less so, like the cheese and pear ravioli that they probably would have sent back to a hospital. The desserts were sold out, the rest were consistent with the above. Getting the apple cake wrong is sacrilegious. What I received was terrible sponge cake. Quality with a now-decadent scoop of something resembling ice cream. The apples? Maybe they slipped away, understandably. We would have done the same, but instead we went to pay the bill, where, despite holding up our table's order slip, the owner (?) asked us what we'd ordered, after we corrected him a couple of times about the quantity of the drinks. I'm sure we've had the wrong evening. But faced with such poor quality, an apology or some gesture of empathy would have sufficed... too bad, I'll definitely leave my table free for some passing tourist.

07/08/2026: Magnapulia was our go-to spot for aperitivo every evening during our stay. The cocktails were strong, delicious, and served very quickly. For us, it offered the best value for money in Monopoli. Great atmosphere we’d definitely recommend it!

19/05/2026: While staying in Ventimiglia for a few days, I was fortunate to discover this restaurant just a short walk from where I was staying. The atmosphere was quaint and beautifully decorated, and the service was incredibly warm and welcoming. I especially appreciated the opportunity to practice my Italian throughout the evening. I started with a glass of local Rossese, a lighter-bodied Ligurian red with an elegant character somewhat reminiscent of Pinot Noir. For my antipasto, I chose the farinata with Gorgonzola, which was rich, savory, and wonderfully comforting. For dinner, I decided to try the coniglio disossato in casseruola alla ligure—boneless rabbit prepared with olives, pine nuts, and white wine. It was absolutely delicious: tender, delicate, and surprisingly approachable for anyone trying rabbit for the first time. I paired it with the optional red cabbage salad, which complemented the meal beautifully. Everything from the presentation to the ambiance felt thoughtful and authentic. An excellent dining experience from start to finish, and absolutely a place I would return to when back in Ventimiglia. 🇮🇹🍷✨

17/05/2026: I'm very pleased to leave this review. First of all, I'd like to point out that this restaurant WELCOMES DOGS. We arrived and the weather was terrible; unfortunately, both we and our dogs were soaked. The owners and the waiter immediately went out of their way to help, asking if we needed anything to dry them off, then brought a VERY CLEAN bowl and poured them water. All this was topped off with cuddles and compliments. The exquisiteness, elegance, and ability to approach the customer make the waiter extremely polite, attentive, but never intrusive. He explained the menu items in detail, advising us on the best options. The dishes are certainly not ordinary or popular; you can immediately see the knowledge and experience of a truly meticulous chef, attentive to color details. It's also interesting and intriguing when the presentation of a dish is visually striking and creative. Top marks for the food plating!!! Innovative combinations of ingredients of unquestionable quality. Highly sought-after raw materials. Prepare for culinary ecstasy, immersing yourself in the wonderful panoramic view before you. All accompanied by good music and a charming atmosphere. The wines are also excellent, fine. We tried a still white Capraia that perfectly enhanced our dishes. Even with desserts, the chef truly outdid himself. A restaurant that is anything but ordinary, for those who want to taste the best of the best. A restaurant that makes a difference. And exclusivity has a price, otherwise you'd go to an everyday trattoria. Right??!!

07/05/2026: We stumbled upon it while strolling through Salerno, and since the weather was lovely, we were able to have lunch outside and enjoy the sunshine. The food was very good, the staff very welcoming; if we ever return to Salerno, we will definitely go back.

03/05/2026: A very quiet restaurant in the city center, specializing in seafood. The spaghetti with red shrimp and clams are delicious. Fair value for money and generous portions. We also enjoyed the stuffed babá. Very friendly staff and a lovely, intimate atmosphere. Recommended!

28/05/2026: This restaurant was superb. The food, service and price was excellent. So much so, we returned for a second night and thoroughly enjoyed both occasions. The wine choice is excellent (we had Lugano S.Cristal it was first class) Would we return? - yes. Would we recommend to friends & family - yes. If you arrive on spec, you may find the restaurant full.

24/05/2026: Welcoming place, not very large so not chaotic, the dishes from the starter to the side dish are exceptional, elaborate but not too much, the sommelier recommends a matching wine based on the dishes you have ordered, medium-high prices and in any case I recommend it to anyone who wants to eat fish a little different from the usual restaurants

I've never eaten fish like this, and the atmosphere is calm, serene, and welcoming, and the staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. The best thing I've eaten at this restaurant are the tuna meatballs they give out as a gift from the kitchen at the beginning. ☺️☺️☺️
