03/10/2025: We saw a menu on Google, but when we arrived we were told there was no menu. We ordered dishes from a list offered to us by the owner of the place and received a very expensive and unreasonable bill, very disappointing.

02/10/2025: The owner was friendly and welcoming, but the experience left a bad taste. We ordered two pastas (mushroom and gorgonzola), a mixed salad, a very small beef fillet, and one espresso. The food was average, portions small, and the bill came to €75. Way overpriced for what you get. Feels authentic at first, but the pricing is not honest.

23/09/2025: This place is truly special! We've eaten there several times and tried a variety of dishes. Everything tastes simply fantastic – we couldn't stop raving about it! You eat while listening to relaxed jazz music, and the hostess, Melina, dances cheerfully between the tables, humming along to the music. The portions are generous and the prices are more than fair! We paid just over €60 for an appetizer, two main courses, half a liter of wine, a large bottle of water, and dessert! Melina and her husband, Tommaso, are also very kind people and gave us one of the most wonderful encounters of our vacation. Melina speaks excellent English, so even people who don't speak Italian can get along well here. The trattoria is incredibly sweet and lovingly decorated: there are only five tables on the terrace, so you feel comfortable and at home (not an overcrowded tourist spot!). 09/10/2025: One of the best restaurants in Ischia is recommended, especially for its specialty, Ischitan-style rabbit, which requires advance reservation. But beyond the specialty, everything was delicious, from the house appetizer to the excellent first courses. Not to mention that, if you arrive at sunset, you'll witness a truly incredible display of colors.

03/10/2025: Absolutely great restaurant! Was recommended by a local as one of the last family owned restaurants to use locally caught rabbits for their Ischia Rabbit dish. Everything was hearty and delicious and all the staff was extremely friendly and upbeat. If you want classic Italian warmth with delicious food go here!!

08/10/2025: First of all: divine food, free parking, fantastic views, and fair prices. We received a very friendly welcome from the waiter. We each had a starter and a pasta dish for the main course, both vegetarian. It's particularly worth mentioning that they have their own parking – which is rare in the area, and it's free, too. The prices are fair, atypically for the area. Add to that a beautiful view of the surroundings. So you get a lot for your money. Highly recommended!

13/10/2025: A delightful lakeside restaurant offering both freshwater fish and a variety of vegan options. It's hard to find a restaurant on this island that isn't a tourist trap, and this was a wonderful discovery! Reservations are required, well in advance.

08/10/2025: Standing on that terrace overlooking Lake Maggiore feels like you're on the bow of a ship. Few dishes, as befits an osteria, but all well-prepared and made with quality ingredients.

01/10/2025: This osteria from 1997 is highly recommended. We happened upon it and enjoyed a pasta specialty, fish, and seafood. Everything was highly recommended, and the service was very friendly and helpful. A very pleasant atmosphere; we immediately made a reservation for the next day!

30/09/2025: We were hungry on our first night in Ferrara and just out for a stroll to find somewhere to eat, when we happened across this place. If you don’t make the effort, you could easily pass by it, as it is below street level and hidden, however the gal beckoned us to check out the menu and assured us it was local cuisine. We decided to go in and were pleasantly surprised! The waitress was very friendly and spoke good English, making great recommendations for food and wine. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening trying the local dishes! Give it a try!

10/10/2025: Amazing! Friendly, helpful, and the food was excellent: well-prepared first courses, as well as second courses (the grilled pork chops were so good you'll want to try them again). For three, a first course, a second course, plenty of water, wine, and dessert, for 90 euros.

30/09/2025: We tried a lot of different things, and they were delicious and had a wide variety of cuisine. I can say it's the best restaurant I've been to in Ancona. The prices are very reasonable. We waited half an hour just to order, but the food arrived about 40 minutes later.

23/08/2025: A beautiful osteria in the charming village of Montegemoli in the Volterra area. Outdoor seating under a covered wooden terrace, a rustic-style interior with trophies on the wall, reminiscent of hunting lodges. Excellent traditional Tuscan dishes, carefully and attentively presented, with excellent service and attentive service. The menu includes gluten-free options. Definitely recommended.
