20/07/2024: Posto sulla bella terrazza dell’hotel Valadier con vista sui tetti di Roma, l’Hires offre una cucina del territorio rivisitata in chiave moderna (ma non eccessivamente) con materia prima di buona qualità. Buono lo spiedino di seppie con insalata di finocchio ed agrumi cosi’ come il fusilline con spigola e limone e panure. Servizio troppo lento, prezzi non eccessivi in rapporto alla location.

22/07/2024: A fixed stop for two years now, a place that you absolutely must try. It's a place where my girlfriend and I felt pampered. A restaurant with meticulous attention to detail, a beautiful location located in a former convent all in stone, delicious dishes and a special mention to the staff who pampers you by telling you stories about the wines that are recommended based on the courses, at least that's what they did with us Monica is a girl who should be an example for the waiter profession. Their tiramisu and ravioli with ossobuco are delicious, not to mention the pork belly cooked for 24 hours; my girlfriend also really liked the pasta with lemon cream. We thank everyone again and in particular Monica for this one-of-a-kind experience, we will be back again!!

20/07/2024: The service and atmosphere of this restaurant were very good. However, among the foods I ordered, some were delicious and some were not so tasty. The salad and cold pumpkin soup were delicious, but the pasta I ate as the main dish wasn't very tasty.

30/06/2024: Welcoming place, friendly staff with impeccable service (no mistakes and expertly calculated times), the quality of the raw materials, the combinations and the execution of the cuisine are truly worth highlighting. The selection of bread and the wine list which is basic but complete are also super appreciable. Excellent experience overall, highly recommended. N.B. we only ate fish dishes (calamarata, spaghetti with clams, tagliolini with lobster and sliced ​​tuna)

22/08/2024: If I could I would live there, an elegant, well-kept location with a super fascinating and relaxing view. Fabiola and Maicol are very attentive owners and do their best to make you feel at ease. The staff fulfills every wish before you make it. The catering is refined and elegant, if you eat too much you can relax in the pool.

Con il suo sorriso contagioso e la sua conoscenza approfondita del menu, Valentina ha saputo consigliare piatti deliziosi, spiegando ogni dettaglio con passione e competenza. È evidente che ama il suo lavoro e si impegna a far sentire ogni cliente unico. Il menu di Ambrosia offre una selezione di piatti che celebrano la tradizione culinaria romana, ma con un tocco innovativo che stupisce. I sapori sono autentici e ogni portata è presentata con grande cura. Non posso non menzionare i primi piatti, che sono un vero trionfo di gusto, e il dessert che ha chiuso la cena in bellezza. 07/08/2024: Characteristic place, from the outside it seems a bit shabby, but sometimes appearances can be deceiving. we were there this evening with the children, everything was really excellent, quality/price was normal, we had some stuffed sandwiches and some really good pizzas, the owner was friendly and very affable, his wife was very kind I highly recommend it
