The staff is friendly, helpful, and always attentive without being intrusive. The dishes were simply delicious: fresh ingredients, well-balanced flavors, and meticulously presented. Each course was a pleasant surprise. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxing, perfect for a pleasant evening with friends. You can sense their passion for cooking and the quality of their work. Without a doubt, one of the best places we've eaten recently. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend it!

The owner is extremely kind, friendly, and helpful, and knows how to put guests at ease without ever being intrusive. Next time, we'll try the Roman specialties. Highly recommended!

07/01/2026: My partner and I went on Tuesday at 9 pm and the service was excellent! They have regular pizzas but also some called "pinsas" that are longer fermented and made with rice flour, and they were delicious! We tried the daily special, which was fettuccine with duck, and it was also wonderful. The quality-price ratio is very, very good, the waiters were very friendly (even though we don't speak Italian, they spoke to us in English), and the place is very clean and nice. Highly recommended!

02/03/2026: As soon as you arrive in the evening, the place is beautiful and all lit up. It's a beautiful place inside. We had two entrecotes with porcini mushrooms and parmesan shavings. The price was good, €18. I wasn't expecting such a tender, generous steak. The quality and price were excellent. Very satisfied. Congratulations to the guys.

15/02/2026: In my opinion, the best restaurant in the neighborhood. We've dined here several times, trying the various set menus they offer. Each time, we've been completely satisfied, given the quality and quantity of the food. The appetizer selection is very unique, varied, and high-quality. Unlike other restaurants, the quality of the various courses is consistently high, so I would recommend it for both a first and second course dinner. The service is much more informal than the aesthetics of the place, but in a good way. There are two dining rooms, but overall there are few seats, so reservations are recommended. On the other hand, there are no problems with parking, given the fairly isolated location. We'll definitely be back, as it's become a local favorite.

19/12/2025: We just had a great experience dining in Trattoria Valmarana. Both of our servers were really nice and the food was incredible! I wasn’t sure what to order and the pasta recommendation that server gave was so delicious! It was probably the best pasta I’ve ever had 🥹 Would definitely recommend 😊

27/02/2026: I had dinner with my family and I must say we were pleasantly surprised. The professionalism, attentiveness to their guests' needs, kindness, and warm hospitality were the hallmarks. We found true poetry at the table: the delights of traditional cuisine combined with the wisdom of expert hands. We tasted the best of traditional cuisine: crescia with sausage and chicory, pappardelle with wild boar ragù and hare ragù, and a true Florentine steak with Ascoli olives and fried cream... All washed down with Verdicchio, as the owner suggested. We felt respected, at ease, and immersed in the true Marcigliano atmosphere. We will definitely be back, and we're eager to try the chef's other delights! Thank you for everything!

15/03/2026: Truly beautiful place, a truly quaint and unique setting. The waiters are very kind and friendly, always explaining the various dishes. I tried the fillet with black truffle, which I must say wasn't particularly impressive, especially because of the way it was cooked, with a lot of cheese and the truffle, which wasn't particularly noticeable. The meat itself was good. The wine was excellent, as was their amaretto. Prices were reasonable for the type of place and the service.
