26/08/2025: We stayed in your hotel for four (4) days and I could say that overall it was very good. The hotel receptionists (Lara & I forgot the name) was really exceptional, they are very friendly and accommodating. As for the room, I cannot complain. It was all perfect for me. The facilities (swimming pool, garden area, sauna) are very functional and really a 5-star experience. As for the breakfast, the lady who makes the omelette is really outstanding. It might be simple but she always make the best omelette. The server of food are all friendly and helpful too. Overall the service is outstanding. Also the free use of e-bike wherein I was able to enjoy that much. I would also comment the housekeeping as they do an outstanding job on maintaining the cleanliness of our room. I don't know how they do it, but the room is extremely clean and smells really good. My only concern is the fly. The moment we arrived in the hotel, I saw some fly already inside the entrance. In our room, there were some instances flies enter. Also during breakfast. Maybe in the future, the hotel administration will do some intervention in order to address this issue. I know in winter it is not a problem, but for sure during summer it will be an issue. I know also there are some farm nearby that's why maybe there are these flies. But over-all, whenever I go back in Vipiteno I will always choose your hotel and will always recommend too. The price is also affordable and reasonable. Thanks again. -BR

31/08/2025: When you manage such a unique place, there's a responsibility to keep it clean. After a day of hiking in August, I saw many 4x4s going up and down, turning the trails into veritable mountain "highways." Unfortunately, however, I didn't see anyone picking up the numerous pieces of trash they left behind. By comparison, on the Swiss side, I didn't find a single piece of trash. The same goes for the old facilities left to decay in the wilderness, right next to the new ones. This certainly doesn't make me want to come back here in the winter to ski.

27/08/2025: The best landscape ever: the Matterhorn is superbe, Les Grand Murailles are impressive, on the Plateau Rosa glacier you feel like touching the sky.

11/07/2025: Wedding anniversary, organized at the last minute, a sensational evening in every way. Excellent staff, super-well-maintained venue, and... The dishes... What can I say... Excellent or excellent is limiting. Every preparation by the chef brought back aromas and sensations of places far and near. Every bite was an explosion of flashbacks. Beautiful place. We were pampered all evening. Well done, well done, well done.

09/07/2025: Well... what the hell am I saying? We're in Serie A here: whatever you order is an experience. We went a few years ago for a tasting menu and a pre-dinner cocktail. I'll be back as soon as I can.

08/09/2025: Compliments to the chef! We stumbled upon it by chance while looking at maps after visiting Punta Aderci. The food was very good, mostly seafood, of excellent quality and freshness. The cuisine and atmosphere were quite homey and pleasant. The restaurant is surrounded by nature with a spectacular view of the sea, overlooking some rocks where a trabocco once stood, as seen in several photos. The owner/waiter is incredibly kind, and even lets you enjoy the outside area during aperitifs or dessert. This restaurant, dating back to the 1960s and 1970s, has received numerous awards and is frequented by some of the most famous people of the time, as evidenced by the various paintings inside. It needs a little updating, and more attention to order and cleanliness inside, although that's difficult in the midst of nature.

I had the pleasure of dining with my boyfriend at Degusteria del Gigante in San Benedetto del Tronto, and I can honestly say it was one of the best dining experiences of my life. We chose the 8-course tasting menu: a true sensory journey where every dish was meticulously crafted, surprising, and always more special than the last. The quality of the ingredients, the creative pairings, and the impeccable presentation make each course a small masterpiece. You can sense the chef's passion and love for cooking, as well as the attentive, professional, and friendly service that makes you feel pampered from start to finish. A place I absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a high-quality culinary experience that will excite and leave wonderful memories. We can't wait to return! If you're passing through San Benedetto, you absolutely must visit!

09/08/2025: SIGI, the owner and mastermind behind this culinary adventure, has created a place where guests can truly explore local flavors and traditions while comfortably seated in a beautiful setting or, weather permitting, outdoors on a quaint street. The menu is limited in choice, as it varies greatly based on availability and the chef's flair. The dining room staff is top-notch, attentive but not intrusive, and the food—well, you have to try it. The only way to improve your dinner would be to have Sigi at your table and hear how this or that dish, or that particular wine, came about. Always a pleasure to return. P.S. Always ask him for recommendations, even for dishes you would NEVER have chosen.

26/08/2025: The quality of the food is excellent; I've probably tasted the best vitello tonnato here in recent memory. I'll definitely be back to try other dishes. A small criticism is the arrangement of the tables in the dining room, which, in my opinion, are too close together, resulting in some unpleasant consequences. Besides the obvious lack of privacy, for example, at the end of the meal, after dessert and coffee, you don't want to be inundated with the smells of other guests' dishes, who are sitting too close together. That said, an overall positive experience.

29/08/2025: Fantastic experience from start to finish. My wife and I ate here for her birthday dinner, and the chef and staff were extremely hospitable. The food was some of the best we have ever had, and the atmosphere was wonderful. HIGHLY recommend this restaurant if visiting Pozzuoli!

19/08/2025: Unfortunately, in terms of value for money, this was the worst dining experience we had in Rome! The food was okay; we had two empanadas and one arepa. The empanadas were a bit bland, but the arepa was good. However, for two empanadas, one arepa, and two drinks, we came to around €35, which was simply too much for us in terms of value for money! It's more like street food than a restaurant.

09/09/2025: We discovered this restaurant by chance. The service is very good and flexible. The food was a journey of flavors! There were roasted, sweet and spicy, and salty Parmesan flavors. All in all, highly recommended!!!!!♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

09/09/2025: Food was very good—tortelloni, in fact, was fantastic. Side dish on the trota salmonata ? Far too salty. Service? Slow, and they even charged me for a drink that never arrived. Sloppy. In a town like Malcesine, full of brilliant options and proper kitchens, you can’t afford mistakes like that. Plenty of places here will give you great food and get the basics right.

18/08/2025: Excellent service, staff welcomed us with free appetizer and offer good suggestions for seafood lovers and for vegetarians. The food is INCREDIBLE, one of the best restaurants we have been to. The dinner was well portioned, fresh and flavourful (octopus and linguine pasta). The dessert was unique and had layers of flavour (yogurt based with honey and fruit). Would definitely recommend for special dinner in Florence.

10/08/2025: An excellent gourmet restaurant in a select and designer setting. Every detail is taken care of...amuse-bouches, bread, petit trou normand, mignardises... We returned during our stay to enjoy their 5 and 7-course tasting menus. The squab was particularly delicious, as was the ice cream for dessert. Very friendly staff. Very good value for money.

10/08/2025: We had dinner for two, a very nice place. The waitress was very kind and attentive. The only small flaws were the €4 cover charge, which in my opinion was a little high, and the tuna tartare, which, while very good, was a bit too "minimal."
