Pleasant experience after a friend's recommendation. Although I have been frequenting Ischia for over twenty years, I had never frequented this place. Taverna Antonio has been present since 1950. Dishes offered with courtesy and kindness by the Patron. The octopus d'amor, fried anchovies with, whoever wishes, tzatziki, octopus Luciana style etc. they are all well executed. Wine list reduced to the essentials, with fair mark-ups. For the quality of the dishes offered, very honest prices. An experience I will repeat.

Locale molto carino..esula dai locali turistici che sono sulla stessa via. Portate molto buone..e ben curate personale simpatico e cordiale ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo complimenti

Very friendly staff, fine Italian food, but also a whole range of vegetarian plates with black rice, lentils or quinoa.
I chose a quinoa with feta, almonds and fruit, which was delicious. The starter “Polpette with eggplant” and a fig/crumble cake as dessert were equally delicious. We will be back!

Ischia 3 times.. Antonio numerous times. Riva Destra has restaurants trying to drag you in.... however Antonio just welcomes you in . Bellisimo xx

Wonderful restaurant, right on the harbour. The seafood is fresh, the menu is the perfect combination between traditional ingredients and new recipes. Genovese di polpo is amazing. The staff is friendly. If it's not too busy, you can go chat with the chef. Highly recommended.

Cenato con mia moglie ed è stata una piacevole scoperta. Antipasto polpette di baccalà con retrogusto di limone una cannonata! Pasta e gnocchi cucinati in maniera molto professionale e di ottima qualità, si sentiva il profumo dei prodotti freschi. Abbiamo fatto la scarpetta, quasi d’obbligo!
