03/08/2024: A wonderful discovery!!! Quiet place where you eat divinely! Very polite and professional staff.. prices in line with the quality of the product! We will definitely be back because it's absolutely worth it!

02/08/2024: We walked in for lunch. The food was excellent, you wound not have high expectations in a touristic place, but everything was really high quality. We had several fish starters, they were great and liver pate was amazing! Fish and meat were really tasty and kids enjoyed pasta. Highly recommend!!!

18/07/2024: Cibo nella media. Locale non grandissimo, posto in luogo strategico molto vicino alla torre. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Nota molto positiva per il titolare, signore con grande esperienza lavorativa, disponibile e gentile.

Io menù è come personalmente penso debba essere in ogni ristorante: - scelta tra mare e terra ma con varietà limitata. In modo da favorire la qualità alla varietà di piatti - ampia scelta di vini - servizio rapido e cortese Ottima esperienza!

17/08/2024: After long, strenuous hikes in the Parco Nazionale del Gran Paradiso and the disappointing news that the mountain huts were fully booked, we found this hotel in Noasca late in the evening - and it was a real stroke of luck! Location: Perfect for hikers. Right next to the bus stop and in close proximity to hiking trails. Ideal as a starting point for tours in the national park. Room: Comfortable and clean. Not a luxury hotel but definitely more than necessary for a stay in the mountains. More than satisfactory for the price of €75 per night. Service: This is where the hotel particularly shines. The hospitality was overwhelming. The staff was always proactive, helpful and attentive. They drove us to our rooms in the rain even though it was less than 1km away. The family atmosphere immediately made us feel at home. Breakfast and dinner were perfect. Large, tasty portions that filled even hungry hikers. What was particularly impressive was their flexibility - no problem having breakfast earlier than 7:30am. Extras: The laundry service was very convenient. Personal touch: The long, interesting conversations with the staff about the region, their experiences and the history of the valleys gave our stay a special depth. Conclusion: Unbeatable value for money. The combination of good food, comfortable rooms, perfect location and, above all, exceptional service makes it one of the best hotel experiences ever. The negative reviews that you occasionally read are absolutely incomprehensible to me. This hotel exceeds all expectations and is a true blessing for hikers and nature lovers in the region. If you are looking for authentic Italian hospitality in the Alps, you have come to the right place.

28/08/2024: Siamo tornati ancora una volta a La Posata Bianca e ogni visita a questo ristorante è come un viaggio in un mondo di sapori e raffinatezza che non smette mai di stupire e deliziare. I piatti, come sempre, sono delle vere e proprie opere d’arte. Ogni portata è un trionfo di sapori, un’armonia perfetta tra ingredienti scelti con cura e preparati con maestria. La chef continua a sorprendere con creazioni che sfidano le aspettative e lasciano un’impronta indelebile sul palato (sublime il Sogno di Namelaka al cioccolato fondente e sale Maldon, cioccolato bianco, arachidi sabbiati, gel al lime e caviale di lampone!). È chiaro che dietro ogni piatto c’è una passione inesauribile e una competenza che solo i migliori possono vantare. L’atmosfera intima e raffinata di La Posata Bianca fa sentire ogni ospite speciale, avvolgendolo in un abbraccio di comfort e calore che rende l’esperienza culinaria ancor più memorabile. Il direttore di sala, con la sua professionalità e cordialità, riesce sempre a farci sentire i benvenuti, aggiungendo un tocco di classe che fa la differenza. 19/08/2024: Very nice restaurant. Magnificent decoration. We ate outside and apart from the mosquitoes everything was very good. Small + the card can be in Italian, French, or English. The pasta was delicious and the pizza was top notch. Very good dessert too. Very fast and smiling service. THANKS

03/09/2024: A great hotel. Cozy, clean, spacious and quiet rooms. The staff is very friendly and courteous and are very attentive to customers' needs. The breakfast is excellent, very abundant, with sweet and savory options. We also had dinner at the restaurant and ate very well and at a very reasonable cost. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

È dotato di ampio parcheggio con due posti riservati ai disabili, ottima viabilità interna, e bellissimo giardino. È in posizione strategica (vicinissimo alla tangenziale).
