A friend recommended this restaurant to us, and I have to say it was one of the most beautiful and authentic experiences I'll ever remember in this region. The restaurant, run by two brothers, is small but very welcoming. The food is amazing, and Francesco is a truly friendly person. What I also really appreciated was the atmosphere in this restaurant: there are only a few seats, and the people at the various tables chat as if they've known each other forever. The citrus-flavored fillet is a MUST-TRY. A true delight for the palate! The staff is friendly and helpful. The owners are pearls of people, very down-to-earth, friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. The place offers mostly fish-based dishes of excellent quality, which are served and prepared excellently, from appetizers to main courses! The selection of wines to pair with the dishes is also excellent, and if you don't know much about them, let their sommelier advise you, he won't disappoint! They serve the same menu also in a gluten-free version, including dessert, which by the way is not to be missed. It's basically a homemade chocolate cake with a little pistachio powder that is something indescribable. I assure you that even if you are full at the end of the meal, it will be impossible to resist it!! To return and return. Thank you very much, it is always a pleasure to come and eat at your place.

Then I shared two main courses for four people, each of which was fried brains, which, in my opinion, was not to my liking, as well as being breaded very well. Top service in a stunning setting and location, immersed in the Valpolicella.

Followed by a giant skewer of Argentine shrimp, a well-made, not-so-greasy mixed fry of fish and zucchini accompanied by a citrusy mayonnaise, and truly excellent grilled lake trout.
