22/08/2024: Excellent local place, everything we had was tasty and we will be back again later. Go early or they are too busy to seat you!

21/08/2024: Delicious and quite abundant food, I don't give it 5 stars because the place is burning and the air conditioning was at minimum. We ate a Sea Risotto and some very good Spaghetti with pesto. And for dessert, Tiramisu and Tarta de la Nonna were both exquisite.

05/08/2024: One of my favorite places and I love the dessert and cake carts. Excellent cuisine and service. Definitely not cheap but proportionate to the food and Service offered.

28/07/2024: What happened tonight? Slow service, waitresses arguing with each other, guinea fowl risotto that wouldn't have been so boiled and insignificant even in a hospital. We give the cheeses a chance but the dish doesn't arrive after 25 minutes... impatient we move on to the desserts. Everything rejected, no apologies at the checkout from the son who plays chef. Never again!!!

We've been eating there for 2 days in a row and today is the 3rd day. -Staff great 👍 -Eat great (even gluten free) -Atmosphere totally pleasant Tourist menu is amazing, mega to test and great value for money… Thank you for making our vacation special Pia (the one who always eats gluten-free and the tiramisu with strawberry sauce) 🥰

12/08/2024: Outstanding food and amazing service. Lucrecia was a delight, she gave excellent recommendations and took such great care of us. I Frati Rossi will not be your typical local italian dinner - it is a trademark in food and service while visiting Sardinia. The vibe and gardens add a magical ingredient to this magnificent dinner experience. Shout out to the great staff, Mohammed and Samuele in the kitchen for the spectacular presentations.

24/08/2024: Sono passati alcuni giorni, ma se lo ricordo ancora è un buon segno. Il locale è piccolo e spinge a rilassarsi. Cucina ottima, gli strangozzi li dovete provare in tutte le varianti. Noi abbiamo passato due serate davvero piacevoli ed anche la musica ha il suo perché. Consigliato

26/07/2024: Siamo stati molte volte negli ultimi anni , questa volta hanno cambiato in cucina il personale con risultati mediocri. Il prezzo però è rimasto invariato . Peccato perché si mangiava davvero bene . Per il resto location e personale di sala all’altezza.

22/08/2024: E' un ristorante di prima categoria, senza se e senza ma. Briosi gli arredi, massima la pulizia (che in periodi di sovraffollamento agostano è necessaria per la salute), gentile, capace e discreto il titolare nel prendere la comanda (volevo mangiare poco ed ha rispettato la mia scelta senza insistenze alla ricerca del ricarico); gentile e capace il servizio; gustose le pietanze (ho tra l'altro apprezzato i belù, che solo in un posto de genere ho avuto il coraggio di ordinare); eccellente la coppa con la crema pasticcera e la frutta (chiamata "anni '50" perchè appartiene ai piatti casalinghi raffinati destinati alle ricorrenze). Eccellente il vino propostici, pur se abbiamo chiesto semplicemente due calici. Il conto è stato soave come tutto il resto. Ristoranti così sono sempre più rari. E'stata una mia colpa esserci andato solo due volte e non una terza (l'anno prossimo sarò più assiduo).

18/08/2024: La cena deve essere un’esperienza, non solo cibo. Nonostante avessimo prenotato ci è stato dato un tavolo fronte bambù divisorio della cucina. Sembravamo in castigo. Abbiamo chiesto un tavolo migliore, non necessariamente in terrazza, ma ci è stato risposto “impossibile in questo periodo” … e allora perché ci avete confermato il tavolo? Il prezzo per il duo - una ciotolinq di cous cous e mini vellutata di fave - un furto legalizzato. Il dolce coppa anni ‘50 nulla di speciale: un budino alla vaniglia con della frutta. Sopravvalutato.

28/07/2024: Very friendly, professional and competent staff. Dishes explained in detail and, in the presence of any allergy, they are very careful to satisfy the customer without making him run the slightest risk. Excellent quality of raw materials. Fair value for money for the service offered.

06/07/2024: Sarà anche buono ma se passo di persona e con il locale vuoto chiedo se posso mangiare,mi viene detto che il locale è tutto prenotato, nonostante non ci sia nessuno e due minuti dopo chiamo per prenotare un tavolo per due e mi prenotano... buono ma poco corretto

24/07/2024: We stayed in this spectacular hotel during our second stage of the three lakes journey. What can I say, breathtaking views, clean, aesthetically beautiful and comfortable rooms. A beautiful swimming pool. Fabulous breakfast, young and professional staff!!

21/07/2024: It gives the impression that the hotel has undergone a shake-up since our last visit 5 years ago. A young team that felt inexperienced or clumsy in all areas took over this modest hotel. You still have to figure out where you actually want to go. On the one hand, there are cracks and gaps in the floor, no consistent covering of ledges and channels, shabby doors, dirty tablecloths, dirty seat cushions in the garden area burned by cigarettes. Then negative highlights like that on some days there were no towels to change - then you get bathrobes to dry off without comment. Furthermore, there is no refrigerator in the room. The breakfast buffet is not very loving, with few regional products and an almost identical selection every day, although things like bread also run out. On the other hand, you want to be at the “TOP”. Spa for single use only for 20 euros per person for 2 hours, Michelin star for the KITCHEN. 80 euros for an event evening per person - dinner with musical accompaniment. The concept is not coherent and we have to watch where it goes. The honest simplicity of 5 years ago, adorned with the friendliness and the typical Italian charm and the inspiring humanity cannot be felt at the moment. But this was what excited us and therefore prevents us from continuing to recommend this hotel without reservation. We will closely monitor future reviews and base any future bookings on this. As I said, we weren't treated unkindly, but without any temperament and the noticeable joy we had at the time when working on and for the guests and customers. We wish the whole team a quick turnaround and fun and joy in the work that the guests can also see and feel. Unfortunately, climate engineering or geoengineering is also very noticeable. We didn't have a single day with clear visibility and really blue skies. The weather was very poor and, as we learned from locals in restaurants, very untypical. Little good rain, lots of thunderstorms and heavy rain. The locals should pay more attention to this in order to preserve the really beautiful area in the long term.

04/08/2024: Refined and simple environment at the same time. Menu not too complex to the full advantage of the quality of the proposals. Refined dishes starting from the valorization of the raw material, enhanced by a touch of originality and expertly combined secondary ingredients. Don't expect tavern prices but a very honest quality-price ratio. Advised.
