Come dice Caterina: "one woman show". Fa tutto lei: accoglie, cucina, serve ai pochi tavoli, intrattiene e poi pulisce. E fa tutto perfettamente. Si mangia benissimo, in un piccolo spazio accogliente dove ti senti DAVVERO come a casa Sua. Cucina tradizionale ma senza rinunciare a tocchi personali, sempre azzeccati. Brava e a prezzi ottimi. Non c'è altro da dire.

Not any better chance to get heavenly sensations through food. It's a tiny room with the owner taking care of everything, it's a slow but worth experience of hand made km 0 dishes stuffed with fantasy and creativity. Book a month advance so many people want to have this experience and only 12 places are available.

We discovered Osteria Le Fate Briache thanks to two friends who invited us to dinner. Chef Caterina, the owner, is very kind and friendly and makes you feel immediately at ease as soon as you enter her restaurant. It was a magnificent and unforgettable evening!!! Exquisite dinner started with appetizers, first courses, second courses and desserts; all dishes prepared by hand at the moment with genuine, fresh, delicious and always different ingredients!!! We have already booked to return for lunch. Thank you Caterina, we are happy to have met you!!!

Questo ristorante mini è perfetto per cene informali e tranquille. Caterina prepara delle pietanze tipiche toscane a km 0 e le propone giorno per giorno.
