Nice restaurant, nice and clean. Inviting and good dishes, except the rabbit, which is dry and tough. Service good but could be more attentive. We had to call the waiter several times. The bill is correct

We had dinner with friends at this lovely restaurant. The staff is extremely courteous and punctual. The dishes were very good and well presented. The quality-price ratio is really interesting. A restaurant not to be missed!!!

Piccolo ristorante dal grande potenziale. L’ambiente è raccolto ed allo stesso tempo semplice ed elegante. Ce lo hanno consigliato come ottimo interprete della cucina del territorio ed avevano ragione! L’inizio è folgorante: la carne cruda monferrina con tartufo bianco è eccellente ed è inoltre “magistrale” l’abbinamento consigliatoci dal cordialissimo Simone (figlio del simpatico Duilio - proprietario) con un “poco nobile”, ma azzeccatissimo, ruchè. Come primo, sono spettacolari i tagliolini al burro con tartufo bianco che lo stesso Simone non si risparmia di “seppellire” con una serie di generose grattate direttamente al tavolo. Forse, se proprio vogliamo trovare il “pelo nell’uovo”, è che i tartufi non sono stati “cavati” propriamente il giorno prima e questo, un po’si percepisce; è anche vero però che la loro attenta conservazione ha permesso di salvaguardarne in modo più che accettabile gusto e profumo. Come secondo, ci orientiamo verso un ottimo stracotto di manzo all’Arneis abbinato (secondo noi) al miglior vino della giornata: una Barbera d’Asti superiore (made in G.P. Bertolino) che, senza squilli di trombe alle spalle, si è rivelato di uno spessore invidiabile. E per concludere, torta alle nocciole, gelato alle nocciole, caffè e ammazzacaffè: bene bene bene. Quando passione, competenza e simpatia si incontrano, il successo è garantito. Bravi.

Sehr gutes Nachtessen (Trüffel en masse) mit gutem Wein. Das Lokal ist heimelig. Kann ich nur empfehlen.
