15/06/2025: Honestly, I did not expect to like this place as much as I did. Food was spectacular and flavorful! It’s a nice restaurant outside of the main center here in Sorrento. We are glad we came across this place 🙂

20/06/2025: There are several pizzerias in the area, but don't get confused, the real Roman pizza is at Pepito, a must in the neighborhood since forever. There are few places where you can still breathe a genuine air, that doesn't smell of a chain or franchise. Highly recommended to fans.

18/06/2025: We recently ordered from this restaurant 5 portions of "Fritto misto di pesce" to take away, and we were totally satisfied by what we got! The fish was extra fresh, well cooked, and kept warm. The portions were abundant. No oily or heavy batter. Served with succulent lemon quarters. It's been easy to place the order on the phone to a super friendly lady who also welcomed us at the restaurant with a pleasant smile. We paid a definetely fair price for the excellent food. Next time, we'll eat in to enjoy more the atmosphere of the place. Highly recommended.

18/06/2025: My favourite place in Bologna, I already been here twice. The restaurant is simple, but welcoming. The food is delicious and traditional, their risotto with the parmigiano reggiano, which is served directly from the cheese wheel right in front of you, is the best I'veever had. Great selection of wine to accompany the food. The host is very welcoming and friendly, he will tell you more about the food and beverages if you are interested. The price is fair for the quality and quantity of the food. I strongly recommend to try this hidden gem if you are visiting Bologna!

18/06/2025: The meal was delicious, we had a great time. It was a pleasure to taste pasta prepared directly in the wheel for the first time. I would like to point out that my mother, who has not liked cheese since the dawn of time, discovered and loved burrata and real parmesan this evening (different from our French products). A plus for dishes prepared with truffle which adds a touch of sweetness and excellence. The very friendly manager is there to offer advice and give you details of the restaurant's history. I highly recommend it.

30/06/2025: Vecchia Otranto is a wonderful little restaurant tucked away in the quiet backstreets of Otranto – a true hidden gem that delivers on both charm and flavour. We began with a beautifully cooked starter that was fresh, flavorful, and elevated by the addition of fresh oregano, which added a lovely, aromatic brightness to the dish. It set the tone perfectly for what was to come. For mains, we had the sagne 'ncannulate with shrimp – a standout dish with homemade pasta and deep, authentic local flavors. We also tried the tagliolini with tuna, another pasta made in-house that was rich, light, and full of character. These were perfectly complemented by a local rosé made from the Negroamaro grape – crisp, dry, and just right with seafood and pasta. We ended with a classic tiramisu – creamy, balanced, and the perfect finale to a fantastic meal. The service was warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly, making the entire evening feel relaxed and welcoming. This is a place that takes pride in local ingredients, traditional recipes, and heartfelt hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Otranto who wants an authentic, delicious dining experience.

17/06/2025: An aperitif with friends turned into an important tasting experience, I don't give 5 stars because they have ample room for growth, a recommended experience. A compliment to the guys who work there, continue on this line.

05/06/2025: I'll start by saying that there were 2 of us and we only ate one pizza each and a poker of bruschetta. From how the poker was presented to me I thought it was more like 4 bruschetta, each different from the other, but instead it was two flavors (diced tomato and a pâté di vui I couldn't tell you). Since I said that the poker was for one person I thought it was more like 4 distinct flavors...well...about the pizza you have to say, nothing particularly exceptional. Good and well cooked. The service was kind and fast. From the photos I saw online, I imagined the environment to be a bit more intimate, but that's fine too. We had a good time.

15/06/2025: Saturday night organized in two shifts due to the hit-and-run tourism of this time. We ate well, prices in line with expectations, service a bit chaotic but that will improve with a bit of running-in. We still had a good time.

15/06/2025: The mussels were orgasmic, the shrimp and curry gnocchi were out of this world, the fritto misto was marvelous... one of the rare occasions in which I was happy to pay the bill because of how good the food was. It has definitely become a point of reference for the next times I return. And a lot of credit to all the truly friendly staff

09/06/2025: Wir waren zum Abendessen in der Osteria al Porto . Wir können nur sagen dies ist ein Durchlauferhitzer. Schnell die Speisen servieren und dann abkassieren …. wie können nur sagen … absolut nicht zu empfehlen❗️ Wir kamen um 19:10 Uhr und um 20:37 Uhr erklärte uns der Kellner … bis dahin mäßig nett … es wird Zeit 8: 30 Uhr ist Time❗️Wir konnten noch niemals unsere Flasche Wein austrinken. Wir wußten erst garnicht was er wollte … man darf wahrscheinlich nur 1,5 Stunden dort verweilen. Für uns ein No-Go. Die bestellten Rovioli waren Supermarktwa.re und einer Osteria nicht würdig. Wir können nur sagen …. wenn diese traditionellen Gerichte nicht mehr handwerklich gefertigt werden … ist der Untergang zwangsläufig. Es sei denn die Gäste legen mehr Wert auf gesehen werden als auf guten Geschmack❗️

09/06/2025: Touristenfalle! Lieblos zusammengestellte Gerichte, ohne Geschmack,einfach ohne Alles! Motto des Restaurants : Schnell Essen und dann sofort den Tisch freimachen! Ich habe selten so schlecht in Italien gegessen!

22/06/2025: It's been a few months since our last visit, but even if late, we wanted to compliment the girl who takes care of the reception and manages the room: very young, but really professional and prepared, hold on to her! Also worth mentioning is the quality of the suites and the cuisine, we will definitely return for a new stopover on our travels to the south.

07/06/2025: I had the opportunity to visit this very charming place for the second time. I don't understand these negative opinions...Both two years ago and this year I had a delicious dinner. The restaurant itself is very atmospheric, tastefully decorated.... The interior is very cozy, beautiful tableware on the table, friendly service, very good German speaking, helpful and interested in guests. In this place you can rest from tourists and the noise of the city... For the first course I ordered baked cheese in filo pastry with fresh strawberries, my husband ordered a salad with shrimp with fennel, pomegranate with a delicious dressing. For the main course I had raviolli with cheese and salmon and my husband had fish of the day...everything fresh, well seasoned, appetizingly served. I will come back next year, that's already decided. I recommend

08/06/2025: Beautiful walk here and hidden gem with a wonderful view and music. And outstanding food by husband and wife. Incredible vibes. Take a walk and get there right when it opens so worth it! As it got busy but wow so romantic and amazing food.
