10/12/2025: Recommended by friends from Orvieto, we had lunch in this beautiful, welcoming, and relaxing location. The staff were friendly and professional, and the service was fairly quick. But let's get to the point: dishes featuring traditional Umbrian ingredients, such as wild boar and black truffle, and fresh, high-quality cheeses served with local honey. The first course with pistachio and Baffo cream was delicious; the beef fillet with Orvieto black truffle cream was superb. Prices are fairly reasonable: €10-12 for appetizers, €12 for first courses; and €25-28 for high-quality beef fillets. We'll be back with pleasure!
08/12/2025: Beautiful place, all in stone, super patient, helpful, and professional staff, they even follow etiquette in some things, the food is undoubtedly wonderful and the presentation is also beautiful, nothing to complain about, as a tourist I was satisfied and happy, if I have the opportunity again in the future I will return.

I personally had a really good pizza. Fragrant and light dough, tasty ingredients!
Excellent desserts prepared personally by the owner. I'd definitely go again and highly recommend this lovely place.

Authentic, genuine cuisine that you'll remember fondly, excellent service, and fair prices.
Attention to detail, like the cover charge with very good bread and breadsticks (which isn't the case, however), customer service without stress and persistence in offering.
Pleasant, relaxing atmosphere.

18/12/2025: Welcoming, warm, and easy to get to. The pizza, even for me, who has yeast problems, was easy to digest and very good; the rostelle were top-notch. Friendly and polite staff, which is not a given these days.
A pleasant discovery.
12/11/2025: Friendly and courteous staff. The grilled meat is exceptional, but the pizza and the entire menu are also worth trying. The seaside location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center, is perfect for summer.

08/10/2025: The food was nice, not great, the prices are a bit high, especially of the drinks and desserts, and the view is great, so all in all 4 stars. The location of this restaurant is great! It is inside a beautiful garden of a hotel, with a small lake nearby.
We had the lasagna which was great and the pasta with cherry tomatoes and burrata cheese which was good, but very simple.
Our child had the schnitzel with chips and the schnitzel was so thin there was barely any chicken in it, which made it hard to eat for a toddler.
The tiramisu was also good, a bit heavy.
The service was a bit slow, as the restaurant was full. It took us about 10 mins to get the check.
02/10/2025: Absolutely terrible! The Aperol tasted like a cheap alternative and was barely drinkable. The beer served was only half-stale Bavarian beer. The carbonara, a must-try Italian dish, was a complete disaster! Far too much egg, so the pasta was drenched in a disgustingly thick mush! Almost inedible. The pizza was okay, but had nothing to do with authentic Italian. The service preferred to joke around with each other rather than attend to hungry guests. It was sour and the worst food ever.

17/12/2025: First of all, I'd like to confirm the poor hygiene noted by other customers: in the Margherita pizza I ordered, I actually found a hair embedded in the dough. It's certainly an acceptable pizza by Florentine standards (in a place like Florence, it doesn't take much...), but it has NOTHING to do with Neapolitan pizza. The dough may be organic, but it's dry and hard. At this point, I'd be better off buying a pizza from Conad for a third of that price. At least I won't find any surprises inside, and I won't pay a whopping €2.50 for the cover charge.
P.S. I hope they'll do a thorough hygiene inspection sooner or later to ensure they're not adhering to the HACCP protocol!
21/11/2025: Absolutely the best pizza in Florence!! The owners are so sweet and hospitable and love to discuss their craft and ethos around the ingredients they select and use. Pizza is sourdough based and so delicious and full of flavor. Toppings are unique and seasonal, and they also have a great selection of bio/organic wines. My husband and I are here twice while in Florence and were so happy and content each time! A must go!!

My wife and I went last Wednesday and had a truly lovely evening, enjoying exquisite dishes and tradition. The staff are very honest considering the quality of the food. Highly recommended.
