We spent Easter lunch in this typical restaurant, with efficient service, typical traditional Genoese dishes, carefully prepared and well served. The waitress was friendly and quick.

It was a pleasant culinary experience of refined recipes, few dishes, but well prepared accompanied by a pleasant 🍷 white. Balanced price - quality ratio.

Delicious food and welcoming staff!.
Small and very welcoming tavern with open kitchen, the waiter who served us was very polite and kind in his manners (first time I've found a person like that here in Liguria) we took the brandacujun, an appetizer of potatoes and cod (photo attached) typical Genoese very good and obviously the trofie with pesto could not be missing as a first course (and which I forgot to take a photo of) but they also melted in the mouth, we were really very happy and satisfied, compliments to the waiter and to the chef (obviously!) in total with a bottle of water we spent around €45 for 2 people

I give 4 stars for the quality of service and the very pleasant location. The kitchen is unfortunately too bland. No spice to enhance the taste of the food... I would have liked the ricotta stuffing in the zucchini flowers to be stuffed with spices for example because once the little paprika cream is finished the rest no longer has any taste. Same for the dish which was much too heavy, drowned in a pesto cream which I couldn't taste, with no particular flavor and finally the dessert which was much too sweet! However, I encourage you for later because your kitchen could be improved very easily. The waiter was really very pleasant, thanks to him. The wine was delicious!!

We decided on this Ostaia among work colleagues, what can I say... we had a great time, the service was excellent, the very nice owner stayed to talk to us and we had a lot of laughs, the food was excellent and the place was all refurbished and very clean, I highly recommend it

Cucina ricercata con ingredienti del territorio. Porzioni ragionevoli e prezzo medio-alto. Consigliato il cappon magro (con il pesce) e la zuppa di pesce. Dolci ricercati dal sapore antico, non per tutti i palati.
Locale tra i carrugi genovesi. I tavoli al piano inferiore sono in una stanza senza finestre e un po’ claustrofobica.
