02/05/2025: Well... they told us to get up from the table because you can't consume the ice cream cone... when at the same time another couple was consuming ice cream at the table in a glass cup..... but isn't it the same thing? Ah no, with the glass cup you can consume it at the table but not with the cone and cup....but the question is Doesn't the table get dirty the same with both the glass and the cone or cup?? We will never return again... and I do not recommend this place for an ice cream and for a family above all!

20/04/2025: I have been to this pastry shop several times and I would like to compliment the blonde sales assistant, who served me on several occasions with a beautiful smile and a lot of kindness.

14/03/2025: Pizzeria, piadina etc... with wood-fired oven. The classic pizza is good, you can also order it by the meter dividing it with 2/3 flavors of your choice. Honest and affordable prices. The Kebab piadina is also excellent, you can also order it with a sandwich or on a plate, the result doesn't change, it's always good. The various combined menus are economically convenient, with a can of your choice and a portion of chips. In the restaurant, there are several tables where you can sit and eat. They also do home deliveries. Every now and then we treat ourselves to an evening with our family with their food and we are always satisfied.

05/04/2025: Sono andata domenica scorsa con un amica e sono rimasta senza parole quando la gentile signorina alla cassa ci ha comunicato, prima di fare lo scontrino giustamente, che avrebbero aggiunto un sovrapprezzo di 20 centesimi al pezzo per il servizio al tavolo sul viale. 20 centesimi al pezzo???? Ma la strada x portarmi ciò che ho ordinato la fate una volta sola? Abbiamo preso 2 caffè e 2 brioches totale 80 centesimi di sovraprezzo x il servizio.... robe da matti!!! La cameriera poi ci ha spiegato he l'anno scorso è capitato con dei clienti che sembrava facessero apposta a continuare ad ordinare cose facendo andare avanti e indietro la cameriera più volte.... già se si va a pensare che un cliente fa apposta a fare questo non è una cosa normale ma con tutto il rispetto il lavoro della cameriera comprende anche questo. Posso capire 20 centesimi a servizio.... ma al pezzo è una vera follia!!!! Non ci andrò più!!!!

06/04/2025: The place is really in a wonderful location and the value for money is not bad. The problem is the timing: there were five of us and we ordered a large salad, including sliced ​​Angus with potatoes and a carpione of trout but we literally waited two hours to eat... The waiters did their best but evidently there weren't enough people in the kitchen given the slowness. The absurd thing is that at the house two ladies who had to pay before us also complained about the wait and had even got the dishes wrong and the one who I deduce is the owner, instead of apologizing, blamed the waiters. They are fine with the fact that they are in a tourist place and therefore for better or worse people go anyway but I don't recommend it.

15/03/2025: Un sabato pomeriggio sono andata con mia figlia per una merenda. Ci accomodiamo e decidiamo cosa ordinare, dopo un po' mi reco alla cassa per l'ordinazione con la mia carta di credito. La barista mi dice in modo indispettito che il pagamento tramite bancomat non era effettuabile dal mattino, purtroppo non avevo contante. Mi rivolgo alla ragazza facendo presente un disservizio. Di rimando con toni alti e poco garbati mi risponde che erano stati messi dei cartelli fuori, come se la responsabilità fosse stata la nostra che non abbiamo guardato prima di entrare...ma stiamo scherzando? É un problema del cliente che deve sentirsi imbarazzato di fronte agli altri clienti? Doveva essere comunicato subito appena ci eravamo sedute al tavolo. La ragazza avrebbe solo dovuto scusarsi per il disservizio e non far sentire in colpa il cliente. (Il "cartello" era un foglietto appeso alla porta). Da rivedere l'educazione del personale.

09/03/2025: Very nice bar/pastry shop in Busto Arisizio, wide choice of desserts for breakfast and very well furnished place. A little crowded on Sunday morning but we immediately found a table to sit at.

Delivery service to the table is very convenient, but for the cafeteria the wait is really long as there are always 3 of us in the morning. 10/04/2025: 25 minute wait for two menus which then both arrived completely wrong. Meat instead of chicken and in another they even forgot the meat. Even though it is the only one in the Gallarate area, I do not recommend it to everyone.

28/11/2024: I went in for breakfast...I took cream croissants and a latte, 2 other gentlemen came in 1 minute after me and asked for the usual.... Apart from the fact that they served first, (I wasn't in a hurry so it's fine. ...but not very well as there were 3 of us in the place) the coffee arrives in a thick and low cup, unfortunately not as hot as it should, and a brioches which has little or nothing of a pastry nature... oh well I'm going to pay... .1.50 for coffee! And 1.80 for brioches! Crazy.... also my eye falls on the table near the cash register.. bags of 3 brioches with the writing BRIOCHES OF YESTERDAY 1 EURO EACH 3 EUROS PER BAG...... I smile and leave... Crazy

10/01/2025: Made Christmas and by mistake also New Year... terrible waiters, arrogant and rude and also rude, presumptuous and clever owner (he thinks), food didn't even have three mischelen stars (with the difference that they were disgusting and frozen) tiny portions and even skipping a first course that was on the menu.... DJ playing a puppet... at midnight sparkling wine only for a minimum of 6 people, absurd.... and I repeat, apart from the food, the waiters horrible and owner not up to par and very clever... never again... there is much better out there....

09/03/2025: Abbiamo scoperto questo locale casualmente e siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi. La qualità del cibo è buona e il servizio è gentile. Oltre alle focacce vengono offerti dei buoni piatti della cucina ligure. È possibile fare anche dei gustosi e ricchi aperitivi, Sicuramente da consigliare.

29/01/2025: Provato questa sera, per un AperiCena, consigliato da mio figlio. PIACIUTO MOLTO, ho trovato tutto perfetto. Il locale è particolare, disposto uno da un lato della strada (ovviamente zona pedonale) dove poter consumare all'esterno, e uno dalla parte opposta. Non è molto grande ma si sta comunque comodi. Prodotti tipici Liguri. AperiCena x 3, Tagliere con diversi tocchetti di focaccia tipica Ligure, con condimenti vari, pizzette soffici e gustosissime, crocchette, polpettine e assaggio di trofie al pesto e pansoti alla crema di noci. Tutto gustosissimo, davvero buono. Servizio velocissimo e Staff molto gentile e simpatico. Non siamo riusciti a finire tutto, ci hanno fatto un pacchetto con i vari tocchi di focaccia avanzati, da portare a casa. Ci torneremo sicuramente, molto volentieri.

16/03/2025: Unfortunately my experience in this bar was very bad. Some customers received a cutting board with ants on the plate and on the table, and when the ravioli arrived, there was even a hair inside. When we asked to turn on the heat mushroom outside, they looked for every excuse not to do so. Furthermore, almost all the staff were surly and rude, with the exception of Anna, who was the only kind one. I also noticed that kids are treated badly by bartenders, an unacceptable attitude. If it had been my son receiving similar treatment, I would definitely have taken action. Considering the poor hygiene, the unwelcoming service and the exaggerated prices for the type of place, I definitely won't return.

28/03/2025: I got two takeaway kebab pizzas 9 euros each plus 1 additional euro for chips on top Once we got home we opened the box and the pizzas had very little meat on them and what's more, in addition to having paid for chips, there must have been 7/8 of them on the whole pizza. An inedible pizza that tasted like nothing but sauce. Never again.
