29/10/2025: Wednesday, October 29th, at 1:30 PM, we're standing in line with no one at the cash register. Three people are in the back and no one is giving receipts. Six people ahead of us are grumbling. Having little time for lunch, we decide to leave. This happens often.

28/10/2025: Great experience! The piadinas are always fresh, well-filled, and made with quality ingredients. I stopped by today at noon during my work break, and the service was incredibly fast. A special thanks to the cashier, who is always kind, smiling, and helpful: she stands out for her professionalism and the courtesy with which she greets customers. I highly recommend this place.

06/11/2025: We read outside: 50% off on the classics. At 8:15 pm, the classic burgers are sold out; only the jumbo ones are available. We ask if those are also included in the 50% off offer, and the waitress says yes. At the cashier, we pay the 💯 and ask for an explanation, which is because we haven't downloaded the app (she tells us they should have told us at the table, but they didn't). We ask to download it at that moment, but no longer... mental flexibility and kindness ZERO, we won't set foot in there again, as a matter of principle.

06/11/2025: Boasting that the meat is better than the best, I'd say, is tantamount to making a false statement in a public document. Chicken breast, 14.90, pre-cooked, reheated, and served cold. I ask for another dish and they say, "If you want, I'll reheat it for you, otherwise, nothing." I add that the service is NON-EXISTENT: the customer waits, isn't even acknowledged, and has to wait 20 minutes to eat (with 9 customers in total in the dining room). Bottom line... I'd say it's always the people who make the difference (and not the product in this case).

11/10/2025: I can't find the right words to describe how awful this place is, but if I had to use a few words, I'd say: - Shabby service (3 waiters for an entire room) - Orders arriving 30 minutes apart, orders never arriving, orders arriving incorrectly, and hot dishes arriving cold with the excuse "the sauce is cold" - Rude and impolite waiters In short, I strongly advise against this disgrace.

13/09/2025: They serve you quickly and the food is delicious! The atmosphere is very nice, even though there's a road outside. The decor makes you feel like you're in a completely different place than a sushi place on the street. 5 stars, well deserved.

My wife and I haven't been going there long, but we've always been satisfied, both for lunch and dinner. The dishes are always prepared with fresh, quality ingredients, and you can taste the care that goes into them. The sushi is tasty and beautifully presented, while the Chinese dishes offer authentic flavors. Truly delicious. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, ideal for a quiet dinner or an evening with friends, but it's also worth trying for lunch. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The menus offer two price ranges, both very reasonable considering the quality and variety of the offerings. In short, Kioto is a restaurant that combines taste, courtesy, and affordability: a place to recommend and one you'll gladly return to.

I don't want to judge the quality of the products or the work of the pastry shop, because I wouldn't be objective. However, paying such high prices for a cappuccino, tea, or juice, products purchased in bulk, seems truly disproportionate. I understand the general increase in costs, but I still think €17 for breakfast is too high, especially considering the simplicity of the items and the location.
