I migliori ristoranti in Varese

09/08/2025: Dopo diversi anni torno a mangiare al Ristò. Non ho mai gradito la formula a buffet (ammesso di non essere a Las Vegas) e ho sempre trovato il locale piuttosto caotico. Da circa un anno (così mi hanno detto) il locale ha avuto un restyling di immagine (dove domina un bel verdone intenso) ed è stato rinnovato nella formula, con cucine a vista e servizio al tavolo. Si può mangiare di tutto (anche la pizza), io mi sono buttato sull’asiatico, mia moglie sui pizzoccheri (ma che bella coppia). Ci siamo trovati molto bene, buon servizio e buon cibo, niente a che vedere con quanto c’era prima.

27/07/2025: Il bar è molto rifornito, per quanto riguarda l'aperitivo c'è molta scelta e infatti abbiamo voluto provare la promo 8€ tramezzini + cocktail, dove ti portano 4 tramezzini (oltre ai soliti patatine e tarallucci) e puoi scegliere il cocktail che vuoi, da un gin tonic allo spritz. La signora alla cassa è stata molto gentile e disponibile e gli aperitivi li ha preparati come si deve, consiglio!

08/08/2025: The first kebab sandwich they made for me was completely wet, with no meat; all I could see was the white sauce and the damp bread. I'll have it remade, okay... the bread was mediocre, not wet, and the ingredients inside were awful. I'm hungry, but this isn't a kebab. And I usually like it. Highly not recommended.

03/08/2025: Unfortunately, both the kebab and Neapolitan smells were not good.

25/06/2025: Unfortunately the photos do not reflect the environment that is unkempt and poorly cared for ... a real shame because it would be a really nice corner to spend the evening. The sandwiches that the waitress calls baguettes are small, or rather clearly cut in half and they are not cheap.

01/10/2025: Excellent fresh coffee, roasted and ground by them. Great bar. I've been coming there all my life. Well done. The best coffee in Varese.

21/07/2025: De vacaciones en Lago di Varese, pedimosn3 pizzas take away, riquisimas! excelente masa y productos frescos. . No nos quedamos a comer ahi pero el instante que esperamos las pizzas , observamos que el ambiente era muy agradable , atendido por sus dueños y familia, el sitio estaba lleno, señal de que se come muy bien!! volveremos en otra oportunidad

03/07/2025: Un giorno doveva accadere ed è successo oggi: la mia prima recensione con voto 1. Lavorando anch’io al pubblico, mostro sempre comprensione di fronte a disservizi o inconvenienti che possono capitare perché comprendo che il lavoro del ristoratore e del cameriere sia difficile. Ma quando si è serviti con sufficienza,senza senso di accoglienza e si deve pure assistere a battibecchi fra colleghi, sinceramente certe cose da parte mia non sono accettabili perché viene a mancare il rispetto nei confronti del cliente.

12/10/2025: Excellent service, reasonable price/quality, friendly staff. Even though I had dietary/allergy issues, they accommodated us. Very satisfied.

22/08/2025: f the staff didn't tell you about the aperitivo, you'll find a snack table in the left corner. The staff may forget to say this. If you want to drink a beer, you can do this, but the selection is extremely limited. You in Italy now)

15/06/2025: Alcuni cambi del menu hanno portato questa pizzeria da 5 stelle ad un massimo di 2 stelle. Mi spiace veramente e mi rattrista scrivere queste parole però le modifiche al menu vanno a rovinare un ambiente caldo confortevole ed amicale. Per mer era tappa fissa almeno una volta a settimana ma dopo gli aggiornamenti non credo ci tornerò più. Con grandissima amarezza porgo un cordiale saluto allo staff

22/05/2025: Ho mangiato qui molte volte. La pizza è buona, quella senza glutine mediocre rispetto a molte altre assaggiate. Una sera stavo aspettando le mie pizze d’asporto tra cui la pizza senza glutine di mio figlio. Dalla cucina esce una pizza senza glutine e il ragazzo addetto a mettere nel cartone le pizze con glutine, con le sua mani ovviamente sporche di farina ha messo sulla pizza senza glutine del basilico. Questa si chiama CONTAMINAZIONE e mi sorprende che un locale che ha fatto un corso AIC commetta questo errori.

17/07/2025: Lo scontrino riporta "acqua minerale" quando è stata servita acqua microfiltrata (riportata nel menu) da rubinetto a QUATTRO euro al litro. E ne vogliamo parlare del coperto a 2,50 a persona? Certo, tutto regolare ma non se ne può più

02/09/2025: I'm passing by this bar and enter thirsty, eager to order a tonic. The place has a number of customers at the counter ready to choose artisanal gelato served by a distinguished gentleman, while, still behind the counter, a woman, presumably the owner, is talking on the phone, giving my presence no more importance than two other people and two young men who, evidently due to the long wait, get up and leave. What left me completely stunned is how the lady looked at me at the counter and didn't care at all that I'd been waiting for over 10 minutes. As soon as the gelato aisle was free, I was served by the gentleman who proved much more efficient than the lady, who is probably still on the phone. Tip: maybe it was even an important call; I could have just stepped down from the counter and no one would have taken offense.

16/08/2025: The ice cream can also be considered quite decent, because there are some fairly good flavors and others that taste like nothing at all; the real problem with this ice cream shop is the service. The clerk (I think her name is Alessia) is incredibly rude, treating everyone rudely for no reason. (If you know you don't have a good personality, avoid working with the public *advice)

20/07/2025: A RUDE, IGNORANT OWNER WHO MISTREATS EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS LOUDLY AND WITHOUT CARE ABOUT BEING OUT OF PLACE AND ANNOYING. I stood up out of desperation, so as not to listen to a pompous person who acts as if the world wouldn't go on without him, when perhaps he should take a LONG vacation. (To a therapist, perhaps.) I feel sorry for the employees.

16/07/2025: The waiter was arrogant and rude. During our brief stay, he continually and unnecessarily insulted the non-Italian-speaking customers. We sat down and left after two minutes. I'm shocked by what I saw. Shame on you.

14/09/2025: Bad experience. I went to lunch with my boyfriend, and he went to order a vegetarian platter for me at the counter. My platter was completely different from what was on the menu. They didn't say anything like, "We don't have these products, but we can make a different platter anyway," absolutely nothing. I found myself eating things I didn't want to eat. When confronted, they didn't comment, but explained it away as "a fit of fantasy." Oh, and as if that weren't enough, there was a hair on the Parmesan cubes.
