McDonald's In Gerenzano

Excellent service, clean premises and very helpful staff.

Today, June 30, 2026, I'm having dinner at MC in Gerenzano with my family. After a half-hour wait, everything arrived freezing cold. The place was also half-empty, and usually when there's three times as many people, it arrives within two minutes. My daughter politely went to ask for an explanation and brought back the frozen fries for an exchange. She hadn't received the two toasted sandwiches she'd ordered. The manager questioned whether the toasted sandwiches had arrived with her order, when that wasn't the case. She refused to take responsibility for what happened, questioned my daughter's word, and responded very rudely. I would conduct a background check on the staff you hire, not out of malice, but out of professionalism, even at a simple fast food restaurant.

We've always had a good experience at this Mcdonald's, so much so that we often dine here on our way back from Milan. Last night (June 25, 2026), unfortunately, our experience was rather disappointing. The fries were soggy and greasy (definitely made a while ago). The Gran Crispi was cold, the wrap was barely warm, the chicken nuggets... good. It's true that it was 10:00 PM and maybe they didn't feel like serving people anymore, but we really sensed a lack of interest in doing a good job in the food. We left feeling extremely disappointed. 😒😒😒😞😞😞

I am a customer who comes almost every day for a coffee and I am very happy, they are always available and very kind to help with the order, well done guys

Fast service. Definitely faster than average.

McDonald's is always McDonald's. You know it. You don't know what's inside. Sometimes the staff forgets the parts.

Average experience. Service was fairly quick and the staff were friendly, but the food quality was inconsistent. The place could be better maintained. Overall, it's fine for a quick meal, but there's room for improvement.

I frequent this McDonald's often and the overall experience is neutral. The food isn't always the best (cold). The atmosphere is very noisy and sometimes not very clean. The service is okay.
