22/02/2026: We booked a room for three adults, and the one we were given was a double room with an added single bed, which completely blocked the closet doors and took up all the floor space. Another not-so-positive aspect was the (huge) bathroom without a bidet (there was a shower in the toilet, but it leaked, making it very complicated and inconvenient to use). Traditional breakfast: coffee/cappuccino, croissant, toast/bread with jam and Nutella, fruit, and juice.

25/02/2026: We couldn't have lunch here because we had a dog and we were forced to go somewhere else, in 2026 it's unacceptable, not to mention that they didn't even have a sign saying that dogs were not allowed in, I'm sorry but I will never set foot in this place again

14/02/2026: Very friendly staff. Good food. Management is 1990s-style... Long waits, water arrived after the appetizers... They were kind and helpful, but in my opinion the waits are long... Too bad

08/02/2026: You can't! Ordering eight pizzas at 8 PM, being told they'll be back at 8:30, only to find that the pizzas are ready at 9:10 PM. Because of my rush to get the kids food, I didn't immediately notice that one was missing, even though we had the order reread by the waitress so as not to lose a pizza (which has already happened). Yet, one pizza disappeared. I call back and am told that... I don't know... I don't know who made the mistake, and then the line goes dead. I show up at the restaurant at 10 PM and am told that there's no dough left to make pizzas on Saturday night. The pizza chef didn't say anything about the fact that maybe he made the mistake. He didn't say anything at all. If you reread the order when I order, it means you wrote everything down. If you don't read it and you don't make it, at least show your face. But no. By then, the evening was over for them, and they offered me a slice they'd made that morning. I won't mention the fact that an employee I know tried to say she'd pay for my McDonald's if I waited until her shift was over. (Nice...but you don't treat a customer like that, regardless of whether you know them a little or they're a stranger. It was the restaurant's mistake...and you fix it there.) Final...no refund, no voucher for a future pizza, no manager who put their face on the line by leaving the waitress alone to fix it, no one...no one. I left with my tax ID in the bag. Bye and best regards. What a terrible experience.

17/10/2025: Rude service, the women there wasn’t helpful and with a bad look (17.10.25 16h) Sell “latte” for 2.40€ and “latte macchiato” for 30cts more - don’t get scammed. Tables were dirty as well.

06/10/2025: Neither English nor Spanish, nor any help with Italian. He reluctantly had to change the coffee despite trying to understand us.

19/12/2025: An excellent pastry shop and café. The brioches are truly delicious, artisanal, meticulously crafted, and simply delicious. You can immediately sense the skill and passion of those who make them. The balance of flavors is perfect, and the cream is exceptional—far from industrial; you can clearly taste that it's handmade, with quality ingredients. And how could I not mention the pecans? Delicious!! The brioche alone is definitely worth the trip, but the café is equally good and completes the experience impeccably. The staff are a huge plus, all incredibly kind and friendly. Excellent organization and teamwork are evident. My absolute favorite breakfast in all of Varese. Sincere congratulations to the entire team and the organization: keep up the good work!

13/10/2025: I always find a kind lady serving us customers. I usually stop by here for a cappuccino and croissant before going to the Milani Garage Service Point, which is just 10 meters away. Excellent service, always with a smile and a friendly chat. Recommended. Antonio R.

06/04/2026: The blonde lady with glasses at the counter/entrance was clearly mentally exhausted and took her frustration out on us. She was extremely rude, very unprofessional, and totally unacceptable. In my opinion, the owners should take serious action. It was an unpleasant experience, totally disregarded. I personally recommend staying away.

18/01/2026: A very characteristic restaurant in the historic center of Angera. A comfortable atmosphere paired with friendly, fast service. The food is truly excellent; I was impressed by the ingredients and the seasonings used.
