22/10/2025: Over the past few months, your orders have always been late, 20-30 minutes or more. It wasn't like this before; I don't know what changed. You'd probably get better service if you went in person, but forget about takeout!!! Don't order anymore, especially from Just Eat or Deliveroo.

17/07/2025: We've ordered 4 times, giving several options for both pizza and kebab, but each time it's been a disappointment, and after the last order, never again... We order 2 kebab menus for home delivery with a time of as soon as possible. They accept the order with a time of an hour, which is fine, but then, after already being 10 minutes late, we call and are told it's leaving. It arrives half an hour late, the sandwich and chips are cold and raw, we had to throw it away along with the money!

03/09/2025: I went for the first time, at first sight I wasn't convinced, sitting at the table I started to smell of pee, as I moved outside, it's my first review in 43 years of life I find it quite disgusting, terrible, poor. There are no words to describe the disgusting but I swear everything was inedible, I vomited... not a single portion was salvageable, not even the spring roll, absolutely zero on the sushi and everything I'm sorry but it's the reality of the facts... be careful what you eat!!!!! I'm really sorry to be so abrupt but unfortunately it was unbearable not to mention the bill which was worth zero!

12/11/2025: We landed at Malpensa from Cyprus on Saturday evening, 40 minutes early. Passport control was a disaster: rude and incompetent staff. The line was endless. Restrooms were unavailable. I witnessed a very sad scene: a young couple holding a baby who was clearly in very, very serious condition, on respiratory assistance. The oxygen tanks were heavy, and the father wanted to put them on the floor... they treated him horribly. In any other country in the world, this family would have been helped and pushed ahead of the others. How sad and shameful to welcome passengers like this. Baggage collection: instead of being on the carousel, they were thrown roughly on the floor. Shuttle to the parking lots: 1.5 hours after landing, a bus finally arrives. It drops us off at the next stop, rudely telling us we have to take a bus across the street. A woman asks where this stop is, and the driver practically insults her. After 30 minutes, this bus arrives and takes us back to the starting point, and finally to the parking lot. The drivers are almost aggressive. Goodbye, Malpensa: it's the last time I'll use this airport. A real shame and a great sadness.

03/07/2025: I have been to this place before, so I want to point out that this review refers only to the experience I had yesterday afternoon. Making a cappuccino where half the cup is foam is unacceptable, they even put the foam with a spoon, I have never seen anything like that in my life. I understand that making cappuccino is an art and making the cream (not foam inflated by steam) is difficult, so just make the coffees and have the cappuccino made by someone who is capable. Really negative experience.

13/10/2025: I always find a kind lady serving us customers. I usually stop by here for a cappuccino and croissant before going to the Milani Garage Service Point, which is just 10 meters away. Excellent service, always with a smile and a friendly chat. Recommended. Antonio R.
