10/08/2024: Normal environment but these people really have no idea what Neapolitan pizza is like.....more than a pizza it looked like tomato chewing gum, you needed a spoon to pick it up. Never again

29/07/2024: Niente da fare, per me rimane una delle catene di pizzeria piu buone in assoluto, l’impasto e gli ingredienti sono sempre di ottima qualità. I prezzi sono leggermente aumentati ma se il prodotto è buono non si può dire nulla

19/10/2024: The food is very, very good and the owner is kind and attentive, he even left me a lunch for the next day. The environment is spartan but genuine! They have themed evenings, plentiful, complete and tasty! 5 stars because there is love for food!

09/11/2024: I order via Just Eat for 8.35pm, at 8.50pm nothing has arrived yet, on the app the time is updated at 9pm. At 9.08pm still nothing, I call and they tell me "it's leaving". Pizza arrived an hour late, without even a gift, plus despite having given instructions to call, the deliveryman doesn't call but rings the (broken) intercom several times. Let's say that we had asked for a Coke indicated on the app and instead it was Pepsi.

05/12/2024: staff zero incompetence, we wanted to go to the bathroom and they had already closed it even though the restaurant was open, very dirty tables and when this was pointed out to the staff, a boy who works there probably of Arab origin rejoices, insulting us in his language and presumably taking us on round, also we waited 20 minutes for our order even though the restaurant was empty.

10/11/2024: We order 2 glasses and a bottle of water for the children (aperitif time) they bring a drink and they tell us that they would have brought 2 olives and 2 chips.... actually a terrine arrives (think of the smallest terrine you have ever seen in your life) with 4 olives inside! Yes, 4.... Two each, but the most DISCONCERTING thing is that in the other 5cm x 5cm "terrine" there are "I think" 6 chips from the bag, shocked we asked if it was possible to have a bag of chips.. .. The bag arrives and 4 more olives and a wallet.... the bag of chips contains 40g of potatoes.... Oh well, we ended up in there by mistake and I think it was the most ridiculous aperitif of our lives. I hope they improve.

20/10/2024: Since you have to pay to have 4 cold cuts with an aperitif...bad...plus if you leave €200 worth of bottles there it's even worse not to even have the good sense to bring a couple of free cutting boards...bad...bad

03/11/2024: Oltre a non sentire nulla mac drive dopo una inutile attesa mi dicono che non hanno più gelato..lunghissima attesa per uscire per la loro imbarazzante lentezza a servire le auto davanti che mi impediscono l’uscita da questo inutile posto!! Mai più in questo stupido posto!!

03/01/2025: Questa mattina, siamo andati in due in questo bar… vista l’importanza del nome, ci si aspettava un servizio altrettanto tale, ed invece, tutto a rovescio. Il personale e’ assolutamente privo di professionalità’ e modo: non solo abbiamo dovuto portare al tavolo da soli le tazze, ma addirittura, dopo la gentilezza di aver riportato le tazze al bancone, terminata la consumazione, la signorina ha fatto pagare 2 cappuccini( con il supplemento del servizio al tavolo, mai effettuato quindi) la cifra di 6 euro … roba che con pochi spicci in più ci andavo nel locale di Cracco. Il tutto condito da un modo di fare veramente antipatico da parte della barista . Infine, l’ultimo elemento negativo , certamente non il meno importante e’ la questione igienica… consiglio di comprare un buon sgrassatore con i soldi che chiedono ai clienti e iniziare a LAVORARE anziché pettinare le bambole nel locale. inizierei dagli specchi che di antico hanno solo la polvere, passando per i pavimenti ed infine, ricordarsi magari di portare in cucina le cassette di pomodori, anziché lasciarle come salto all’ostacolo lungo le scale. Ecco insomma a voi servita la non replicabile esperienza al caffè Carducci di Varese, che di poetico aveva forse solo la scritta. Tanti saluti da Varese, ma tanti saluti anche al bar, quindi!

03/01/2025: Abbiamo ordinato due cappuccini, li abbiamo portati al tavolo, abbiamo riportato le tazzine e pagato € 5.60, decisamente troppo per un servizio assente e fatto pagare. Almeno poteva evitare di chiederci la maggiorazione. Ambiente poi sporco. Carina solo la location con vetrata sulla strada.

06/07/2024: Disappointed! The service was very slow despite there being a maximum of ten tables (max 4 people) the food was served to us after about 30 minutes and it was cold......not a nice evening

08/07/2024: Conosciamo Raf Bistrot dalla sua apertura e ci siamo sempre trovate molto bene. Anche sabato a pranzo nulla da eccepire. Servizio celere e cortese e piatti di pesce ben fatti.

07/07/2024: Devo confermare, almeno per quanto riguarda il fritto misto, la precedente recensione con la differenza che noi lo abbiamo riferito alla cameriera e al proprietario che, contrariamente a quanto detto nella risposta al cliente, ha confermato la nostra opinione negativa riportandoci una porzione di fritto cotto leggermente meglio ma sempre pessimo come qualità della materia prima. Ovviamente ci siamo chiesti se il cuoco lo avesse assaggiato o anche solo guardato dato il livello decisamente scadente. In ogni caso il giudizio non può che essere molto negativo.
