13/04/2025: Non ho potuto recensire prima, siamo andati io e mio marito e mio figlio a pranzare, preso risotto allo zafferano con ossobuco mandato in dietro perché ossobuco freddo da frigo e se devo dire pure il riso scottato, mio marito risotto radicchio e taleggio riso scotto perciò deduco che la base risotto era scotta, mio figlio chiede tagliatelle con ragù di cinghiale alle 12.30 finite tagliatelle ripiegato su cacio e pepe ma non sapeva no ne di cacio e ne di pepe, preso macedonia ok, tiramisù forse si può mio parere migliorare, io cheesecake buona la crema e il biscotto ma troppo il caramello salato, c’è stato un peggioramento dall’apertura attenzione controllate i piatti avevo deciso di venire per un compleanno ma ho cambiato idea, confrontata con altri clienti e tutti mi hanno detto che molti piatti escono freddi cosa che all’inizio non succedeva grazie e buona serata.

30/03/2025: Ordinato costoletta alla milanese (22 euro) completamente cruda, alta 5 centimetri e senza sale. Non portano sale e condimenti al tavolo per cui ne ho mangiato meno di metà.Bicchiere di prosecco a 5 euro caldo e meno di 2 dl. Pessimo dopo la segnalazione non si sono neanche scusati

22/02/2025: Rude staff raw and cold kebab found two hairs inside the menu dust on the floor sticky and greasy tables and slippery floor and they treated us really badly and they don't give you sauces included like in other places the girl who serves is really rude don't go there!!!!

16/03/2025: L’ambiente è enorme. Sembra di essere in mensa . Decine e decine di persone e un gran rumore. Il cibo è buono ….ma a noi è capitato un cameriere che voleva farmi mangiare gelato limone e fragola per velocizzare la comanda . Ineducato e prepotente . Il vino sfuso bianco era buono . Il rosso ( pazzesco ) freddo è assolutamente imbevibile , dal sapore inquietante .

09/03/2025: Ambiente accogliente.personale professionale e cortese, Mascia ci ha servito molte volte, sempre con il sorriso e con grande professionalità . Mangiato bene e con soddisfazione, i miei figli hanno apprezzato tutto, dal cibo al contesto. Location da suggerire con grande piacere perché i luoghi giusti vanno suggeriti, con altruismo...

10/02/2025: Dirty, messy and some unpleasant and rude staff. Sandwiches without full description of ingredients. It is not worthy of the name it bears. A huge disappointment.

22/04/2025: I urgently asked to use the bathroom due to a severe stomach ache, anticipating that I would buy a bottle of water. After using the bathroom I was kept waiting for them to check it, apparently they do that in those parts. In the meantime I advised that unfortunately I couldn't open the window because it was too high but the response of the owner, Alessia, (nice as hepatitis) was that it couldn't be opened (in an arrogant and aggressive manner), I was warning because I was displeased by the smell naturally left behind but she probably took it as an affront and continued to say that it couldn't be opened because thieves had entered there in the past, as if she had to defend herself and adding "I can't check my bathroom(?)" not understanding that it wasn't that's what I was trying to say. After they made sure that I had left it clean, they refused me the electronic payment due to problems with the commissions (as if it were up to me), the point is that I didn't have cash so the owner (always nice) first wanted to force me to take three bottles by telling me that I would have drunk them anyway, after which, noticing my disappointment, she gave up and with a fierce manner she allowed me to take only one bottle, as if she was doing me a favor. I had to say that these are the results of being kind, especially because I wasn't obliged to consume, she first went on the attack again saying that I wasn't kind at all, then she decided to come clean, saying that she wasn't obliged to accept electronic payment, going against the law decree present in the image. I, reiterating that I had no cash, told her that there was no other solution. In response, the nice lady had the courage to tell me "You MUST go around with cash", at which point I left her the bottle on the counter and left, with my back to the usual Alessia who decided to insult my family, demonstrating that sometimes advanced age is just a number and not synonymous with maturity. I was only sorry that I wasn't able to fight the ignorance but I gave in and responded in kind by leaving. I warn you that since you can't use the window in the bathroom, the smell goes straight into the room, the owners are grumpy at the highest levels and certainly not ready to work with the public, I recommend just stopping and using the bathroom. I don't recommend everything else.

15/04/2025: One Saturday afternoon I found myself in Piazza Mazzini, where this ice cream bar is located. Attracted by the sign "The pleasure of ice cream - Artisan ice cream shop" and by an adjacent door, on which "laboratory" is written in large letters, I entered with the idea of ​​buying a good artisan ice cream, as the signs seemed to promise. As soon as I entered, an acrid smell of sweat pervaded me and the person accompanying me. At the counter, a lady in a colorful synthetic shirt was ready to serve us. The place was completely empty. From inside the ice cream display case, a multiplicity of flavors were intact; the tubs all looked the same, with the same shape of ice cream for each flavour. However, without preconceptions and, despite the truly unbearable smell, we ordered the ice cream which, however, turned out to be a total disappointment. The ice cream had no taste, it was fake like the worst industrial ice cream. It's not enough to write artisanal ice cream and stick a sticker with the word "laboratory" on a door: this is not artisanal ice cream. The place is also pleasing to the eye, with an inviting entrance and a nice veranda, but we're definitely not there with the ice cream.

15/02/2025: Un esperienza orribile , stare lontano!!! Meglio scegliere un altro sushi , piatti penosi, solo la meta di quello ordinato è arrivato, 2 ore di attesa , una cena da dimenticare, qualità del cibo scarsa, menu da scaricare su web non funzionante, un disastro, ma ovviamente non si sono scusati, ma dopo un altra mezz’ora di attesa per pagare hanno provato di fare pagare cose mai arrivate!!! Stare lontano

19/12/2024: Questo ristorante è fantastico perché ogni piccolo dettaglio ha il suo valore , sembra di essere in Cina e il cibo è molto buono e bello da vedere.

31/03/2025: Abbiamo preso due bomboloni alla crema e Nutella e di bomboloni non c’era proprio nulla se non un po’ di crema sopra. Cappuccino servito tiepido

26/02/2025: Per festeggiare (in ritardo) S. Valentino usciamo domenica a pranzo, per la prima volta a Varese in questo locale. E’ grande, molto grande (250 coperti ci dicono), su 2 livelli, ben arredato (forse un po' freddo), simpatica la zona con tanti divanetti stile diner. Prendiamo 2 antipasti, pizzoccheri e risotto alla milanese (più dopo 2 dolci ovviamente) perché non avevamo voglia di pizza. Lodevole il fatto di riproporre piatti della tradizione, con risultati discreti ma non eccezionali. Servizio giovane, prezzi nella media. Torneremo per assaggiare la pizza che sembra il cavallo di battaglia del locale.

07/03/2025: Esperienza pessima , in un aeroporto i tempi di attesa sono fondamentali. Inutile continuare a far accomodare gente ai tavoli quando il personale in servizio potrebbe gestire al massimo un terzo dei tavoli occupati . Il direttore e’ presente per cosa ? Io presente come molti altri siano andati via dopo il tempo di attesa interminabile.

21/02/2025: Más tiempo de espera para pedir que en Barcelona (que al menos tiene la reputación de malos tiempos de servicio). Los servidores pasan a tu lado intencionalmente y evitan el contacto visual hasta que los marques después de 3 intentos. El servicio de Milán era de primer nivel hasta nuestra experiencia en el aeropuerto. No estoy seguro de si se trata de racismo o nacionalismo, pero definitivamente fue evidente en comparación con otros clientes. Evite a menos que se muera por pizza en el aeropuerto.

18/01/2025: Siamo stati in questo locale con degli amici e siamo rimasti veramente delusi. Credo che veramente poco sia fatto al momento, cibo industriale e di bassa qualità almeno a giudicare dal sapore. Unica nota positiva molto gentile il ragazzo che ci ha serviti. 29/03/2025: Entrati nel locale ci accolgono 13 persone dietro il bancone ci accomodiamo in un tavolo con sotto forse 3 brioche sbriciolate alla 14 con quel personale il pavimento dovrebbe essere almeno pulito. Ordiniamo due caffè una coppa alle fragole e 6 pasticcini. I caffè arrivano sbagliati i pasticcini anche e la coppa tagliata dal barista con fragole della mise en place per gli aperitivi senza guanti dopo aver fatto cassa e maneggiato soldi . Lo faccio presente alla ragazza con i tatuaggi che si mette i guanti e me la rifà. Pasticcini fatti con basi pronte il babà è comprato senza gusto i cannoncini mignon gelato della coppa al fiordilatte nella norma e senza particolari gusti. 16.90 di spesa non giustificata dalla pulizia e dal rispetto delle norme Haccp.

11/11/2024: Il caffè con ka panna era eccellente ed anche i pasticcini al cioccolato. Ne ho comperato un vassio da portare a casa, che è stato molto apprezzato. I pasticcini al cioccolato erano deliziosi.
