16/04/2025: The pizza isn't even bad, shame about the manager who is rude and extremely dishonest. It's okay that for a pizza I didn't pay for and sent back, you're asked to keep it and pay for it the next time they're there, but if someone doesn't take the pizza and doesn't pay for it because the POS isn't working, it's not my fault, it's yours alone. Having said that, I hope you fail as a pizzeria because as people, you've already failed. If you fail, you're not worth a cent to the poor people who live in your town, you disgusting pieces of shit.

19/08/2025: I thought that at 6 pm on any given weekday, the €2.40 price for two coffees would also include a ceramic cup and saucer, not the coffee in a paper cup without a spoon, which I had to ask for. Maybe I was wrong, I don't know! At least if I'd been asked, I would have said, "OK."

13/08/2025: Teach them the difference between a cappuccino and a latte!!! Cold, dry croissants that look like they're from the day before!! And CLEANLINESS!!!! Sticky tables, layers of dust under the coffee machine, the smell of garbage at the entrance, the trash can next to the entrance needs not only emptied but also disinfected!!

May Google remove it, if it doesn't serve food, a restaurant! Too bad it's near the Carde!!! To be removed! Can someone explain to me a restaurant that doesn't serve food? As a last review! 11/05/2025: We were walking around Saronno, and passing by we came across the Botega Cafffe Cacao. Upon entering, we ordered two menus of first course + fruit salad + water. The first ones arrived almost immediately. At first glance things looked like they were heated up, foods like ravioli and potatoes had stuck to each other. The taste was passable, but still not very good. Once we finished eating the first courses, we waited 10 minutes, since the waiters didn't even look at us. The fruit salad arrived with some moldy strawberries, but the rest of the fruit was good. We do not recommend lunch.

29/06/2025: Chiediamo di mangiare dentro la veranda aspettandosi di trovare un ambiente condizionato e sopratutto senza insetti, invece le porte della veranda erano aperte e c'erano le mosche, inoltre per condizionare c era solo uno solito che ovviamente non poteva lavorare bene con le porte aperte. Il campari spritz era annaffiato, Io ho preso il menu sacro monte a 40 euro, antipasto misero, composto da verdure grigliate e qualche fetta di salume locale. Il risotto con fiori di zucca e guanciale era buonissimo, il resto da dimenticare. Personale in sala abbastanza gentile e disponibile. magari in inverno sarebbe stata un esperienza migliore, mentre mangiavo ero costretto a soffiarmi con il ventaglio.

15/06/2025: bella location, personale cordiale e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti, sempre gentili e premurosi. Buona la qualità del cibo, porzioni da ristorante...... per essere perfetto dovrebbe costare un po meno. Uno neo rapporto qualità prezzo......
