Quality food, very well prepared.
Kind and polite staff. We asked for clarification on the dessert and received good advice (excellent homemade).

07/10/2025: I wait half an hour at the table while the staff chat amiably among themselves. The appetizer is a disaster: stale fries and white focaccia that's been reheated too many times, one piece even damp, hopefully soaked in too much champagne. I order a glass of red for €16, but I get half a glass. To get the change, I have to argue. I taste it and it's clear they're almost sold out. I don't call the waitress back out of tiredness. I order a dish from the menu and it's not available. That's fine, it happens. But the alternative is worse than the appetizer. A pasta dish, lukewarm, bland, and soulless. In short, we can say that of the Spazio Bollicine at Malpensa, only the Spazio without bubbles remains.

30/09/2025: We went to this pizzeria on a Friday night. It wasn't a terrible place, although it was scorching hot and they didn't even turn on the pizza peels.
I don't think I've ever had such a salty pizza. I had a bufalina pizza with fennel dough. It tasted TOO much like fennel, so much so that it overpowered the other flavors. Poor-quality ingredients.
Decent service, but the waitress was a bit awkward.

I urge the owners to hire qualified staff or at least take courses to learn how to behave behind the counter.
And then issue receipts!

Alternatively, they also have delicious sandwiches.

Friendly and professional staff.
The only downside is that it's super crowded on Saturday nights.

05/10/2025: In my opinion (I'm not telling the world because I haven't watched it all yet) but it's the best so far! In terms of quantity, quality, etc. etc.
02/10/2025: We were loyal customers: we went to this gelateria at least once a week, spending an average of €12, because the gelato is decent (though not the best).
However, our last experience left us stunned.
We asked if we could taste a flavor before buying, but somehow we were denied.
Although the gelato is good, the professionalism, friendliness, and empathy (qualities every business should have to offer good service) at this gelateria leave much to be desired.
The gentleman at the counter, in our opinion, needs a customer service course.
