18/10/2025: As a Roman, I can only compliment the chef. An extraordinary cacio e pepe, a fabulous amatriciana, an amazing carbonara. What can I say? I recommend anyone who loves Roman cuisine to stop by Locanda Antica Roma.

30/09/2025: Friendly service. The atmosphere made me sad because it seemed like a place close to closing down, given the lack of dishes listed on the menu and even the lack of canned drinks. The food is very salty and has nothing to do with Roman cuisine. Perhaps some Ticinese might believe this, but in Rome, the food is different. Still water is top-of-the-line and out of my budget. The bill is excessively high.

15/07/2025: Super friendly staff and the pizza was delicious and ready quickly. I asked the staff to take a picture of my boyfriend and me, and he was happy to oblige.

23/09/2025: Breakfast experience: I can understand wanting to save money but the croissants have just a hint of filling, at least the ones we tried... the result was that as soon as we left we went to another bar for a second breakfast.

29/11/2025: Very good pizza, friendly staff, shame about the organization. You order four pizzas and they deliver three. You ask for extra toppings, you pay for them, and they don't add them. Plus, when you call to politely point out what happened, they tell you to call another pizzeria that doesn't work as well. Rude and arrogant staff on the phone. A little more humility wouldn't hurt.

15/06/2025: My expectations were very high seeing the various advertisements on social media, as soon as we arrived we were told that the crudité would be missing scampi, shrimp, scallops and oysters and replaced with other (excessive) carpaccio cut questionably. The swordfish Livorno style was a swordfish sautéed in a pan with tomatoes absolutely anonymous, very disappointed.

08/11/2025: My son and I quietly and calmly pointed out the less-than-pleasant taste of a cheesecake: the person at the counter (the name "Simone" on his jacket) swore at us and told us to leave, saying, "Quickly find your way to f..." Unspeakable. I soon discovered that the bakery had already been convicted years ago for failing to label frozen products, so they must be used to selling poor-quality products.

23/10/2025: The location is beautiful, right on the water, but it's located on a very busy road, which didn't make for a good night's sleep. The rooms are very noisy; you can hear people next door talking, showering (which constantly involves the exhaust fan), etc. It's all very dated. Breakfast is basic, but fine by Italian standards. A beautiful lakeside breakfast spot with friendly service.

22/09/2025: Definitely quieter than the larger towns and tourist hotspots on the west side of the lake, perhaps too quiet for some

23/11/2025: The pizza was delicious, fragrant, and easy to digest! The service was also quick and friendly.

12/10/2025: I just went to ask for help because my phone battery died, the vehicle's GPS wasn't working, and I didn't know how to get to the hotel. It was quite late at night (they close at 10 PM), but I was greeted warmly with many smiles, and although I didn't intend to buy anything at first, they put my phone on charge. Then came the smell of pizza from the wood-fired oven... and it was irresistible. I ended up bringing two pizzas, and even one person from the group who didn't like pizza ate and loved the pizza from Amore e Fantasia. There are no words to describe the friendliness, the warmth, the smiles, the understanding, but there are also no words to describe the fabulous quality of the pizzas made here, with dozens of varieties to choose from. MANY CONGRATULATIONS...! :-)

14/12/2025: VERY GOOD. Everything, the waiters are super friendly, I recommend it to everyone, and the salmon is DIVINE, I recommend it to everyone! The only problem is the price, but all sushi is like that these days.

11/10/2025: The food was even "decent," but the service was terrible. The waitress was rude, bumping into us 30 times if we wanted to continue eating. She kept staring at us, and we waited 50 minutes just for the first course. To make matters worse, the shrimp arrived raw and with all the intestines inside. Then I wanted condensed milk, and instead of telling me it wasn't there, she didn't want to bring it because the dish was already sweet enough for her. We just wanted a quiet evening, and instead we were treated terribly. We'll never go back.

08/10/2025: Good and abundant aperitif buffet as before Covid, clean and welcoming environment.

04/10/2025: For the first time, we went to this place for an aperitivo. How wonderful to experience the thrill of a buffet aperitivo, but with the innovation of oriental dishes!!! It's a fantastic "fusion" place. In addition to the classic cold cuts, pizza, and focaccia, you can also find sushi, Chinese dumplings, Chinese spaghetti, and rice. I really think they made an excellent choice!!! 👏👏👏👏. The service is superb, and the cocktails are also very good, with a wide selection (my tropical sunset was truly delightful). We spent a wonderful evening in a pleasant atmosphere. Well done!!!! See you soon!

16/11/2025: The team at Sokol is incredibly friendly. They offer a wide variety of pizzas, and they taste fantastic! Here, the customer truly comes first. I can happily do without glitz and glamour. The atmosphere is simple, which is just right; it makes you feel welcome and comfortable.
