Very good but a little expensive

The gelato was good, but the girl who served me was rude, unwilling to work, and when I asked to change the stirrers because I have celiac disease, she didn't even pick up the gelato from the bottom. I had to point this out to her, and she even responded with annoyance. Also, she was using her personal cell phone while I was paying at the cashier. It's a shame, I've always gone there for gelato and have never had a situation like this happen.

Excellent gelateria in the center of Busto Arsizio, with a wide selection of gelato, cakes, and pastries. Despite the wide selection, I still went for the cookie because it looked pretty good; in fact, it was delicious! The prices are a little high, but despite that, you're in the center of town.

Visited in mid-February 2026. The ice cream was delicious. The cappuccino and cafe macchiato were absolutely delicious. The staff seemed understaffed when the place was busy. The interior was clean and nice.

We went to Sedicigusti in Busto Arsizio for morning coffee and cornetto – everything tasted delicious. The coffee was great, and the cornetto was fresh and perfectly crisp. The staff was very helpful and smiling, which created a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere. The large morning crowd only confirms that this place is popular and loved by locals. It's definitely worth a visit for breakfast. ☕🥐

Sedicigusti 😊 A very popular place, especially at peak times. The girls are friendly, and the atmosphere is lively. When it's crowded, I choose to take and return the tray, as many do, to make things easier for the staff: an understandable choice given the crowds. During this breakfast, we had a cappuccino, a decaffeinated latte macchiato, a jam brioche, and an S, spending over €10. The S, specifically, wasn't to my taste, and considering the rather small size, I found €3.50 to be truly excessive. I'm from Milan and recently moved to Busto Arsizio: for this very reason, this kind of price, given the quantity and experience, seems frankly disproportionate to me. There's a lot of choice, but not all the products meet my personal taste, especially considering the price. About the gelato: the cremino is very good, with an intense flavor, but for me it's very, very heavy. It appeals to those who love rich flavors, less so to those looking for something light. The location is strategic, right in the city center. I work in visual and social communication, so when I visit places, I observe, take simple photographs, and carefully describe the experience.
