06/10/2025: It saves me every time I run out of cigarettes!!!! The staff is kind and friendly, if only they were all like that! I've actually known this bar since Mr. Michele was the owner, then he sold it and I haven't been there since, also because in the meantime I haven't lived in Uboldo for over 15 years. I recently moved back to Uboldo and..... Here I am again at my favorite bar!!!! Do I recommend it? Absolutely!

23/03/2025: Situated right on the Varesina state road, this elegant establishment stands behind a sumptuous wrought-iron gate. This restaurant is housed in a sumptuous residence dating back to the second half of the 19th century. The restaurant offers a captivating blend of history and modernity. Guests are greeted formally by a very gracious staff member, who offers an unusual and highly appreciated tasting of the owners' own olive oil produced in the Val d'Orcia. A tasty and unexpected aperitif was also offered, a delightful prelude to a wonderful dinner. The chef, worthy of the most renowned Michelin-starred restaurants, is dedicated to satisfying the most sophisticated palates with delicate dishes that are both visually delightful and truly enchanting. White reigns supreme, dominating both the interior dining room and the outdoor patio, contrasting here with the pleasantly dated flooring featuring dark brown accents. The establishment is surrounded by greenery, so much so that from the outside, the presence of the road is almost forgotten. My need for gluten- and lactose-free cuisine was fully met without the slightest hesitation, without compromising the flavor or beauty of the dishes. There is free parking outside on the opposite side of the street, and parking is available inside the building. There are three steps to the entrance. I recommend a small ramp for wheelchair users and strollers, if you don't have one. For anyone looking for a quiet, elegant, and romantic location, I highly recommend it. 30/08/2025: Having moved to Jerago a few months ago and after touring various pizzerias, my husband and I finally found a pizzeria where the product is easy to digest and light. For those with mild lactose intolerance, they also offer special mozzarella on the pizza instead of the usual mozzarella. In our case, it's also close to home, so we don't need a car; however, parking, even temporarily, is a problem. Prices are still reasonable, and not everyone offers a pizza card like them, where after 10 pizzas you get a free Margherita or a soft drink/beer.

13/07/2025: The pastry shop is excellent, top-quality. Paying attention to guests also means keeping their hours updated, especially on social media. I drove almost 40 kilometers, but they will be CLOSED on Sunday afternoons until the end of July. See attached photo...

We were waiting for the receipt she gave but... after a while we left as the girl was procrastinating and at this point I thought we would be stupid if we waited, we wouldn't get the paper copy of the transaction, oh well I have the digital one of the card...

20/09/2025: Wonderful lake. Calm, clean waters, generally warm. Well-kept lawn. Umbrellas can be booked online, well-kept and spacious. Good bar and restaurant service.

10/11/2025: Takeout-only pizzeria with a wood-fired oven. Wide selection of pizzas, including custom-made ones. Excellent, friendly, and helpful staff.

31/10/2025: A super friendly welcome and great food at this restaurant on the square. We tried the platter, the seafood spaghetti, and the spritzes. Go without hesitation!

11/11/2025: The atmosphere is a bit kitsch, modern, but still in line with what the popular imagination calls a Chinese restaurant in Italy: for example, fake grass on the walls and ceiling 😅, kittens with wiggling paws. But what matters is the food: good, with a wide selection (some unusual), and fast service. The staff is quiet but friendly. Very popular with young people, it's a place worth trying for adults too. The takeout is very interesting, and after a certain amount, they offer excellent discounts. We've been back, and we'll probably go again.

21/05/2025: Bar and kitchen, perfect for a quick business lunch. About fifteen seats inside and four tables outside. Lots of good things ready to eat on the spot or take away. Good service even if sometimes you wait a bit too long.
