30/01/2026: Definitely a good aperitif in the center of Varese.

16/01/2026: I decided to try the place after seeing they had added gluten-free options to the menu (I'd already been there a couple of times for aperitivo, but there were no gluten-free options). Today, however, I was treated to a tasty and well-filled gluten-free sandwich (excellent bread with the same filling as the classic version) with remarkable value. As a celiac, I can only recommend the place after a pleasant experience, further enhanced by the warm, welcoming atmosphere and very friendly staff.
