25/08/2025: Just walk past it and Google asks for a review. Well! As a health conscious person, I would never recommend a place like this to those I love and care about. It's like poisoning and ruining people. Poor people who go there.

22/08/2025: I ordered a sandwich at 11:30 am on August 22, 2025, simply a cbo sandwich without bacon, obviously it arrives with the bacon which I have to promptly remove, luckily I am not intolerant or Muslim otherwise I would have had to wait for a new sandwich, get up and complain etc, it makes me want to never eat mc again

02/08/2025: I don't understand how it's in the Top 50 Pizzas. A well-known pizzeria chain with locations throughout Italy, its menu also includes restaurant and Neapolitan street food dishes, like paccheri with fish, fried zucchini flowers, fried cuoppo, and more. Interesting pizzas, but not very well presented. I had the three-tomato pizza, with a stuffed crust (badly sealed, so much so that the little filling there was leaked out); the tomato was slightly acidic and even a bit undercooked (I'm talking about the classic tomato on pizza that's added during cooking), and the pizza itself wasn't cooked through; in fact, it had raw parts (in the second photo, that's not mozzarella, but a nice chunk of raw dough). The other pizzas had a similar flaw, and they all felt very, very heavy; you left the table feeling bloated, as if you'd eaten 10. The quality/price ratio was high, because for a pizza with those characteristics and a Coke, I can't spend almost €20 and then be completely unsatisfied. These chains need to be managed a little better, otherwise we might as well consider them like the Mc Donald's of pizza.

06/07/2025: First time in this place and honestly we did not have a bad time. We ate outside on the terrace and we had the possibility of not having the probable noise that could be inside. Really good food and raw materials, excellent hamburgers and cooked properly. Service with some dedication due to the experience but kind and thoughtful. We had a good time and I recommend it.

30/06/2025: Nulla da dire sul cibo che sicuramente è molto buono come anche le birre. Servizio dei camerieri eccellenti. Non posso dire niente di negativo. L unica mia lamentela è sull aria condizionata. Troppo troppo caldo in una serata estiva bollente. Non si può cenare 2 ore e sudare come non so cosa. Fate qualcosa per il piano superiore!!!!! Il caldo è insopportabile!!!!

29/08/2025: Extremely rude from the manager. My dad and I had two coffees, and the change included a 20-cent coin that looked like it had been run over by a steamroller. Nothing serious so far, but when after a few seconds I kindly asked the clerk (I assume the manager) to change the 20-cent coin for me, she threw a tantrum! Ranting in a sour and exaggerated tone, she claimed that they hadn't given me the coin. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. At that point, I pointed out (again politely) that it wouldn't make sense for me to be "cheating" over a coin, and the manager grabbed a 20-cent coin from the register, slammed it violently on the counter, and walked away muttering something about me. The many customers in the establishment looked on in horror at this woman's outburst. It's sad to see a place like this (my parents have been going there for several years) be managed by someone so rude and unprofessional.

19/08/2025: Well, what can I say... In Busto it is an institution.

26/08/2025: The food was beautifully and attractively presented. The meat was very tender, and the side dishes were also delicious. The service, however, left a lot to be desired. We waited a long time before we could order, and even before our orders were served. After dinner, we sat with our empty plates for at least an hour. We would have liked to order dessert, but then decided against it because the wait staff were inattentive, barely aware of the guests and their needs. The other tables were also not cleared by guests who had left. This was not particularly visually appealing.

13/08/2025: Well, hospitality doesn't look like that. The pizza was reasonably priced, but dripping with grease. You don't get served at all, or only if you ask. I wouldn't recommend it.

01/08/2025: A fantastic location on Lake Maggiore, on the promenade, always wonderful for me! ... the reviews are far too critical in my opinion. Communication can be a bit difficult. But the service is still top-notch! And good food, all you can eat or not. A doppo! 😋

05/09/2025: Very negative experience Especially for the price, it doesn't match a trattoria Low-quality dishes and portions Qu Value for money 👎👎👎👎 There are much better and much cheaper trattorias 😞

06/05/2025: Paella made with basmati rice is IMPOSSIBLE!!! saffron, peas and peppers can't be missed. It would be appropriate to change the name to "fisherman's rice". Magically then the "menu" price that is proposed rises for no reason (since we took less than expected). Maybe the pizza will be saved. Very informal atmosphere, but the limited clientele is something to think about.

24/08/2025: If you want a place to eat well without being fleeced, this is the right place... the menus of the day have a good variety of ingredients and for dinner and on Sundays you can get pizza, a beer and dessert with coffee always at a fixed price. Fish or meat tasting menus are also available in the evening and on Sundays. The service is punctual and I have always felt very comfortable. Let's say I'm a regular now

17/03/2025: My goodness but never again. Woman on the counter arrogant. The whole time we sat and rudely scolded the boy. He doesn't make a good impression. The icing on the cake is the jacket and bag placed on the counter to get dressed. Meh! P.s. no I didn't go to the wrong bar, the boy's name is Luca. So he can't hide behind an excuse 😜 Did I go to the wrong place or does the person in question no longer work with you? 🤣

26/06/2025: Siamo stati in questo sushi ieri sera, sinceramente, è stata una grande delusione. Appena entrati, nessuno ci ha accolto con un sorriso o un minimo di cordialità: sembrava quasi che dessimo fastidio. Il cameriere era visibilmente scazzato e frettoloso, senza mai un gesto gentile o una parola di benvenuto. Il cibo non ha certo risollevato la serata: l’impiattamento era trascurato, senza cura né fantasia, e il pesce era completamente insapore, come se fosse stato scongelato in fretta e senza attenzione. Un’esperienza anonima e fredda, che non invoglia certo a tornare. Sushi ce n’è tanto in giro, meglio sceglierlo altrove.

12/03/2025: Solito ristorante di sushi all you can eat con una qualità sotto la media.. Servizio non buono e piatti che ti lasciano l’amaro in bocca.

22/03/2025: I ordered a home delivery pizza about a week ago... I had kindly asked for it to be well cooked since the last two times they delivered it to me it was a bit raw... but the third time the pizza delivery guy was really upset about the impression they made... (Just as they struggle to make it to the end of the month, we customers struggle too... but above all we don't steal...

10/03/2025: The pastry shop is very nice, clean and welcoming, the staff polite, it's a shame to have paid €1.90 for a stuffed brioches (medium/small) that weren't very stuffed.

05/03/2025: Pranzo di mezzogiorno, locale molto carino e caratteristico, stile rustico molto accogliente e caldo. Polenta e cinghiale Polenta e asino Entrambi i piatti davvero cucinati bene, la polenta davvero buonissima e le carni tenere e gustose. Mezzo litro di vino rosso e due caffè. Complimenti davvero, ottimo pranzo!!

25/01/2025: Il posto è abbastanza ruspante, lo si nota dall’ingresso dove spiccano una serie di magliette da calcio appese. Il personale è gentile e preparato. La sala ha uno stile un po’ confuso, ci sono tavoli di fattura diversa e anche in un tavolo una panca invece delle sedie. Il cibo è buono (io ho preso il cinghiale in salmi con la polenta), ma la porzione più da ristorante gourmet che da Hostaria. Lo stesso si può dire del dolce: buono ma piccolo. Sono andato a casa e avevo ancora fame. Possono migliorare
