26/04/2025: We stayed one night. Room with large window and balcony overlooking the beautiful lake. Excellent spa. Pets allowed at no extra charge and parking included. At night and early in the morning there was no one at the reception, breakfast served. Relaxing experience.

24/04/2025: Room with a beautiful view of the lake, quite clean but dated and with little attention to detail. The SPA is practically non-existent and a little dirty. The sauna didn't work and, despite reporting to the staff at reception (a girl who seemed to be there by chance) the situation wasn't resolved, we even tried to show her that the mechanism to increase the temperature wasn't working, but she continued to say that everything was ok 😒. The problem had already been reported by two gentlemen shortly before, but nothing, no solution. The swimming pool is large indoors and overlooks the lake, but it is cold, the hydromassage did not work and the bottom was not clean. The relaxation area was full of ants due to a wine stain on the floor which was not cleaned despite notification. Breakfast at the table quite good and plentiful. Obviously no discount or concession for inefficiencies, also reported during check out. It's a shame because the place is worth it. A 4 star cannot be so approximate. Sorry

20/04/2025: Easter lunch 2025, adults €60 each, children up to 6 years 50% less, the 2 children who ate only 2 simple pasta dishes, one plain and the other with ragù, paid a whopping €25 each. - SHAME - I have no other adjectives to express. Total cost (to them) not even €2. Even though the bill was told this, the cook gave the "discount", not charging €30, but €25... justifying the seat and with "you already knew". . . The food was nothing special.. it was absolutely not worth the price, we only paid for the public holiday. Make the kids and the families happy. €50 two plates of pasta.. shame. Never again.

Starter with good house products but sliced ​​thinner than a sheet of paper and more than normal portions. Prices are now restaurant-style, which is a shame because I think the farmhouses could do better. Overall 6 and 1/2.

24/04/2025: Easter 2025 - parking not enough for everyone sent....low quality buffet...cards: 1 rib and 1 chicken each....before serving dessert a person comes by to collect the lunch money (never seen anything like this, withdrawing cash money at the table).....slice of dried Colomba....and coffee served in a plastic cup with a plastic spoon (they have been banned and replaced by paper cups for at least 2 years)...NEVER RECEIVED THE TAX RECEIPT LUNCH!
