I discovered Cascina del Lupo while I was in the area looking for a romantic restaurant surrounded by greenery, and I must say it was a perfect choice. The restaurant is truly beautiful, both inside and out, with meticulous attention to detail. The atmosphere is elegant and relaxing, ideal for a special dinner. The clientele also contributes to the pleasant and refined atmosphere. I recommend looking at the photos, because they give an even better idea of ​​the place. I highly recommend it!

Stopped for lunch, got a pan-fried dish for three... I don't know if it was really for three, but it was enough for us, asking for more bread, which wasn't enough... considering the €4 cover charge! The classic desserts were good, the location was very nice! Overall, everything was good, but it didn't justify the price, expensive compared to the average.

Lunch with my wife: two risottos, good, €10; a chicken salad, good, €9. Prices are more than reasonable. However, we end up discovering a €4 cover charge per person and €3 coffee. The unpleasant feeling is that they're trying to recoup the "discount" on the food elsewhere. The service is slow and inattentive (we ordered two risottos and they didn't bring us cheese). Our table is located immediately next to the two 90° flights of stairs leading to the upper dining room: it's well known that hot air tends to rise (a physical phenomenon), so the table is in an uncomfortable and cold position. In the future, I'll look elsewhere.

It's the kind of place that immediately puts you at ease, inviting you to relax and enjoy the moment. The cuisine is strongly rooted in Lombard tradition, yet presented with attention to quality and raw ingredients. The value for money is excellent, especially considering the attention to detail in the dishes and the pleasant atmosphere. I chose the risotto alla luganega, which turned out to be truly excellent: creamy, flavorful, and well-balanced, executed to perfection. The service is friendly, the timing is adequate, and the entire place exudes a sense of familiarity and comfort. Overall, it's an ideal restaurant for a traditional dinner, for those who love the flavors of yesteryear, and for those looking for a cozy place to spend a few quiet hours, especially during the holidays.

This quaint place is a must go to restaurant if you are in this area. The veal cutlet is world class… beyond words. The risotto is very delicious. The local cheese and salami are unique and is a great appetiser. The dessert - lava chocolate and ice cream, and the tiramisu are out of this world. The service is great The place is very homely and it’s a local favourites as there are many locals here. In summary, this place is highly recommended!!!

It's a beautiful place and the food is excellent.

We went to this place for lunch and it was a truly pleasant discovery. My husband has rarely heard him say so many times in his life, "I ate really well," and here he truly did. Everything, from the appetizers (orange and fennel salad and house antipasto), to the first courses (spaghetti with 'nduja, stracciatella, and almond flakes), to the second courses (grilled meats and catch of the day), and finally the desserts (black cherry and amaretto gelato and tarte tatin), was delicious, and the service was perfect. I hope to return soon.
