Beautiful terrace with views of the lake and mountains, friendly service, good food

We only had drinks, but the food at the next table looked good! The view from the terrace was magnificent.

It's not very inviting from the outside, but once you get to the restaurant, the service and food are excellent. The old building is fine, but a touch of renovation would make it even better. Excellent value for money.

The place is fantastic, on the lake, and it smells of history. The AVAV sailing club was born here, and world-champion sailors have grown up here. After many changes in management, it now seems to have found its own dimension. Having attended an aperitif-lunch, I can't comment on the food yet. It's definitely perfect for aperitifs and parties. In the summer, it's lovely to... snuggle up on the terrace overlooking our lake, perhaps refreshed by the breeze coming down from the valleys.
