29/08/2025: I've never experienced anything like this in Italy before: so nice, so cozy, a great selection, and every now and then they even serve something delicious to go with your beer... highly recommended... even for wine lovers...

18/08/2025: For a quick late lunch. One of the few open in the middle of August. We had a bresaola sandwich and a bresaola salad. The accompanying bread used for the buns at the other location was delicious. We ate lunch outside at the tables.

05/10/2025: Excellent croissants, very friendly staff. The pastries are definitely worth trying. A pleasant experience that I highly recommend.

20/09/2025: I've been to this bar and found the croissants frozen and definitely old. In fact, the clerk confirmed that the cappuccinos were not from a pastry shop. I'm from the village but they certainly won't see me again.

06/09/2025: Highly recommended! The place is spotless. The entire staff is incredibly friendly. I travel a lot, and it's rare to find staff so attentive to detail and so attentive to their customers. Friendly and welcoming. Plus, as a vegan, I found plenty of options for both breakfast and lunch.

02/05/2025: BAD, very bad! We went for lunch on a day when there weren't many people, in fact, there were few occupied tables. Despite this, I was served a first and only appetizer (Goma Wakame) 5 minutes after ordering, but subsequently both I and my table mates were served half an hour later, perhaps even more! It is unacceptable. All for simple appetizers (the filled ravioli arrived after half an hour, in fact, but for the subsequent courses I had to wait another 10 minutes!). Once the appetizers were finished, we received some nighiri which to define as COLD is an understatement (in fact they seemed to have come out of the freezer...). They were inedible. The rest was sufficient/fair, something good. It's not the Shabu I remembered, unfortunately. Until 1 year ago it was, in my opinion, the best AYCE in Varese, but after the last experience I had to change my mind. Terrible service and sufficient quality (maybe not even). €25 wasted.. I hope it was a random disservice, but this was our experience. I'm ready to change my mind and leave him a new and nicer review, but we definitely won't be going back anytime soon.

13/04/2025: This Japanese restaurant is one of my favorite places. The food is always excellent: authentic dishes, meticulously prepared with quality ingredients. The space is cozy, small but very comfortable, with an intimate atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The staff is super friendly, welcoming, and attentive, always with a smile. My favorite dish? Udon noodles, without a doubt—warm, filling, and perfectly flavorful. A true treat. It's the kind of place you'll want to return to, because you know it will never disappoint.

23/08/2025: I called to see if they were showing the game....if they said yes, I booked a table....I left at 35' because they didn't let me hear the sound even though several tables had asked for the volume to be turned up....great place to drink quality beers but never to watch the game again.

Simple and unpretentious cuisine but still good and with a family spirit, shame about the very limited portions considering the total price of €45 per person. Nice homely atmosphere (the place is right in the living area of ​​a large private home) and spartan service but for this very reason I would have expected lower prices…

19/08/2025: I had lunch at the restaurant over Easter. The atmosphere is beautiful and peaceful. The staff is very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The menu was delicious, with fresh, high-quality ingredients. We'll be back.

06/08/2025: Beautiful location, good service, and a very good menu selection, but the dishes, especially the starters, are overpriced. We think the bread and biscuits need a rethink: both are moist and not crispy or fresh.

07/10/2025: We stumbled upon this place by chance today. What can I say? The atmosphere is very quaint and peaceful. The welcome was fantastic, as were the dishes served. Excellent cuisine that makes you feel at home. We'll definitely be back.

14/07/2025: Abbiamo festeggiato il nostro anniversario con tutta la famiglia. Ottimo cibo, ottimo servizio, piatti abbondanti e la gentilezza della proprietaria ci lascia un bel ricordo. Poi la vista è impagabile. Ristorante che consiglio vivamente.

08/07/2025: Wir sind in Malcantone in den Ferien und waren bereits zweimal in diesem Restaurant mit wunderbarer Aussicht. Das Essen und die freundliche Bedienung haben es uns angetan. Wir werden wieder hingehen, weil es noch soviel Gutes auf der Karte hat. Top!

14/10/2025: The penne and pizza were delicious. There was only one bathroom, but it was clean. It tasted like tomato sauce made with mashed tomatoes. Don't expect the same from store-bought tomato sauce in Korea. It was delicious for me, but I think Koreans might have different tastes.

11/10/2025: It was my first time here and I had a great time. When we arrived with my group, the staff greeted us with a smile and were so friendly and helpful that we immediately felt at ease.
